Jason's Deli

I was blown away by how generous the sandwiches are. I enjoyed them so much that I went back the next evening too. The first night I tried the Rueben the Great and the following night I went for The Beefeater. Both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The only small thing I’d tweak is the pickle on the side, but everything else was perfect. Definitely a five-star experience!

I usually love to patronize this establishment, but today the male manager made me feel as if I had choosing the wrong eatery. After a bad salad dressing (Cesar) ruining my salad, the sandwich that followed disappointed as well. As I bite into the sandwich I noticed a small spec on the avocado. After looking closely to my surprise the spec was a bug. The sandwich was a rush job and I was an inconvenience. If there had been less emotion and more attention to detail it would’ve made it out the kitchen! The cashier(s) were amazing might I add. No more take out!!

The crew was great as in every Jason's Deli I've eaten. Love the soup and salad bar.

Miss Tawanna I just want to say that you make BUSY look EASY. I came in for the muffelata and they could not make it on a croissant like they used to do for me ages ago … she was very patient with me and I appreciated her recommendations. Above all it was her pleasant attitude with everyone that was pleasing . So I just want to say as much as I HATE bad service… I LOVE GREAT SERVICE and just wanted to take time out to express my gratitude for your warmth and say THANKYOU! Have a blessed New Year and keep that beautiful spirit!

Great service, very effective and quick. My food was delicious!! Never had the panini before and i definitely would get it again!! I didn’t know you could sit in, so I’d love to try that also. Amazing chicken panini and the server was so sweet.

I was picking up a DoorDash order today 1/8 around 8pm. The woman prepping them. She was an older woman. Incredibly rude said ‘no one was leaving her restaurant without confirming orders’ well lady how the hell are you supposed to confirm when you wouldn’t give me the bag to take the required picture of it? There was a kid super helpful she told him she didn’t need him to help her. She wanted him on the register. She needed the help there were about 5 people waiting for orders.

I always goto this Jason to have lunch with a good friend there. Jason's is always busy, but top notch service from the whole staff in this place. People are friendly and the food is always fresh. The staff always aim to please its customers. If you have a question about anything in there just ask a staff member it's that simple. Never a day of attitude from this place. Good people and good food. The prices are not bad also.

Yesssss, 94 A Grade is their Score and I 2nd that Score. I really enjoyed my food here. I got a Turkey Club with a Pomegranate Blueberry drink and Steak n Cheese. The salad Bar look 😋 I will get that next time. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for Great Customer Service and Cleanliness👍🏽😉🥰

I usually order from UberEats, but the chicken panini and broccoli cheddar soup hits every time! Even when it doesn't come hot, I just pop the sammy in the air fryer and it's good to go. The broccoli cheddar soup always comes fresh. I will say that their chili has way too much cumin (at least the day I bought it) and the mac n cheese is a joke. Like, it's gotta be out of a box...and not a good brand. I still love this place, but I'll stick to what I know. Also when I do go in, the staff is always friendly.

What a rip off!! This deli use to give you great sandwiches with plenty of meat, now it's obvious that they've scaled back on the portions. Two tiny Half sandwiches fruit and chilli almost $30. Ok I'm done! Won't be back...

Jason Deli is my go to for a quick healthy bite! Order online through the app or through Uber Eats. Good place to stop in for lunch or quick dinner as well. Salad bar is my go to. Never had an issue with this location. Clean Nice Staff

Decided to swing by Jason's Deli to continue my 2024 commitment to healthy eating. Got a Bigmonous salad that should carry me through the rest of today. Don't you Jason, but thanks!

I have zero issue with the food, in fact quite the opposite - it is always solid. My issue is with getting the full order on catering. Multiple times we have been short meals or desserts if ordered individually; platters always arrive accurately. It is impossible to get a refund via email, and almost as hard on the phone as you can't prove that you didn't receive it. On the plus side...the salads on a platter - amazing!

I had the best experience ever at this location thanks to the manager, Siju! We had a slight mishap with our order and boy did he make it right. He stepped right in before I could even really explain the situation in its entirety and by far exceeded my expectations. I am so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting him. I have always been a regular at this location but after this encounter it is truly because of him that I will continue to patronize this store. The food is always fantastic and service is great too! My experience was awful! The African manager was rude and nasty! He doesn't help the workers he just walks around doing nothing and disappears while the cashiers are backed up on orders. The two cashiers Tawanna and Tanisha were awesome throughout that time. I appreciate those two young ladies! This location needs to fire that man, he doesn't help or have good customer service at all!!

At jason deli on campcreek the older lady that handles bthe salad bar. Been wearing nthe same Dam gloves handling the food at the salad bar ,wearing the same dam gloves meanwhile on the phone wearing the same gloves never once changed her gloves ,cleaning wearing the same gloves and still handling the food. putting food in the bowls at the salad bar using her hands and wearing the same dame gloves.

Food is always on point. However, the men's room floor is always like a ice-skating rink very slippery. You can see the photos and tell everything else the door going into the entrance to the men's room doesn't look like it's been cleaned since they open especially the glass. As usual, the parking lot needs attendance. And the doors as always could use cleaning periodically throughout the day. No need to fill out a line. Most businesses don't clean windows. Or even really worry about COVID. Me either so need to front. Staff is always Par. This establishment makes enough money to clean restrooms and keep them a better soap dispenser is whack

This restaurant was okay! It took us 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches but other than that the food was good! I wish my sandwich was warmer but the bacon was crisp, avocado fresh, and lettuce crisp!! My friend had a chicken panini that she said was delicious!!! Ambiance was well.... It's Jason's Deli, so that's about all the ambiance you gone get!!! They lost a point because the bathroom was disgusting!! If I had seen it before I ordered I would have walked out!!! It was too many employees in there for the women's bathroom to look like that! Speaking of employees, they The were super polite and really nice!!

The apotome of unprofessionalism and ignorant behavior. The cashier was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when she got my name wrong. Her excuse was my name was to long which is bold face lie because they put in the ones at Buckhead, Decatur and Duluth. They purposely started giggling and gossiping about me referring to me as that "punk" over there. They rushed my order an did a horrible job at making it. As I left I was again called by the wrong name and referred to as that "faggot" as I left the store.

I tried their new Modern Med bowl! It was so fresh. I'll definitely be trying their other bowls. The service here is fast and friendly! It was very quiet... seems like a great place to work remotely from for a few hours! My wife and I will certainly be back. Took my pick after I took a few bites

This is my neighborhood location to which I've visited in person however I never did a review. This transaction was an Uber Eats order. The meal arrived in packaging that protected my food from being tampered with. I so appreciate that extra care. You can't trust folks to do the right thing. I ordered a salad bar salad. Omg they give you 20 plus items to select. My container die my salad was packed with everything I asked for. Totally worth the money. Everything was fresh. No old produce. I could not eat it all. They also sent a fruit cup. I ordered Tomato Basil soup. Delicious. My only issue was the dessert I asked for strawberry shortcake and received plain cheese cake. Camp Creek location is still a good place to eat.

This place is full of potential to be great, but the food is inconsistent and the service is downright bad, period. My manager special chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich was made twice without Chipotle sauce and with the chicken prepared completely differently than previous visits. The staff,.including the supposed "Manager" were completely apathetic and acted like they were bothered when I had to take the sandwich back the first time, so I ended up asking for a refund the second time they brought out the wrong thing. No apology, just a hastily muttered " you'll see a reverse charge pending" and the I don't give a iisssh attitude. No one cared to make it right for me, and I left hungry and confused. I genuinely loved this place the first 2 times I ate here, but after tonight, I'm never going back. This place sucks, don't waste your money or your time.

I order the roasted turkey sandwich with chips and a salad. Tasty. I went around lunch time it was pretty quiet not loud at all chilled. The staff was nice and courteous.

The ice cream at the end is awesome, makes the place stand out. Food always tastes good.

This review is based solely on the cashiers here tonight. When we walked in we were not greeted nor were quite a few people who walked in after us. Thank goodness we are only getting a to go order because I wouldn't want to have to deal with the rudeness for any longer than I dealt with it. I have worked customer service jobs before and a smile goes a long way. Even if you're not happy with the day or whatever it is that's making you sour, customers are not your punching bags. I walked to the counter and recieved a dry "You ready to order" if I wasn't tired and hungry I would have walked out. I placed my order and patiently waited for my food so I could be on my way. When I ordered the cashier never bothered to say that they didn't have anymore apple juice for kids (eye roll emoji) but I now realize why I haven't been here in years, I am sure it will be years before I return.

If you are placing your order with the Camp Creek restaurant let them know that you need your delivery FIRST!! I should have done that. No courtesy call letting me know they were going to be late delivering my catered order that I placed 2 days prior. I even left a $45 tip online when I placed the order. This 45 minute delay negatively affected the participants at this meeting. My executive was not pleased with the results which makes me look bad, especially when I am expected to do everything flawlessly. Time is money and money is time!

This is a great place to grab lunch or a drink bite. I'm only rating it a 3 because I didn't like the flavors of the tuna melt it was really bland. They use mayo on the sandwich which threw me off because there was mayo in the tuna. Had it been some type of mustard it would have been much better. This place could easily be a 5 because the sandwiches come with chips and a pickle that was probably the BEST pickle I've ever eaten. The chips were very good (kettle cooked). And what was really impressive is they have FREE ice cream with purchase and who wouldn't take advantage of a soft serve ice cream cone on a hot summer day. I'd return here again

Just wanted soup today. I sampled it first and it tasted better than the beef stew sample. I asked for it to go. The flavor is good but lacking the lobster or a more lobster taste. For the price, I guess you can't be too choosy. While I was waiting I had some ice cream but the machine was bringing a much too thick ice cream. It was good; it just took a while. They called my name twice for my take out before I had one circle around my cone. Otherwise, its good. :)

One of my favorite stop in and pick up places. I always enjoy the Nutty Mixup Salad here. The salad bar is better than ordering the salad you get more for your money. My son loves the Chicken Pasta Primo. They have their own parking lot plenty of space. Staff is always young adults they are always friendly and accommodating.

I had not been to Jason's Deli in years, I sadly decided to check out the one in Camp Creek today. Placing to go orders and picking up had no structure. I waited foreverrrrr for my order. The cashiers were nice enough but it didn't make up for the long wait. One of they guys preparing the food wasn't wearing a mask. Multiple people that ordered after me got their food before me. I asked the the cashier how much longer after waiting almost 30 min tires and she asked the guy with no mask and he told her to tell me I need to stand 6 feet back and not be near here like really?! I ordered the southwest wrap and it was extremely sloppy and a lot of the jalapeños were brown and looked old. The Mac and cheese looked like craft and I was upset I wasted my money on all it. Definitely would not return here.

I've been going here for years. I love their salad bars. Now, with the pandemic, the salad bar is closed but they have this cool salad bar sheet that allows you to check what you want and their chef prepares it for you. Wow!! I never knew the difference a chef could make, even with a salad. That was the best salad I've ever had from there. I don't know what he did, but it was so well put together and delicious . He appeared to be a middle eastern man, middle aged. Cheers to the chef!! And it was hearty!! I love salad, but by the time I got a quarter of the way through, I was stuffed!!! I bought the salad for supper on Sunday. I don't put dressing on it, keep it in the refrigerator.... I ate it Monday for a nice brunch. Snacked on it for dinner and finished it up for brunch on Tues. My fav salads at my fav Jason's Deli!!

I've been to this location several times over the years. You get fresh food w/ good ingredients. They have a sandy for pretty much everyone and souls also.I love to get the salad bar or manager's special (1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup or 1 trip to the salad bar). They have a variety of salad toppings as well as pasta and potato salad, dressing choices, fruit, pudding, & mini muffins. My favorite are the gingerbread ones. Oh and who could forget the free ice cream?! Now for this location specifically. Usually the bathroom is ok but today I had to ask one of the staff members the bathroom needed to be attended to. We arrived around 2 maybe so I'll blame today's oversight on that. There was also a condensation issue, which caused them to put out wet floor signs in a few areas and my husband to have to move. There are a few staff I see regularly when I come who are attentive and working hard to provide great customer service. I wish I'd gotten their names today but one guy has braids and is usually handing out bowls and/or bringing food to the tables and the others are the guys who keep the dining area tidy. I wish the staff behind the counter would keep their volume down and realize some things are simply left unsaid while at work.

I love Jason's Deli but this one gets three stars because every time I come to this location, employees are either on their phones and/or discombobulated like they're not sure what they should be doing. I can appreciate them offering a beverage or cookie when the wait is long. I just wish they could be more professional at their jobs. Otherwise, food is delicious, hot, and fresh!

Wow!! First of all the welcome was absolutely heartwarming. And the food-- supercalifragelistic espialidotious!!! I was on line n got salad bar- was thinking what sandwich I'd eat. I mean salad is, salad right? Well I had to bring it to our hotel. Glad we had it, delish!! Every time hubby went there, he'd brag about what he ate‍yea, I was jealous that he had the car. He absolutely loved the Salmon sandwich. Wished his job project lasted longer Looking forward to next time we drop by or are passing through. Enjoy your meal!!!

I have ordered Jason's Deli for work events all over the country. What I just walked away for takeout is an embarrassment to their company. A tuna sandwich on a French roll with a teaspoon of tuna. In addition it looks like they cut a child's portion in half. Don't waste your money here.

I dont know what is wrong with this Jasons deli but the service is terrible. Cashier had no one in front of him and it took like 8 minutes to order a salad and a drink. He never smiled never said thank you he put my receipt down on the counter and walked away with out saying a thing. Stood at the end of counter waiting for salad bowl for another 5 minutes had to ask for it. Had to ask for drink cup. Salad bar was very low at 6 pm?? No icecream. No lemons or limes for tea no napkins no lids for cups. Bathroom was dirty and I had to go and ask for TP as there was none in any stall. Tables throughout were dirty. Floor was dirty and I saw one person with a dirty over flowing cart cleaning between texting. When I went to as for a clean bowl I was given one that had food stuck on it had to wait another 3 minutes for them to find clean bowls. Very rude employees wont be back ever

If you're into gloomy, inattentive, mediocre customer service, Luke warm soups, and a fresh salad bar. This is your place. Ive visited this location many times in hopes that the experience would improve. But to no avail, I get the same exact experience EVERY time. Once you walk in you'll get unenthusiastic greeting with one of many cashiers who don't want to be there, and make you feel as if you're bothering them. Especially when you want your sandwich a specific way. I usually order a New York Yankee, with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Immediately from that point it gets unorganized half the time Im seeing my food come out and just sit there while employees just walk by my food whilst checking their instagram account, or leaning against the counter talking about the higalean dialectic..lol j/k The salad bar is usually clean, with fresh vegetables, and dressings I will give them that. Im not sure why everyone looks like they hate there job, even down to the management. There is 1 African American female manager who is extremely pleasant, but she seems like she's ran ragged. Everyone else doesn't smile, I wouldn't call anyone rude per say . I would just say that they just don't want be there. Maybe you all should implement some employee insentives to raise worker moral.. Hope it gets better...

COVID has put a serious damper on Jason's Deli overall for me, (But NOT this location in particular or specifically), since the salad/pasta bar was a big reason that I was a regular at Jason's Deli at 1 point in time, but beyond that...The customer service at this location is hit-or-miss, but my food has otherwise always been what I have come to expect at JD. If you like Jason's Deli, you should be alright at this location, depending on who's at the counter/register.

Came in with my sister to order a sandwich for me and a trip to the salad bar for her. Glad I watched her order first and then I walked over and saw the ingredients used to make their various sandwiches. All toppings and smears were old looking and did not look sanitary. I had to pass. My sister lives their salad bar (‍). I won't be back!

If I have to wait 45 minutes for my to go order, I would hope that it was all there. It wasn't. Sandwich was supposed to be hot but was cold because it sat around waiting on the rest of my order so long. The rest of the food that I received was decent. They weren't busy when I placed my order but got that way during my wait. Disappointing.

I'm literally standing in this location as I type this. A woman at the counter by the name of "Myaye or Dyaye" whatever it is, was extremely unhelpful and actually kind of rude. I was unsure of the name of the sandwich I wanted being that it's my first time here. She acted as if she had an attitude that I couldn't remember the name of the sandwich. The full menu is all the way on the other side of the counter. I honestly forgot the name as I walked to the to go side. So as I tried to explain what I wanted, she caught an attitude. Sharee leaned in the conversation and let me know if I take a picture of the barcode the whole menu would come up. As Sharee is telling me this, Myaye yells out next customer as if she doesn't even want to ring me up. How rude? Mind you, the store isn't crowded. It's literally one couple behind me. Anyway Sharee proceeded to talk to me and ring me up. As well as giving me some good tips on my sandwich. Needless to say if it wasn't for Sharee I would've walked out. Myaye look like she would rather be home. I haven't gotten my sandwich yet to say if it's good or not but I'm definitely only giving two stars because the customer service almost made me leave. Smh.

Food was good, but I was disappointed in the size of my sandwich. It was pretty small. I also don't understand why their dining room is closed and only take out is available. If it's because of Covid, they are actually helping the spread of Covid by making everyone go to the take out area. The area is probably a 10x10 area and you must stand there with other people as well as people waiting for their food. When I came in, there was about 20 people all standing in this area. They only had one person taking orders and 10 people working in the kitchen area. Just because of this, I will most likely not come back here until their dining room is open. At least everyone is spread out in the dining room, not all crowded in one little area.

My order is Never ready! I think if you place a order online, it should be ready by the time they promised. My "promise time was for 10:32am I am still waiting and it's 10:45am... very unprofessional & unorganized... no apology given or anything... they have a lot of workers, but not getting orders out on time

I eat here twice a week but lately the service has been going down, tremendously. The Manager seems to have a serious attitude and it is reflected in the cashiers. If they don't improve they will go the route of burger King. FOD QUALITY IS GREAT BUT WORK ON THE ATTITUDE

This place has nice, light food for a cheap price. I indulged in the California toasted croissant with turkey, lettuce, guacamole, tomato, and bacon. It was delish! Only thing I would suggest is to add real bacon, not that microwaved ish. I honestly could've done without. As always, Jason's Deli serves FREE ice cream all day and they have a pretty nice salad bar, which I also tried. It's honestly probably the healthiest to-go restaurant in Camp Creek..check it out!

I just watched a young man drop food on the floor and swipe it up with his gloves and went back to touching the food. I told the manager and all he said was I'm sorry, I'll talk to him about that. Smh. Now this was my favorite place to eat when I wanted a sandwich but after that. I'm GOOD!

VEGAN ALERT! The only place to find a salad bar in Camp Creek so I'm extremely grateful. I was super nervous. WTF? It's in a "piled high" sandwich shop. But my niece vouched for them and I trusted her. I don't know or care about the sandwiches. There's never any vegan option there anyway but the salad bar was cool for the price 8 smackeroos for ALL you can pile into one of those gynormous containers. I piled it ON you hear me? I am sooooo full!!! I would recommend adding chickpeas. That's it's.

I usually have a horrible experience at every store on Camp Creek unfortunately (its the nonchalant customer service for me). . . But today took the cake, or maybe the girl at the front counter ate it ... She was rude to me, but nice to every male client that she interacted with. You could tell she needed the attention... When I asked about the receipt, she said "it's right there", as if I knew that I was even supposed to get my own receipt. She was also texting on her cell phone, and greeted me initially with attitude, and kept it during the whole transaction. On top of everything, my sandwich came out fast, but it was poorly put together, definitely resembled a rushed sandwich. And, I ordered a strawberry shortcake. When I received my food, the associate advised me that they were out of strawberry shortcake, so I had to settle for old brownies.

Wow, there are 5 employees at least just sitting around talking to one another I placed a order for Togo. It's not like it's a big order or something that takes a while all I asked for was soup. Before I even placed my order everyone was just sitting around talking till someone asked if I was ready to order. Then one of the other girls go oh I thought you already order and laughs. Then my food was ready and they didn't even call my name out had to ask if it was done. Definitely DONT COME HERE Unless you have time to waste.

Omg! The food here was not good at all, but it was very cheap. So perfect place if on a tight budget and you are really, really hungry! Otherwise, you're better off at Wendy's.

This was my first time trying Jason's Deli and I only ordered takeout. The experience was ok. I placed my order online to be ready at a specific time as I had shopping to do at the marketplace. When I got there my order was ready, waiting, and most importantly correct. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was my dessert. I ordered carrot cake which looked like the bottom layer got stuck to the pan so it was crumbled and halfway gone. The sandwiches were good. I will order from here again.

I love this place! I can't really recommend a sandwich because I get something different each time; everything is awesome. The most amazing thing is the chicken pot pie soup. It's to die for and even includes a puff pastry to serve as a "crust." One thing, I agree with another reviewer that the salad bar is a bit too expensive. I would like to see that come down a bit. Also the gingerbread muffins and pumpkin flatbread are amazing!

Gluten-free deli. Their potato and french onion soup were pretty good. The salmon salad wasn't exactly outstanding though. This location is near the airport and is quite busy during lunch hours.

I do not eat here very often. The salad bar was pretty well stocked (about what you get at Ruby Tuesday). The sandwich I got was nothing special and I would not get it again. I would probably go back for the salad bar but that's it.

I went in on a laid back lunch day for me and I ordered a zucchini sandwich and my friend ordered a salad with a side order of grilled Chicken , I sat down and waited for our food she went to the salad bar to make her salad and it was pretty busy and we waited for her cHicken and my sandwich, my sandwich arrived but her chicken didn't so I waited because it's not propeer to eatt when you with someone before them and time went by and I asked the guy who dropped out food off if he could check on it and hE said he didn't know we had one , so just so happened our waiter came around and seen the look on our face and asked the issue and she see that we never got our chicken and she apologized but by then my food was cold and I discarded it and she packed up her lUnch and we left , the cashier did ask what could fix it but by then I was already done and couldn't wait longer being we had a flight to catch . So I just know now to probably either dine at a different time or just be more aggressive in mY pursuit of my food . Not a bad spot just a bad day.
