Google
Definitely in my top 10 !!! A really nice staff, a lovely place, and amazingly good food. I went for the lunch buffet, less than 10€ and it’s really worth it. The overall experience was (to me) better than at the other “Jardim” for those who know, although this one was well. The name of each dish is written at the buffet, with indication about spiciness, vegan or vegetarian, common allergens. There was a cold and a warm buffet with great variety and mostly really healthy, soup of the day. Chamomile infusion was included but they offer a variety of fresh made juices. I recommend ++++

Google
One of the best vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Lisbon. In a very central location, with a very nice back yard, an open patio, and an indoor room, can offer good, fresh vegetarian/vegan dishes in all seasons. Prices are very good for the quality of the food. Service is great, kind and swift. Recommended!

A group of 19 went for the 3 course set menu here. Friendly staff and incredible food! Big portions and very tasty vegan/vegetarian food. Plenty of alcohol included in the €18.50 set menu cost. Highly recommend (the vegan chilli in particular!)

Google
Simply the best vegan option in Lisbon. Would love if they ditched oil and became whole food plant based but... you can't have it all...yet;) They're kind and helpful. Not cheap, but worth it. Also it has the best spot, to eat with your family. Calm and peaceful.

Google
Good ambient, great variety for vegetarian( got cheese and milk options). Juice of the day should not to be missed. One of the best place I have eaten as a vegetarian in Lisbon. Good spread of food too. The only draw back, I have to walk quite a distance and height for a decent good lunch. But all of this are worth it.

Google
I Have been here a couple of times for their lunch buffet. It is quite diverse and tasted fresh and delicious. Place has a nice atmosphere.

Google
Love love love this place - nice and serene decor, there is a touch of the spiritual about but it's not too much or in your face. Warm and relaxed atmosphere, and really good-quality, healthy food served up at their ample and varied lunchtime buffet. Most of the food is vegan, some probably vegetarian, not quite sure. The selection of salads and dressings is particularly good. A cup of free herbal tea (tisane) is included with the buffet. Food and drink are served on nice crockery, eg cast-iron japanese teapots of you order extra tea. We also found the staff warm, friendly and attentive. The picture of the salad bar was taken later on when not much was left, they do replenish things though. Soup, salads and different main dishes are included, desserts (passion fruit cheesecake, which seemed vegan, and "raw cake of the day" shown in picture) are an optional extra.

Google
Excellent variety for vegan/vegetarian people. Can definitely recommend the vegan stroganoff as well as the mushroom lasagna. The pre-dishes were a bit bland and the service could be a tiny bit faster but all in all a pretty place with very friendly stuff and delicious main dishes.

Yelp
We had just one vegetarian in our party, but everybody LOVED our dinner at Jardim dos Sentidos. Among the things we tried were a Morrocan couscous tagine scented with mint, a vegetable soup with cardamom, and a lovely deconstructed ratatouille. But the highlight was a dish called Jardin d'Eve containing rice, pumpkin, quinoa, nuts, dried fruits, pea sprouts and arugula. Get it. For dessert, the pies are outstanding. There is a beautiful, quiet outdoor dining room with lovely quiet music, and the prices are LOW. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Our group of friends are vegetarian and we don't eat onion and garlic. When I arrived, the staff greeted me and sat me down and showed me their menu pointing out their menu is clearly marked what doesn't have onion and garlic or could be made without. That makes our life so much easier. I had cacoburger. I like the burger but not so much of the chips that came with it. Friends ordered mystical kebab, Thai curry noodles, Mexican chilli. Everyone loved what was served. Because it was so good, we decided to go back the next day and we all ordered different food to try out the next day. The second day we went back, Bf wasn't feeling very well. One of their staff would come by to ask him if he needs anything else and is feeling better once a while. Overall they not only showed their food is awesome, the customer service has exceeded expectation by far. The stuffed mushroom and kebab lollipop are very tasty and flavorful as well.

Yelp
The restaurant is very cute and cozy. We ordered the kebabs, wrap, and thali. The wrap and thali were very tasty and yummy. The kebabs I feel lacked flavor and should've been an appetizer item rather than dinner when comparing the portion sizes to the other two meals. Not my favorite vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurant, but my sister and mom liked their meals so maybe it was just what I ordered

Yelp
Unbelievable little treasure in the heart of Lisbon that offers no compromise vegetarian gourmet st a great price and with great attitude. Please please don't miss this place. You may never go back to meat.

Yelp
Go here when you're hungry, and want an abundance of options! A gorgeous veggie buffet -- not 100% vegan, but almost, and it's very clearly marked. (Gluten is marked as well.) We had some delish dishes like a creamy mushroom seitan sauce, and an amazing black-eyed pea casserole, and they give you as much lemon and ginger tea as you can drink. Their desserts aren't as spectacular as Jardim Das Cerejas (and there were only a few vegan options), and their salad bar isn't as copious, but their savory main dishes are a teeny bit more exquisite and delectable, plus the restaurant ambiance is excellent.

Yelp
Awesome food!!!! We came for lunch and had the buffet option. Everything was spot on in flavor and quality. I'm not even vegan and had 3 plates of food. So come by and check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
Excellent dining experience. Great ambiance, knowledgeable and attentive staff. And above all great food. We had the Marrakech salad and Lasagna. Booth excellent. Also enjoyed the lentil lollipop starter and the crumble for desert. All in all it is with coming back.

Stef T.

Yelp
Really tasty and unique dishes. I came here for the lunch buffet which was 8 euro for food and tea. They also had an option with the fresh juice of the day for 10,50 euro. There was an assortment of veggie dishes with quinoa, couscous, potatoes and beans. Everything we tried was delicious. The ambiance is also great. Casual but with a Morroccan flair. We sat outside and it was perfect. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Yelp
I went here on a Friday night, I ordered: Caco Burger- patty made of mushrooms and seitan with a tofu paste and tomato on a bun. Although the patty has a nice smoky flavor, it wasnt all as good as it could be. I could feel the chalky powder seasoning that they used. I would suggest a fig jam instead of the dry flavorless tofu paste. Asian salad- Although the toppings we flavorful, I would add more. More mango, more tofu , more zucchini noodles. It was delicious though. Their caipirinhas and sangria were delicious. The staff was very nice and the environment was intimate.

Yelp
Wow. Beautiful garden and nice spread for the lunch buffet with many vegan options. I don't know how people had room for dessert after but those looked spectacular as well. Will be back!

Yelp
I've been to many vegetarian restaurants during my travels. We found Jardim dos Sentidos by searching with Happy Cow. The decor was very warm. I couldn't believe how big the place was. We were seated roughly half way inside when we noticed that the restaurant continued well into the back. The back part looked like a huge tent and we saw people going even further so I suspect there was even a patio area ( don't know for sure as we didn't ask). Service was friendly. We were astonished by the selection of the menu. It was of the largest we have seen for a vegetarian restaurant. We made our selection and everything was delicious. We came back for another meal on Sunday but unfortunately it was closed. If this place was in my home city, I would be eating here often.

Yelp
After some days with a lot of heavy and bready food, I really felt like my body needed a rest. I had walked past this place earlier, and seeing the great reviews I decided to give it a try. And I was not disappointed. "Jardim dos Sentidos" means "Garden of the Senses" - and the restaurant lives up to it's name. The place is beautifully decorated, the secluded inner yard is very restful, there is relaxed music on a low volume and the decoration of the food is spectacular. It also tastes very good. I had the tofu and leek terrine wrapped in nori for starter - this was my favorite of the evening! Delicious! I continued with "Eve's Garden" (at least I think that was what it was called...), a beautiful and well composed dish with mild flavors. I ended with a vegan/gluten-free cheesecake made from tofu and nuts - this one was a bit unconventional and not my favorite, but I still enjoyed it and it felt very healthy ;) For drink I had melon-lemon juice (yumm) and a pot of lavender tea together with the desert. For three courses and drink I paid about 20 € - which was very reasonable for the quality of the food. Service was great and VERY polite. Jardim dos Sentidos is a treat for body and soul!

Yelp
**good food - good drinks - nice atmosphere** One of the best vegetarian restaurants we found during our Portugal trip (there were not too many outside of Lisbon ;-)) The value for money and the food (caco burger, tempeh shawarma, chia pudding with coconut) were good. The cocktails were also okay, but I really recommend the fresh juice of the day. Service was also okay and the atmosphere was quite nice in the outside area of the place. I can really recommend going there, but make sure to make a reservation, if you want to have dinner during the busy time of 19:30 and 22:00...

Adrienne C.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious dinner here! Excellent service and were very accommodating when I changed some of the ingredients in my dish. I am gluten free and vegetarian and easily found many dishes to choose from. The Shitake ceviche was very refreshing and the stuffed portobellos were amazing. The tofu Parmesan was unbelievably good, and the sushi bowl had so many bright and flavorful ingredients. For dessert, I had the passion fruit vegan cheesecake which was very refreshing. Definitely would recommend going here!

Yelp
I spent an hour looking for a good vegetarian restaurant for when my former advisor visited and this looked like the best. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere inside is charming with exposed stone walls and a courtyard in the back. All of our food was great. I would get the lasagna again.

Mary M.

Yelp
The food was all delicious and was some of the best prepared, seasoned, and presented food that i had in lisbon. The vegan desserts were also very good! I went to dinner here with 4 carnivores and they were all delighted with it! The ambiance is classy and quite lovely. The location is close to the Jardin botanico, so if you are coming here for lunch i recommend you go to the jardin botanico before or after. The restaurant is also located right next to the small and scenic praca da alegria. If you only go to one restaurant in Lisbon, this should be it!

Yelp
Loved the buffet we joined for lunch. For a vegetarian almost heaven not to think too much about what you're gonna eat. They had vegan options but because we're on holiday I wasn't too strict. Loved the friendly style and the view of the garden. Also we had the juice of the day, watermelon, which was delish!

Yelp
We went on a Thursday evening & it was crowded. So packed, in fact, that we had to come back later. It was, however, worth it! We had the kebabs & the wrap - both excellent - though the wrap edged it! Portions were a little on the small side (I was hungry!) - but everything was tasty! The wait staff were excellent!!

Leslie S.

Yelp
Great food, interesting dishes, nice service, cozy atmosphere and good prices! That's all that's there to say about this place ;)

Megha C.

Yelp
Extremely flavorless food, waste of money. We got the wrap, chili, pakora and kebab. The bread in the wrap dish was stale! Most food seemed like canned stuff. Restaurant was empty but we were seated next to the toilet where we could hear he flushes and smell a bit too. They served bread which we assumed was complimentary but were charged for it.anyways would not mind that if food was any good. I think this is one of the few vegetarian places here where people don't know that veg food can be flavorful. Very bad experience. Staff was nice though

Puja K.

Yelp
We enjoyed a very tasty buffet between Christmas and New Years holiday. Only wish we could have enjoyed the regular menu too!

Thibaut M.

Yelp
Although we are not vegetarian, our dinner at Jardim dos Sentidos was PERFECT! We tried the ratatouille, the 4 cheeses lasagne and for dessert a crumble and a lemon cheesecake.

Victoria K.

Yelp
As vegetarians visiting Portugal, we quickly learned that the odds of finding a restaurant with good vegetarian entries were slim. We yelped, asked around, stopped at several restaurants and skimmed through numerous menus. Yelp had mislead us previously so we were reluctant to hike up the hill to this restaurant. But thank God we did. We had the lunch buffet and it was decent for €8 and some change. They had 3 different salads and about 6 hot dishes, and soup. Of the 6 hot dishes, I loved only 3. But this didn't stop me from coming back for dinner on another day. Dinner was delicious. I had the Moroccan couscous. Overall, I recommend it especially given the lack of vegetarian options in the area.

Sumeet C.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. Veg options galore. Although it had a great atmosphere, can't say the staff was as welcoming as they should be. Still worth a visit.

Molly O.

Yelp
This place is a sweet little find. Beautiful inside -- unique, creative decor. Awesome low-key vibe. The food was spectacular. The veggie stroganoff was very tasty and flavorful. Staff was very nice and attentive. Dessert was just right -- the chia pudding and lime cheesecake. Good prices. Go to this place! It's wonderful!

Diana R.

Yelp
I went to this place sometime ago on a date and had a good experience. I love vegetarian/vegan food so I wanted to try everything. We ended up both having the lasagna and then shared dessert, I think it was a passionfruit cheesecake. I don't like passionfruit and I liked this. Service was good, a bit slow at times but that didn't really bother us too much.

Yelp
Great vegetarian/vegan restaurant with an extensive menu. Very tasty food and well presented. The restaurant is very popular and you need to make a reservation if you would like to sit in the courtyard. Staff are friendly and polite and can speak good English. Menu is also in Portuguese and English. Highly recommended for vegetarians and non-vegetarian.
