I went to Jarir’s Apple Authorized Service Center because my MacBook suddenly stopped working. They told me they needed to make a technical report first and charged me for it. After paying, I received nothing useful. The service was very disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I expected much better from an Apple Authorized Service Center. I do not recommend this service at all.

A very nice bookstore with a wide variety of books to choose from. This store caters for office supplies, stationary and equipment. You will also find a wide selection of hobbies related items. This store also sells mobile phones, computers, printers and TVs. I recommend to apply for a Jarir Card as you can benefit from the discount it offers.

I would like to thank the employee (I think his name was Ali or Abdul-Ali) at Jarir Bookstore for the excellent service and professional attitude. He was always smiling and friendly, and he explained everything about the laptops with patience and clarity. He helped us a lot in choosing the laptops that we were really comfortable with and that met our needs. Dealing with him was very pleasant, and we left the store feeling happy and satisfied with the experience. If we ever need anything else from Jarir, we’ll definitely ask for him.
