What a magical garden😍 Beautiful sculptures, cute animals around (chicken, geese, unique ducks, rats) wonderful waterfall coming out of a rock in between the trees. Cute coffee place at the entry, which was open despite the museum being shut. The mixture of the autumn colour definitely made the experience even better. Make sure to exit through the bridge above the roundabout - I personally thought it was a cool experience to walk above a busy road full of cars on top of this cute bridge with plants with beautiful flowers on the each side of it 🙌🏼

A must visit garden to enjoy a quiet and calm morning walk.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Parc Jardin des Plantes in Toulouse, and it was nothing short of enchanting. This hidden gem in the heart of the city is a haven for nature enthusiasts and anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by a lush oasis of greenery. The meticulously maintained gardens are a testament to the dedication and passion of the park's caretakers. Each section of the park offers a different botanical experience, from vibrant flower displays to tranquil ponds with graceful swans. One of the highlights for me was the impressive collection of plant species from around the world. Walking through the various themed gardens, I felt like I had embarked on a global botanical journey. The diversity of flora on display is awe-inspiring and provides a valuable educational experience for visitors of all ages. The park's layout is designed with relaxation in mind. Numerous benches and shaded areas invite you to sit, unwind, and soak in the natural beauty. It's an ideal spot for a picnic, reading a book, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll. Parc Jardin des Plantes also offers a delightful escape for families. Children will love exploring the winding pathways, discovering hidden corners, and observing the various wildlife that calls the park home. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a photographer, or just looking for a tranquil escape, Parc Jardin des Plantes is a must-visit in Toulouse. It's a place where you can reconnect with nature and find a moment of serenity amidst the city's excitement. I can't recommend this botanical paradise enough – it's a true gem in Toulouse.

Nice park in Toulouse. I loved the area we went to on Saturday where they had stalls and games for kids. I went back again on Monday and explored the area by the water.

Beautiful park where you can see chickens turtles, ancient trees and much more.

It is a calm and relaxing place to go with friends or family. If you are looking for a weekend program, you can just go for a walk in the park and sitting on the grass. Otherwise, if you're a tourist, you might want to go to the museum, which offers a great experience. For me, the museum was a little expensive if we compare it to other museums in France (7€ euros for adults and 5€ for children/students or entering at 16:30 ; 2€ more to visit both exhibitions, the temporary and the permanent one).
