Everything was excellent for our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the palace. The car museum and grapes for the New Year were nice perks as well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Easily within walking distance of everything we wanted to see or do (except for the zoo). I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Jardines de Sabatini Apartosuites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooftop terrace is a standout feature, offering a stunning view of the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and while I didn’t try the breakfast, it looked quite decent. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Madrid. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. I travel a lot and this is one of the very best places I have had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend booking a room with a Palace view. It is stunning. This hotel really does tick every box. It is super clean, quiet, the rooms are lovely and spacious, the location is wonderful. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, for example I only speak English and they helped me cancel a flight. The staff genuinely want to help you and all staff speak and understand English very well.

What a great accommodation - we booked a Studio with View and had the most fabulous balcony facing the Palace! The Apartment was very spacious, clean and very comfortable, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. A great location easy access and walk to all areas.... we loved it!|The team were very friendly and professional - Mar checked us into the hotel and explained everything - very friendly! And the young gentleman on the afternoon shift was also very kind. I would highly recommend this venue.

If you book a room with a view, it's pretty freaking gorgeous. Looking out over the Royal Palace is hard to beat.||Location is decent - obviously you're really close to the Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens, but also within easy walking distance are Plaza de Espana, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Oriente, and much much more. And you can readily hit the rest of the city by Metro - we found Plaza de Espana station (5 minute walk) to be perfect for getting around.||The hotel itself is decent - nice common areas, friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop bar has killer views and is clearly popular with locals who come in the evening to enjoy the view.||Room itself was fine - decently appointed, though nothing special. Not especially spacious for a "suite," but it was two rooms. We used the fold-out couch as a bed for our son, so that kind of ate up the majority of the "living area." Water pressure was good, wifi was pretty fast and stable. ||My biggest disappointment, really, was just the overall value. I guess I expected more from a "suite" at over $350/night. Don't get me wrong - this is a solid property, and again the view was amazing... I just didn't feel like the price equalled the level of the property, amenities or service. ||The only real negative was the view from the bedroom. Clearly the hotel had once tried to give a bit of charm to bland inner space, but the umbrellas they'd strung were rotting, adding to the "I paid how much more this?" feeling...

Very nice staff made us feel welcome the whole time we were there. Great value and location, will definitely stay again. Love the decoration. Breakfast buffet was good too. Unfortunately missed the car museum. Great view out onto the main street.

Yelp
I stayed for 3 nights in April 2024 so my review is tardy. My room, a studio, was wonderful! Very clean, well set up. I had a view of the sunset every night. I would go to the grocery store and bring dinner back with me. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. It was not yet open so I'd bring up a glass of wine and a sandwich. The front desk personnel were very helpful. I am looking forward to staying again in April of 2025. Going to make reservations as soon as they open.

Yelp
You guys are the best!! You upgraded us to a better room with a stellar view and your staff was so accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could have a few options but not too many. It is sufficient. This hotel is also located very close to many of Madrid's attractions like El Retiro, the cathedral and the castle

Yelp
Lovely place to have a drink and enjoy a wonderful view of the Royal Palace and gardens. They have a nice choice of appetizers to accompany drinks. A 10E per person consumption is require but well worth it.

Yelp
Great hotel/apartment! Located right by the Royal Palace with the view of it from the rooftop! I was upset we arrived so late to really enjoy this place. I told my husband I wanted to get out of Barcelona to get back to Madrid and I wished we did that sooner. It was our last night in Spain and so we were flying out of Madrid. The concierge is very friendly and was very nice to our daughters. They offer tours and they gave us keys to the bar. Our room had a kitchenette, living room with tv, a dining area, a children's cot for our girls to sleep in, and our bedroom had a California King bed! Something we didn't get the entire trip in Europe since it's not common to have a size bed that big. We wanted to have a bottle of wine to enjoy together, so my husband went downstairs to get a bottle of Spanish wine from the concierge for $10. The wine was delicious and the bottle opener and glasses were already available in our kitchenette. The shower had great pressure and our entire stay was just wonderful.

Yelp
Woah. The terraza at Jardines de Sabatini has stellar customer service, and in a land where that is not always considered priority, it's definitely noticeable. I was with a large group and we didn't have a reservation. One lady running the game up on the terrace led us to a huge back sofa, that although not looking at the palace, had a great view. I was impressed that they could accommodate so well. However, they even went above and beyond by setting up a table for us in front of the palace even though what they had given us was great too. It was really kind, as we are a young group who didn't plan ahead and would have been happy with anything, yet they made it the best evening for us, even though they knew we were only getting drinks. Impressive!

Yelp
Our European trip was sabotaged when our bag of souvenirs were stolen from our hotel room. While it wasn't the end of the world (contents were about $350)...the hotel management did not help us sort this out. That's a problem Watch your belongings in Europe...but especially at this establishment. BEWARE! Pretty gardens though.

Yelp
The hotel was lovely. The summer palace was just outside our room. So pretty. We had a room with a king sized bed in the bedroom (very comfortable) plus a bed in the living room with a kitchenette that we really didn't use. (We walked, ate and drank all day and just came home to sleep a little before we started again.) We went to Segovia one day and walked all over Madrid a few other days. We also had a drink on the rooftop restaurant. Something you should do if you stay here. Expensive but the view is amazing. Book the auto museum when you book the room for early in your stay (or when you check in). We were set to see it during our last day but they had an electrical problem so it was cancelled. My husband and son love cars so it was a disappointment. The subway is a few blocks away so you can get to other towns for day trips via subway and train and how we left to get to Sevilla for a few days. One of the best things that this hotel provided was a wifi connection that you could take with you on your travels. The first day, we didn't turn it off between stops and the battery died. This tip would have been great to get in advance, so I share with you now. Wifi to go, wow! Turn it in every night so they can charge it and get a new one in the am. Free coffee and lattes in the lobby in the am. Breakfast is steep. We went out and to the left down a block (or two) on the corner where they had a couple tables on the sidewalk and wonderful tortillas espanola.

Yelp
This little hotel is just cross the park from royal palace. As located next to a busy street, it offer quite room the the back side. The staffs in the front desk are lovely people. They patiently answered our question in well English. They also fifer very liable recommendation for surrounding restaurant options. It has a rooftop bar where you can oversee the palace, a beautiful place for a drink. It breakfast behind lobby offers various hams in the morning' with a small price to pay. The room is kind of pricey but less than the ones in New York City.

Yelp
Stayed for a few days. Service is good, location is great and room was clean. Arriving to hotel made easy by the staff. The view of the palace and garden from the room were a bonus.

Yelp
Nothing but criminals and thieves. Out of the 6 hotels I booked for May 2020, this was the only hotel who refused a refund. They offered me credit, which I took instead. When the time came to rebook, they refused to honor my credit. They are hiding behind a global pandemic to steal people's money.

Rachel R.

Yelp
If you are in Madrid, this is a must-see! The gardens are beautiful and the palace looks amazing at sunset with the light and color. It's not too far from my apartment so my roommates and I enjoy running around there. People are always taking pictures but the garden has never felt crowded. If you do selfies, up your game here!

Yelp
Arriving at ApartoSuites was the start of a breathtaking experience. We anticipated seeing the room because we knew we'd have a view of the Royal Palace, but we never expected it to be as stunning as it was seeing it for the first time. The hotel's lobby is super cute and chic, with pops of fun colors around a simply decorated space. There is fresh squeezed orange juice and an espresso maker in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We stayed in a studio suite with a balcony and a view of the Palace. The weather was perfect which made the view that much more special. The service of the staff was spectacular. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pretty much spotless in terms of cleanliness. Even the aromas getting off the elevator were enjoyable. The view from the terrace is a MUST! We didn't get a chance to enjoy brunch during our stay, but we were in within walking distance from some of the most delicious bar and restaurants in the area. And because we were taking public transportation to and from the airport, it was very convenient. I would most certainly love to stay at the ApartoSuites if I ever get the chance to visit Madrid again.

Yelp
So worth the amazing view of the royal palace! The service was warm and friendly. The food was very good. Shared the hummus and chicken burrito...all good but the view is killer!

Yelp
this hotel is beautiful. the lobby has this beautiful colorful decoration. our room had an amazing view of the royal palace. the rooftop is very nicely done. there is plenty of seating and the view of the palace is stunning. the only negative i found was that it is somewhat far from gran via. which is where we did most of our shopping and dining. we had to take a taxi but it was only 4-5 euros

Robert P.

Yelp
Nice place, simple to have a drink overlooking the King's palace. No food till after 7-8 PM.

Kate K.

Yelp
This review is for Terraza de Sabatini, the rooftop bar at the Jardines De Sabatini Apartosuites. Great views of the Royal palace, relaxed ambience, friendly staff. They don't really serve any food, just a cheese and charcuterie plates.

Christine T.

Yelp
Great hotel in a perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got a deal online for 100€ per night which was a steal compared to the competition. I would definitely stay here again.
