The Suites were centrally located with easy access to metro, and walkable to many stores and restaurants. the room was sparkling clean and had daily housekeeping.. Self serve laundry on the property was a bonus. Breakfast buffets were excellent every morning. We were on top floor which was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel highly.

Located across from the palace and a short walk to many restaurants. The hotel room was large and modern in design and furnishings. The room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable in a hotel in many stays. Great shower too. Room has a small kitchenette which we did not use. Optional breakfast was fine and added convenience to our stay. Hotel guests can have a free car museum tour at the hotel which was a nice little extra on our getaway morning.

W have stayed in 6 hotels in the past month and this was by far the best. We booked a larger room with a view of the palace which was a stunning view to wake up to every day. The room was huge. Best shower I have ever used in Europe with a full bathtub. When coming back to Madrid I will ALWAYS stay here! Perfect location, great for walking, close to the mall, close to the markets…. The staff was fabulous, the snacks in the lobby, the filtered water in the lobby. There were so many great things about this hotel I can’t possibly list them all! The AC worked too well!! We had to actually burn it off which we never do in any hotel!! The bed was super comfy! I can’t say enough good things about the place and I wish they had a hotel in every country because I would pick them 1st every time!

This was an excellent hotel! Great location within walking distance of everything you want to do. Taxi service at the door so convenient. Front desk loves to help with all you need. You can tell the hotel employees love their guests and their jobs. We loved our large room and great breakfast! If in Madrid we would stay here again!

Very great hotel! For a 3 star hotel, we were blown away. We loved it! Rooms: somewhat big. The bathroom is nice, beds are good, and there is a lot of space for storage and cooking. Great view Staff: very friendly, easy check in and check out. Didn’t have much interaction with staff but overall they were nice Location: really really good location. Located near museums and park and metro. Rooftop good view. Food: food was decent. Breakfast small selection. We didn’t eat dinner. Not many rooms which means small selection. Overall, the hotel was cozy (the entrance was especially cool!) with nice rooms, friendly staff and a good location. Quite clean as well. Would recommend!

August 2025||Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff — special thanks to Noelia and May — were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Any issues were resolved quickly and with a genuine smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.||||We were pleasantly surprised by the ladies who greeted us when they upgraded our room, for which we are truly grateful. I definitely recommend choosing a room with a view of the palace. Waking up every morning to such a panorama was a true delight. Next time, I would gladly stay in that very room again. The location is also fantastic.||||The hotel also has a cozy terrace where you can enjoy drinks while admiring the breathtaking view, especially during sunset. It’s a place you want to come back to again and again.||||The photos on the website truly reflect the reality — what you see is exactly what you get, which is a rare and wonderful thing.||||I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, attention to detail, and the beauty of the surrounding scenery.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, our room was very clean, well appointed, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, blackout drapes worked well.||The room set up was great. We were able to use the kitchen, all around a wonderful experience. ||We enjoyed drinks and tapas on the rooftop bar overlooking the palace, which was an absolutely beautiful evening. ||Check in and check out we’re very easy.

While the location and the responsiveness of the staff was pretty good, a hotel/apartment is booked to bring a pleasant end to your day....and this did not occur, so had to go with the one star. We had already been travelling for 2 weeks across Northern Spain and were fortunate enough to have decent stays along the way. The first night here (after a very long day, 3.5 hr train ride and out all day/evening enjoying Madrid), I would have guaranteed an easy night of sleep. My side (Couple) of the bed was soft and uncomfortable. The room (#66) was also quite noisy as we faced the street and the windows were single-pane (at best!). I proceeded to take the cushions off the couch and placed them on the floor...what a surprise when doing so (see the couch pic below). After lying down on the cushions, I could feel a draft, but the sliding door was closed and the a/c was set but not blowing.....so I basically got dressed to sleep on those cushions. My spouse was visiting with relatives and came back and crashed sometime through the night; I maybe slept a total of one hour. The next day started early, as I was visiting family, so I had a quick shower (good!) and went on with my day thinking that maybe the issues were in my head. Came back the second night, eager for a good night's sleep....bed was no different, so I once again slept on the cushions on the floor. Same issues, noisy with the single-pane glass, drafty and uncomfortable....little to no sleep + my spouse experienced the same! We showered and went down to discuss with the front desk. The young lady at the desk was pleasant, understanding and willing to try and rectify the situation. Shortly, a gentleman came out and acknowledge our discomfort by mentioning that they were in the process of renovating those rooms. He then asked why we did not let them know yesterday....and i asked him why they did not let us know about the room when the hotel knows about it and are in the process of correcting it, especially since we booked and paid for the room almost 6 months ago. They talked about a refund for 50% of one night, which I did not feel acceptable (I asked for one full night). THere was no response, but they were going to find us another room. Later that day, Jean Carlo tried to put us in the room next door (#65) which is on the same street side, with little to no window improvements (except for a film across the windows). My spouse had to let know immediately, and then they finally moved us to another room (#58) which had a bedroom door to close off the bedroom for a couple of hours of sleep, and bed was much more comfortable. In the end, hotel, staff and location are good, but you MUST ensure that your room windows are decent, otherwise you will not sleep.

Yelp
I stayed for 3 nights in April 2024 so my review is tardy. My room, a studio, was wonderful! Very clean, well set up. I had a view of the sunset every night. I would go to the grocery store and bring dinner back with me. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. It was not yet open so I'd bring up a glass of wine and a sandwich. The front desk personnel were very helpful. I am looking forward to staying again in April of 2025. Going to make reservations as soon as they open.

Yelp
You guys are the best!! You upgraded us to a better room with a stellar view and your staff was so accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could have a few options but not too many. It is sufficient. This hotel is also located very close to many of Madrid's attractions like El Retiro, the cathedral and the castle

Yelp
Lovely place to have a drink and enjoy a wonderful view of the Royal Palace and gardens. They have a nice choice of appetizers to accompany drinks. A 10E per person consumption is require but well worth it.

Yelp
Great hotel/apartment! Located right by the Royal Palace with the view of it from the rooftop! I was upset we arrived so late to really enjoy this place. I told my husband I wanted to get out of Barcelona to get back to Madrid and I wished we did that sooner. It was our last night in Spain and so we were flying out of Madrid. The concierge is very friendly and was very nice to our daughters. They offer tours and they gave us keys to the bar. Our room had a kitchenette, living room with tv, a dining area, a children's cot for our girls to sleep in, and our bedroom had a California King bed! Something we didn't get the entire trip in Europe since it's not common to have a size bed that big. We wanted to have a bottle of wine to enjoy together, so my husband went downstairs to get a bottle of Spanish wine from the concierge for $10. The wine was delicious and the bottle opener and glasses were already available in our kitchenette. The shower had great pressure and our entire stay was just wonderful.

Yelp
Woah. The terraza at Jardines de Sabatini has stellar customer service, and in a land where that is not always considered priority, it's definitely noticeable. I was with a large group and we didn't have a reservation. One lady running the game up on the terrace led us to a huge back sofa, that although not looking at the palace, had a great view. I was impressed that they could accommodate so well. However, they even went above and beyond by setting up a table for us in front of the palace even though what they had given us was great too. It was really kind, as we are a young group who didn't plan ahead and would have been happy with anything, yet they made it the best evening for us, even though they knew we were only getting drinks. Impressive!

Yelp
Our European trip was sabotaged when our bag of souvenirs were stolen from our hotel room. While it wasn't the end of the world (contents were about $350)...the hotel management did not help us sort this out. That's a problem Watch your belongings in Europe...but especially at this establishment. BEWARE! Pretty gardens though.

Yelp
The hotel was lovely. The summer palace was just outside our room. So pretty. We had a room with a king sized bed in the bedroom (very comfortable) plus a bed in the living room with a kitchenette that we really didn't use. (We walked, ate and drank all day and just came home to sleep a little before we started again.) We went to Segovia one day and walked all over Madrid a few other days. We also had a drink on the rooftop restaurant. Something you should do if you stay here. Expensive but the view is amazing. Book the auto museum when you book the room for early in your stay (or when you check in). We were set to see it during our last day but they had an electrical problem so it was cancelled. My husband and son love cars so it was a disappointment. The subway is a few blocks away so you can get to other towns for day trips via subway and train and how we left to get to Sevilla for a few days. One of the best things that this hotel provided was a wifi connection that you could take with you on your travels. The first day, we didn't turn it off between stops and the battery died. This tip would have been great to get in advance, so I share with you now. Wifi to go, wow! Turn it in every night so they can charge it and get a new one in the am. Free coffee and lattes in the lobby in the am. Breakfast is steep. We went out and to the left down a block (or two) on the corner where they had a couple tables on the sidewalk and wonderful tortillas espanola.

Yelp
This little hotel is just cross the park from royal palace. As located next to a busy street, it offer quite room the the back side. The staffs in the front desk are lovely people. They patiently answered our question in well English. They also fifer very liable recommendation for surrounding restaurant options. It has a rooftop bar where you can oversee the palace, a beautiful place for a drink. It breakfast behind lobby offers various hams in the morning' with a small price to pay. The room is kind of pricey but less than the ones in New York City.

Yelp
Stayed for a few days. Service is good, location is great and room was clean. Arriving to hotel made easy by the staff. The view of the palace and garden from the room were a bonus.

Yelp
Nothing but criminals and thieves. Out of the 6 hotels I booked for May 2020, this was the only hotel who refused a refund. They offered me credit, which I took instead. When the time came to rebook, they refused to honor my credit. They are hiding behind a global pandemic to steal people's money.

Yelp
If you are in Madrid, this is a must-see! The gardens are beautiful and the palace looks amazing at sunset with the light and color. It's not too far from my apartment so my roommates and I enjoy running around there. People are always taking pictures but the garden has never felt crowded. If you do selfies, up your game here!

Yelp
Arriving at ApartoSuites was the start of a breathtaking experience. We anticipated seeing the room because we knew we'd have a view of the Royal Palace, but we never expected it to be as stunning as it was seeing it for the first time. The hotel's lobby is super cute and chic, with pops of fun colors around a simply decorated space. There is fresh squeezed orange juice and an espresso maker in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We stayed in a studio suite with a balcony and a view of the Palace. The weather was perfect which made the view that much more special. The service of the staff was spectacular. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pretty much spotless in terms of cleanliness. Even the aromas getting off the elevator were enjoyable. The view from the terrace is a MUST! We didn't get a chance to enjoy brunch during our stay, but we were in within walking distance from some of the most delicious bar and restaurants in the area. And because we were taking public transportation to and from the airport, it was very convenient. I would most certainly love to stay at the ApartoSuites if I ever get the chance to visit Madrid again.

Yelp
So worth the amazing view of the royal palace! The service was warm and friendly. The food was very good. Shared the hummus and chicken burrito...all good but the view is killer!

Yelp
this hotel is beautiful. the lobby has this beautiful colorful decoration. our room had an amazing view of the royal palace. the rooftop is very nicely done. there is plenty of seating and the view of the palace is stunning. the only negative i found was that it is somewhat far from gran via. which is where we did most of our shopping and dining. we had to take a taxi but it was only 4-5 euros

Yelp
Nice place, simple to have a drink overlooking the King's palace. No food till after 7-8 PM.

Kate K.

Yelp
This review is for Terraza de Sabatini, the rooftop bar at the Jardines De Sabatini Apartosuites. Great views of the Royal palace, relaxed ambience, friendly staff. They don't really serve any food, just a cheese and charcuterie plates.

Yelp
Great hotel in a perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got a deal online for 100€ per night which was a steal compared to the competition. I would definitely stay here again.
