I recently stayed at Jasmine Palace and had a fairly mixed experience overall. The highlight of my stay was definitely the customer service — the staff were welcoming, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. They really made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not outstanding. While the room was generally tidy, it didn’t feel as fresh as it could have. The air conditioning also seemed like it needed cleaning, which affected the air quality a bit. Additionally, the fridge was working, but it wasn’t cold enough to properly chill drinks or food.
The breakfast was decent but quite plain, with limited variety and options. It was fine for a quick meal, but I was hoping for a bit more selection.
Overall, Jasmine Palace has great potential thanks to its excellent staff, but some maintenance and improvements in cleanliness and amenities would really enhance the guest experience.
