Jasmine Palace

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and great location. My husband and I stayed here last month for 1 night and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The checkin and checkout process were seamless. Each staff member was very professional and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I LOVED the shower and all of the amenities in the room. We had a really wonderful view as well. We didn’t have one of the newly renovated rooms, but it was nonetheless beautiful and comfortable. Oh and the dining room is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will for sure stay here again.

Really nice hotel with comfortable beds, good hot showers, clean rooms, and a decent buffet breakfast. The staff were also amazing helping us with multiple requests for different things. Highly recommended!

I hope the service come back onto 2022 before.I wanna say the housekeeping need to upgrade their service to the 2022 best service again.And don't forget to ask the customer (anything else? )when u guy housekeeping after cleaning the room. I would really love to stay at this hotel , and that is why I say this 😘

Seems to be a bit pricey but worth a stay. Food is good. Rooms are relaxing. I stayed a few times for family staycation and exam prep.

Location is good. Can use grab plus to go around n paid cash for taxi fare. Room is big, clean n good view from high floor. Hotel buffet breakfast is good. Have omelette n noodle live station. Internet speed quite fast.

This hotel I recommend highely!|The food and hygiene is very good and every holiday they make more progress than even before. |The animation is lovely, every day they have a programme and keep all ages entertained. |The manager and boys and girls of the animation are always speaking with all the guests by the pool. |We come here several times, one of the reasons we come back is the lovely staff!

The best holiday ever, I was truely spoilt by the staff. This is my favourite hotel in Egypt (been about 10 times). Close to airport (8mins) massive beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach and yetty. The food is plentiful with 2 cooking stations, salad bar, great coffee- nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We had a great time with Carly in animation and also got escorted on nights out (golden Buddha is a fav). The rooms were immaculate and have a fridge with bottled water and a safe. The whole hotel was super clean, I saw the resturant being sprayed at 3am, cutlery was immaculate and glasses etc . There is not one complain I have about anything here, the staff are great just say hello . I can’t wait to come back very very soon and there’s a English rep as well called Skye. If u need help just ask . I found other hotel to be lacking in vibe and have visited 4 others . This hotel is a better standard than my platinum hotel in Spain last year. Firstly I would definitely go back. |Pros- Absolutely wonderful staff they have all been so polite and courteous I really do mean all of them from security, cleaners, bar and waiting staff special shout out to Badr at the wave bar (you should get a raise). |Cons- Felt slightly hounded by the guys round the pool trying to sell extras i.e spa, hairdressers etc. Found out from a the day before we left you can get a red flag to hang on your umbrella and they leave you alone.|All in all a great place but if you are after chicken nuggets and chips all week it probably isn't for you, but it's not hard to find something nice to eat. Tipping is optional but most of the staff do such a great job you end up happy to tip but better to do this in pounds, dollars or euro rather than Egyptian currency.
