This could quite possibly be the best hotel we have EVER stayed it. From when the transfer fetched us from the airport with aromatherapy towels in the air-conditioned bus to the welcome drinks - this was just the beginning and we were not disappointed. The hotel's location is incredible - down a little side road from the main street of Lamai it is literally 20 steps into the town and about a 5 minute walk to the Lamai night market.|The hotel never ever felt packed and busy with people clamouring for beach chairs, in fact one morning as we lay at the pool we said that it almost felt like our own villa but with the added benefit of the hotel staff. There is no reservation of chairs and so there are always plenty. |The beach is incredible and we recommend the man bbqing corn on the beach!|We booked deluxe seaview interconnecting rooms. The rooms were huge and the bathroom sensational with electric blinds for privacy. Bath and rain shower included. Guests are provided water every day and a beach bag to use, gowns and pool gowns as well as slippers and beach shoes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had an extra bed in one of the rooms which was a proper thick memory foam mattress. They have thought of everything in the rooms - washing lines on the balconies, and everything else you could need. |Reception has delicious fresh fruit daily at all times.|Breakfast was good - a mixture of Asian and Western, pastries, delicious fruit and even a juicer to juice your own.|The restaurant menu was great and varied as well and not too expensive and so we ate here quite alot. On a Wednesday evening highly recommend booking a table for dinner on the beach (sensational setting) and watching the fire show organised by neighbouring hotel Thai House. |All in all the staff were incredibel and the hotel took our breath away - we could not have hoped for a better stay!

We had an exceptional 4 nights stay at the beautiful Jasmine Samui resort. Location - unbeatable! Right in front of the emerald blue, serene and laidback Lamai beach and diff restaurants, Lamai night market, shops galore just few meters away, the place is terrific! We were accommodated in the Deluxe villa facing the property's lush tropical garden, which gave that wild and charming feel. Room - Spacious, tastefully decorated, huge bed and with all amenities - we had a great stay. Staff - efficient, courteous and super helpful who arranged our daily sightseeing tours and gave good tips to maximise our experience. Food - breakfast spread was awesome every day and delicious for sure; and we dined two consecutive nights here, Thai and Italian dishes - we loved it! In short - we couldn't fault anything. We loved everything about Koh Samui (we had the best of weather) and Jasmine resort. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was ok, but the dining experience at the restaurant is only commendable if you choose Thai dishes. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; some staff members appeared quite unhappy while attending to guests. The most frustrating aspect of our stay was the lack of air conditioning for one night. We struggled to sleep for most of the night, and while maintenance attempted to fix the issue the following day, we received no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience, even after we inquired about it at checkout. Overall, the handling of this situation was disappointing and did not meet our expectations..

The Samui Jasmine Resort is a great hotel with wonderful facilities. But what makes the hotel is its amazing staff who are friendly and willing to help make one's stay a fantastic experience. From dealing with dietary requirements to helping organise excursions their commitment to customer service is first class.

A very comfortable small resort on the beach at Lamai. Villas are spacious but a little dated. We would return but select one of the more modern hotel rooms next time.|It is well located for private access to the beach and shops bars and restaurants along the road.|The staff are wonderful and breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of western, Asian and European foods.

We were picked up at the airport and treated to cool drink during our easy check in. The deluxe sea view rooms are Thai style and beautiful. The beds huge and soft. The bathroom is lovely with a stand alone bath and a seperate rainfall shower. The view from the balcony is amazing especially in the evening. The staff really make this hotel. They are really polite and friendly. Fern on the main desk answered all our questions and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The pool isnt huge but fine for the size of the hotel and being an infinity pool it felt as though you were on the beach. The hotel is right next to a lovely beach. While we were there the sea was flat and like a warm bath. Small fish were swimming around our feet. The breakfasts were really good. Plenty of choice every day with European and Thai dishes and lots of fresh fruit. I would thoroughly recommend fhis hotel. I will go back there when I return to Koh Samui

Stayed here based on reviews but for the price/ quality its probably better to stay somewhere else. The rooms are ok, the things that are aesthetically pleasing turn out to be a problem. The bathroom door has a glass sliding panel which was heavy and loud. The control panel for lights, didn’t really help as only one person could operate it. Breakfast was the worst we’ve had in Thailand. A buffet of very poor and little choice.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, however noisy beach location next to a music bar / club (won't be able to read or sleep at the beach during the day - 100dB loud music non stop), not mentioning this hotel adding its own music 🤯 terrible mix! Not for peaceful beach holiday... Breakfast buffet very limited, poor value for money...
