I recently dined at Jarmer’s Kitchen expecting a great experience due to its renowned reputation and famous chef. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
I ordered the traditional Austrian schnitzel, which the menu indicated would be served with a traditional cucumber salad. However, it arrived with a leafy salad that none of us at the table enjoyed. Additionally, the service was disappointing. The waiters seemed rushed, made numerous errors in taking orders, and delivered them to the wrong people.
The overall ambiance was uncomfortable, with the head chef visibly angry and yelling at the kitchen staff, creating a tense atmosphere. The toilets were not well-maintained, adding to the negative experience.
While the schnitzel itself was decent, the inedible salad and dry chips, combined with poor service and an uneasy environment, led me to rate the overall plate and experience as less than average. I don't like to rate a business badly, but I really hope this review will help them to fix their mistakes and make the place great again.
