August 2025||Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff — special thanks to Noelia and May — were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Any issues were resolved quickly and with a genuine smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.||||We were pleasantly surprised by the ladies who greeted us when they upgraded our room, for which we are truly grateful. I definitely recommend choosing a room with a view of the palace. Waking up every morning to such a panorama was a true delight. Next time, I would gladly stay in that very room again. The location is also fantastic.||||The hotel also has a cozy terrace where you can enjoy drinks while admiring the breathtaking view, especially during sunset. It’s a place you want to come back to again and again.||||The photos on the website truly reflect the reality — what you see is exactly what you get, which is a rare and wonderful thing.||||I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, attention to detail, and the beauty of the surrounding scenery.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. Maps and lists of recommended sights and eateries nearby were shared with us. Don’t miss asking for a tour of the automobile collection in the lower level of the hotel. It happens at 11 daily. It’s free and quite an amazing collection. Breakfast each morning is definitely worth the 14 euros! If you prebook it, I believe it’s discounted. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette with cooking supplies. Let’s not forget about the view of the Royal Palace from the room’s balcony or the rooftop bar! Walking to nearby metro stations was simple or ask the front desk the night before for a taxi to your destination. We highly recommend this hotel! The location was great too.

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff were so helpful and cheerful - always greeted us in the morning and evenings. The location was great for strolls around the Palace area and beyond. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The views of the Palace from the balcony and the rooftop bar were amazing. We loved that we could go to the rooftop even during times they were not serving food/drinks.

Very good hotel to stay with family. We were three and the room was big enough to accommodate us. Views of the palace from room were so good and if that is not enough one can have dinner at their roof top restaurant with panoramic view of the palace. Dinner options are limited but overall a great experience. Staff was so so warm and friendly. Five minutes walk and one is in the middle old town and major attractions.

The breakfast is varied, with good quality products. The hotel's location is very good for exploring the city center without using public transportation. The room is spacious with quality furniture, the mattress is comfortable, the sheets and pillows are of good quality. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that can be felt throughout the room. For this reason, you cannot keep the window closed. We've been blessed with bearable temperatures and we could keep the window open, without air conditioning. Although the room description mentions a bidet, it was missing from the bathroom. Some towels are old and worn. Breakfast could be included in the room price.

Excellent check in, very friendly helpful staff. We had a suite which was a lot of space. Large bedroom, bathroom and living room. Fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. Bed was comfy, pillows a little on the small side. Very good shower and everything was very clean. The rooftop bar and seating was unfortunately closed for a private event which was a shame but we both really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Easy walking distance from the Palace and so many other sights.

Amazing!! I stayed here with my family for a short visit to Madrid, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, with small kitchen and large bathroom. The location is perfect, the terrace has an amazing view to the palace and good food and drinks. The staff went above and beyond for us, specially May in the reception. She was amazing. Thank you

We are family of four and the suite with a view was very good for us.|A good size and comfortable. The location is good because you ca basically walk to the historic center of Madrid, going up a stairs to Plaza de España. In front you have the Jardines Campo del Moro. Nearby there is shopping center. This is not inexpensive but it is very good.

Yelp
I stayed for 3 nights in April 2024 so my review is tardy. My room, a studio, was wonderful! Very clean, well set up. I had a view of the sunset every night. I would go to the grocery store and bring dinner back with me. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. It was not yet open so I'd bring up a glass of wine and a sandwich. The front desk personnel were very helpful. I am looking forward to staying again in April of 2025. Going to make reservations as soon as they open.

Yelp
You guys are the best!! You upgraded us to a better room with a stellar view and your staff was so accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could have a few options but not too many. It is sufficient. This hotel is also located very close to many of Madrid's attractions like El Retiro, the cathedral and the castle

Yelp
Lovely place to have a drink and enjoy a wonderful view of the Royal Palace and gardens. They have a nice choice of appetizers to accompany drinks. A 10E per person consumption is require but well worth it.

Yelp
Great hotel/apartment! Located right by the Royal Palace with the view of it from the rooftop! I was upset we arrived so late to really enjoy this place. I told my husband I wanted to get out of Barcelona to get back to Madrid and I wished we did that sooner. It was our last night in Spain and so we were flying out of Madrid. The concierge is very friendly and was very nice to our daughters. They offer tours and they gave us keys to the bar. Our room had a kitchenette, living room with tv, a dining area, a children's cot for our girls to sleep in, and our bedroom had a California King bed! Something we didn't get the entire trip in Europe since it's not common to have a size bed that big. We wanted to have a bottle of wine to enjoy together, so my husband went downstairs to get a bottle of Spanish wine from the concierge for $10. The wine was delicious and the bottle opener and glasses were already available in our kitchenette. The shower had great pressure and our entire stay was just wonderful.

Yelp
Woah. The terraza at Jardines de Sabatini has stellar customer service, and in a land where that is not always considered priority, it's definitely noticeable. I was with a large group and we didn't have a reservation. One lady running the game up on the terrace led us to a huge back sofa, that although not looking at the palace, had a great view. I was impressed that they could accommodate so well. However, they even went above and beyond by setting up a table for us in front of the palace even though what they had given us was great too. It was really kind, as we are a young group who didn't plan ahead and would have been happy with anything, yet they made it the best evening for us, even though they knew we were only getting drinks. Impressive!

Yelp
Our European trip was sabotaged when our bag of souvenirs were stolen from our hotel room. While it wasn't the end of the world (contents were about $350)...the hotel management did not help us sort this out. That's a problem Watch your belongings in Europe...but especially at this establishment. BEWARE! Pretty gardens though.

Yelp
The hotel was lovely. The summer palace was just outside our room. So pretty. We had a room with a king sized bed in the bedroom (very comfortable) plus a bed in the living room with a kitchenette that we really didn't use. (We walked, ate and drank all day and just came home to sleep a little before we started again.) We went to Segovia one day and walked all over Madrid a few other days. We also had a drink on the rooftop restaurant. Something you should do if you stay here. Expensive but the view is amazing. Book the auto museum when you book the room for early in your stay (or when you check in). We were set to see it during our last day but they had an electrical problem so it was cancelled. My husband and son love cars so it was a disappointment. The subway is a few blocks away so you can get to other towns for day trips via subway and train and how we left to get to Sevilla for a few days. One of the best things that this hotel provided was a wifi connection that you could take with you on your travels. The first day, we didn't turn it off between stops and the battery died. This tip would have been great to get in advance, so I share with you now. Wifi to go, wow! Turn it in every night so they can charge it and get a new one in the am. Free coffee and lattes in the lobby in the am. Breakfast is steep. We went out and to the left down a block (or two) on the corner where they had a couple tables on the sidewalk and wonderful tortillas espanola.

Yelp
This little hotel is just cross the park from royal palace. As located next to a busy street, it offer quite room the the back side. The staffs in the front desk are lovely people. They patiently answered our question in well English. They also fifer very liable recommendation for surrounding restaurant options. It has a rooftop bar where you can oversee the palace, a beautiful place for a drink. It breakfast behind lobby offers various hams in the morning' with a small price to pay. The room is kind of pricey but less than the ones in New York City.

Yelp
Stayed for a few days. Service is good, location is great and room was clean. Arriving to hotel made easy by the staff. The view of the palace and garden from the room were a bonus.

Yelp
Nothing but criminals and thieves. Out of the 6 hotels I booked for May 2020, this was the only hotel who refused a refund. They offered me credit, which I took instead. When the time came to rebook, they refused to honor my credit. They are hiding behind a global pandemic to steal people's money.

Yelp
If you are in Madrid, this is a must-see! The gardens are beautiful and the palace looks amazing at sunset with the light and color. It's not too far from my apartment so my roommates and I enjoy running around there. People are always taking pictures but the garden has never felt crowded. If you do selfies, up your game here!

Yelp
Arriving at ApartoSuites was the start of a breathtaking experience. We anticipated seeing the room because we knew we'd have a view of the Royal Palace, but we never expected it to be as stunning as it was seeing it for the first time. The hotel's lobby is super cute and chic, with pops of fun colors around a simply decorated space. There is fresh squeezed orange juice and an espresso maker in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We stayed in a studio suite with a balcony and a view of the Palace. The weather was perfect which made the view that much more special. The service of the staff was spectacular. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pretty much spotless in terms of cleanliness. Even the aromas getting off the elevator were enjoyable. The view from the terrace is a MUST! We didn't get a chance to enjoy brunch during our stay, but we were in within walking distance from some of the most delicious bar and restaurants in the area. And because we were taking public transportation to and from the airport, it was very convenient. I would most certainly love to stay at the ApartoSuites if I ever get the chance to visit Madrid again.

Yelp
So worth the amazing view of the royal palace! The service was warm and friendly. The food was very good. Shared the hummus and chicken burrito...all good but the view is killer!

Yelp
this hotel is beautiful. the lobby has this beautiful colorful decoration. our room had an amazing view of the royal palace. the rooftop is very nicely done. there is plenty of seating and the view of the palace is stunning. the only negative i found was that it is somewhat far from gran via. which is where we did most of our shopping and dining. we had to take a taxi but it was only 4-5 euros

Robert P.

Yelp
Nice place, simple to have a drink overlooking the King's palace. No food till after 7-8 PM.

Kate K.

Yelp
This review is for Terraza de Sabatini, the rooftop bar at the Jardines De Sabatini Apartosuites. Great views of the Royal palace, relaxed ambience, friendly staff. They don't really serve any food, just a cheese and charcuterie plates.

Yelp
Great hotel in a perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got a deal online for 100€ per night which was a steal compared to the competition. I would definitely stay here again.
