Jason Markk Flagship Store

Okay so this spot is fully dope. I came in and got the $10 spot cleanup on a pair of New Balance x Kith 580 Malibus and the shoe has a canvas upper with some surrounding suede which was in great condition, the canvas was really the part that needed to be cleaned up. Long story short Aaron took incredible care of my shoes and was able to clean the cloth upper without messing up the suede and had the shoes cleaned and dried and on my feet in less than 10 minutes. They have a location in NYC which I’ll be visiting when I’m home but for now all I can say is bring your favorite pair and see what they can do to bring it back to life. This place is great and the people working there are cool as hell. I’ll be seeing you in New York!

I’ve been coming here since the pandemic. They never fail to do a good clean up on shoes. Once I heard they started cleaning bags and other leather goods I brought my bag here because it was pretty filthy. When I picked up my bag it looked like if I had just purchased it from the fendi store itself. This is the only store I trust to clean shoes and bags!! Thank you Jason Markk.

I’m from NYC and I just happen to be flying out tomorrow and aaron did his best to express clean my sneakers and to be honest they came out better than what I expected especially after a long weekend.

Dropped some skate highs (suede) off that were heavily caked with dirt. 3 days later and they look brand new. Definitely will be coming back to get my other shoes cleaned.

I better get your life and shoes together! I went to the shop in the Grove for years now I'm at the flagship. Same great service. Yes, one can clean their own shoes. However, I know myself, and I will never do it thank Jason Markk team for being here. I feel the service is worth every dollar I've never been disappointed and I appreciate how there's paper stuffed in the tow of the shoes and a shoe bag for each pair. They really know how to treat your shoes. The shop also has cute items for sale, candles, jewelry, etc. Parking may be difficult. There's paid on street parking in a garage a few blocks away.

Props to Aaron and the #JasonMarkk crew. I 1st heard of this spot via #DjRhettmatic years ago. But this was my 1st time EVER onsite, and Aaron hooked me up with service, sneaker wisdom and dope convo. I got an #OnFoot cleaning and a drop off Service. I left my HOKA TRAIL kicks for the $35 service. But they brought my Pre-Pandemic #StoreroomDisplayAirMax bk to LIFE. Full Confession, these are my garage shoes (grab and go type-no more box) so that dust had GATHERED and at around $10 - not too shabby of an exchange. I'll be bk more often.

This place saved my life AND made me a believer that shoes I hadn't cleaned for 4+ yrs could be brought back to life! Now.. the story So 2018 I went to Astroworld in Houston, (yes I survived and it was worth it) but little did I know when trying to get a fit off I would destroy a pair of my fav Dunks+spike Lee collabs . Fast foward got a really great referral from 2 friends to try out Jason Markk so hey... I'm a firm believer in my circle Super clean and chill spot. They had some great options of how detailed of a clean you want from laces to the soles to just the top. I got ALLLL OF IT, I told them "whatever it takes" . 72hr turn around I came back to a pair of shoes I haven't seen this way in 5+ yrs. So yes. I am glad to refer them, thankful for their service and I will be returning, just hopefully won't wait this long again 10/10.. or 5/5... whatever just pull up!

Myra was very helpful to suggest that I can get a 3-day turnaround time and get it out before I leave for the airport. I trusted them very much with my shoes and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Aaron provided quality service & definitely made us feel welcomed. He answered all questions and explain thoroughly. He came through as he cleaned 2 pairs of shoes efficiently. We leave super satisfied with his services.

If you have some killer kicks that need a little TLC. This is the place to be. The staff is awesome "so friendly". And if flipping your used shoes is your thing. They will detail them like new so you can get top dollar. I suggest you come here for shoe detailing and supplies.

Been using Jason Markk since it came out and it never disappoints I've never had the pleasure of dropping a pair off but I know it's more than worth it, went in the store today to refill my bottle of shoe cleaner then decided to get my shoes cleaned by AARON and this man needs a raise expeditiously he is so knowledgeable and just has the most amazing customer service. I'd definitely want him to be a part of my business, he's an asset don't let him go!

my shoes came out looking worse! No joke, my gf recommended i come here to clean my suede and nylon air max ones. I parked in the yellow and had to pick 'em up quick and didn't have time to check...when i got home i saw one shoe had a black ring around the tow stitching like all the dirt and water accumulated there from the cleaning, IT WASNT THERE BEFORE, the rest of the shoe had scuffs and marks just the same. She saw em and was pissed too, i'll give 'em a call on monday and see what they say but... looks like $35 big ones and two 25 minute drives down the drain, i want a REFUND

I found this place a couple months ago! They know how to handle every type of material, especially Mayra, she's gave me great pointers to maintain my shoes clean. I've dropped off from leather to canvas shoes to her. They have very friendly customer service. Love the vibe here every time I come in.

This is my one stop shop for sneaker maintenance care. It's quality cleaning service for an affordable price. Anytime my sneakers are looking a little bit, this place brings them back to life, looking as good as new. During my most recent visit, I brought in my Adidas clarks 8th street by Ronnie Feig on Sunday after having someone step on my right shoe. Aaron gladly took great care of my shoes immediately and I was on my way in under 20 mins.

It's like drying clean for your shoes. Execellent service. I have been dropping off my shoes for prob 5 years. My sneakers look fresh when I pick them up. They sprayed my suede thigh high boots to repell water and they still look great. Thanks guys for your service and attention to detail !

I was assisted by a wonderful lady, didn't catch her name. I went in today to see what I can get to clean off my shoe at home, but she was kind enough to offer a quick cleaning on the spot since I just stained my shoe with mustard. I still bought some items to take home after she guided me about what would be best for me to use. She also offered some samples to take home. Thank you for going above and beyond! Took in a used pair I had just purchased and they brought them back to life. They look amazing for where they once were at and had a quick turn around from when i took them in. Would gladly bring them back for the value of service!

My concord 11s from 2010 we're done! Destroyed I brought them here to see if they could bring them back to life because I just love the concords with the 23 on the back!! I highly recommend anyone who needs there shoes cleaned to come here. You can see by the pictures that the Jordan's are back to life and clean looking brand new!! I forgot to ask for the name of the employee that was helping me this past Sunday, but he made me feel confident that my sneakers were in good hands. I was in and out the door within 10 minutes and was recommended a few products to use at home if my sneakers were stained in the future. Prior to my visit I was a little hesitant making the commute to downtown los angeles, but the attention to detail and expertise in shoe cleaning truly sets this store apart. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend stopping by to get your shoes looking their best. The place looks great. I was helped by Mayra she was very knowledgeable and friendly and also helped me put my mind at ease with my favorite pair of shoes. My shoes looked like new. Amazing clean detailing. I would really give no stars . I'm not understanding how my shoes look 1000 times worse after a cleaning. I dropped a large order like 15 pairs of shoes. Good money spent for the most expensive pair to be completely ruined & to Be told that suede is difficult if that was the case you shouldn't have touched them . How do you sell a product line of suede cleaner and condition it and say it's difficult. When I take a shirt to the cleaners if they can't clean it they simply let you know an don't touch it so they don't ruin your item! You should be doing the same. How are all my seams ripped why are you scrubbing so hard you are ripping the whole Shoe. And why is Their Still dirt at the bare minimum clean the dirt!!! I am widely disappointed and feel essentially robbed took my money and actually cost me more by ruining my shoes

Went to the Jason Markk store to purchase some Repel for some shoes that I've had on ice for a while. I always waterproof my shoes before wearing them for the first time. I used a brand from one of the mall sneaker stores for many years but it had such a toxic smell and looked for other options. I wanted to try Jason Markk because I use their original cleaner and their quick wipes when I travel so I know the quality will be there with the Repel. Austin helped me and showed me how to apply the Repel. What to wipe off (the midsole) so it doesnt leave a sticky residue. He was very informative and helpful. We appreciated his customer service. I also picked up a premium cleaning brush for my suede and flyknit pairs. Another one of the staff members helped me with info on their other products. He explained the differences between the foaming cleaner and the original Jason Markk cleaner. I think he may have been one of the managers. He also assured me that the Repel was safe to use on all different sneaker materials. Appreciate all the help and information, especially from Austin. Thanks Austin!

Disappointed. I love Jason Markk's products, and I've been using them for years. But their cleaning service is not good. I brought my FOG in, and when I went to pick them up, they were still dirty. I paid for the premium service, including shoelace cleaning, the bottom of the shoe clean, and premium shoe clean. When I got home, I cleaned them myself, and they turned out so much better. The dirt on the straps came off, which the guy at the store said was difficult to come off. I won't be coming back.

So my husband really wanted to Try this place and I thought really didn't because why ??! Sooo I took my Kobe's . Made sure to pay to get the bottoms cleaned &&& when I got here y'all . It was literally dirty still at the bottom of both shoes . The ONE stain I paid yall to get out is still on my shoe like what did y'all do !?! They take before pictures and I saw them and the man saw me see them and took the Kobe's to re clean the bottoms . Smh this is such a scam

I had an unfortunate incident when I was wearing my LeBron 16s WTLs and ran into a coffee cup on the ground that I simply did not see. Got coffee all over my shoes! I was able to get the stains out but the coffee smell wouldn't go away. That's when my friend recommended Jason Markk to me. Once I walked in here, I knew my shoes would be taken care of. Nothing like seeing a wall of kicks to give me comfort that this was the right place to go. Was helped out by Gabriel, who recommended the right type of treatment for my shoes. Picked them up several days later and they were like brand new! It's definitely on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Really happy with their services, would definitely come back.

Fernando was the man! I had a tiny scratch mark on my shoes and within 30 seconds he was able to clean it and remove it completely! Definitely recommend coming to get your shoes cleaned quickly. Jason Markk always has the best quality cleaning materials and top experts representing them!

Came in and saw they do quick shoe cleans and thought I'd give it a shot with my (badly) scuffed adidas. Despite it being on the knit part, they were still able to clean it in no time, making it look almost brand new. 10/10 would go to again

Took two pairs of shoes last week on august 21, 2021. I was told to pick up the shoes on august 28th, which is the date that I'm writing this review. One pair which I paid for the purp special came out good no complaints there's, the second pair I did the classic clean and asked for the bottom of shoes to get clean for an extra 6 dollars. You can obviously tell they didn't even touch the bottom of the shoe I still have some dirt and rocks stuck to the bottom. I requested to have the bottom of the shoe cleaned so I can sell them, so now I have to clean the bottom of the shoe after I paid for the service to be done. I get it, it's the bottom of the shoe I shouldn't make a big deal of it, just bugs me that I paid extra for a service to make my life a little easier and didn't get what I paid for.

They alright to be honest you'll save more money when you go in and buy there shoe cleaners for cheap and you could clean it at your convenience in your own home and to be honest you could buy the cleaner anywhere target wss Walmart works Great and plus you don't have to wait one whole week for your shoes to get back shit get at me all do them for you half price !! Lol to be honest I went in expecting more to be honest wasn't all the my experience plus there expensive ‍ I'm just being honest go and see for yourself guys !

A few of my friends raved about this place knowing I have limited release/edition sneakers. After a horrid experience of my younger sister taking a pair of my KithDiamond asics while I was out of town. She really wore them out. And did not take any care. As seen in before photos. I knew these would be tough to clean being suede so I didn't expect a drastic difference with the amount of scuff and damage. But it was a great price and I took before/after pics to show the difference. The staff were straight forward & let me know that being the type of suede they were the color may change and it may not be a big difference. I got the full clean out, in, & laces. For a total of $38. The inside wasn't cleaned at all. However To make these sneaks wearable again the outside clean was definitely a noticeable difference. I picked them up they were both in individual dust bags. They showed me each sneaker and I was in a rush so I signed and hurried away didn't have time to really examine. When you check in you get a complimentary kit! I haven't used it but I plan too! As far as parking street parking maybe tough but that's where I parked pick up and drop off. Not even a block away.

The dry cleaners for shoes. Took a couple pairs of Jordan's to Jason Markk. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up. I usually clean my own shoes but never come out quite right. Jason Markk had them looking brand new.

Talk about convenient, and let's talk about how much I'm a fan of this Flagship Store. I hate cleaning shoes, so I was seriously super excited when I found out about a "drop off shoe cleaning service" and it had really great reviews on Yelp. I drove to Little Tokyo, found street parking, and dropped them off. Returned in a few days and picked up my shoes that looked practically new again. The cost might seem a little pricey if you have multiple pairs, but for the time and effort it saves you, I'd say it is totally worth it.

My best friend recommended it to wash shoes. Before washing yeezy, Balenciaga's socks and shoes, they washed super cleanly. It was opened two days a week during the epidemic, and it took 2 to 3 weeks to get the shoes.

I have yet to try the in-house cleaning services offered at the Jason Markk store - but for those who are willing to take a do-it-yourself approach to sneaker cleaning/upkeep, I can definitely stand behind the quality of their product. __________ + I'm gonna go ahead and say it - the Premium Shoe Cleaner is a formula forged by the gods. In addition to being 98% all-natural (and totally safe to handle with bare hands), this stuff works wonders where it really counts. I've been using the same bottle for over a year now, and this proprietary blend has been nothing short of excellent in helping me maintain my collection of about a dozen higher-end sneakers. Be forewarned that the "Standard" brush (the one that comes as part of the Essential Cleaning Kit) is not the ideal apparatus to use on more delicate sneaker materials like suede, leather, Primeknit/Flyknit, etc. I'm more inclined to use either a toothbrush or a clean rag when cleaning these higher-end materials - as the bristles on the standard brush are somewhat rigid and harsh. + The Flagship Store has a solid selection of cool home/lifestyle accessories to gawk over, too; I was definitely diggin' the assortment of cool items, with everything from house incense to Jason Markk-branded pint glasses available for sale. It's a selection that would certainly be welcomed with open arms in areas such as Fairfax & La Brea. + Service here is friendly and personable, too - can't go wrong with that! PRO TIP: All Yelp check-ins will score you a small cleaning kit comprised of a fun-sized bottle of Premium Shoe Cleaner plus a few Quick Wipes - great for those who aren't familiar with the Jason Markk product and/or for convenient sneaker cleaning while traveling.

I came in thinking a PROFESSIONAL SHOE CLEANING service would actually clean my shoe. But they just messed it up even more. They honestly don't csre about your shoe I promise you. They are not diligent and careful with certain fabrics. And they ARE STUPID expensive. A whole wash was 45$ FOR ONE SHOE. I could've done a better job at Home.
