Jasper Inn & Suites by INNhotels

We stayed here for two nights in September. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.||We stayed in a suite which had a kitchen area with all you need for self catering if you want to. This is a motel style hotel which allowed us to park out outside our door so really easy for the bags. The room was spacious with a seating area, tv and fire if you want it. (We didn’t)||It was spotless and everything worked (not always the case on our trip), there is also a coin laundry on site and you can get everything you need from reception.||I would stay here again without hesitation as the location is tucked away off the Main Street but close enough to everything in Jasper. Great hotel which deserves a better score.

A good sized room. Yes it’s dated but for a 2 night stay it did the job for us and it was clean. Could really do with air con though! A little fan is provided and surprisingly worked well! Balcony furniture definitely needs updating. Hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the centre. We loved Jasper! |Lots of great places to eat in the centre - don’t make the mistake we did and eat at the hotel. Long waits and staff doing nothing. Waste of money in our opinion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jasper Inn. We sprung for the King Suite with mountain views, and it was worth it. The view was quite good, and the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet, and we slept well. Our fireplace initially didn't work, and a friendly maintenance man arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The location is close to town (an easy 20 minute walk). There is plenty of free parking. |A complementary breakfast would have been appreciated. The hotel is expensive, but so is Jasper.

We stayed in one of the suites which had a spacious downstairs gathering area and kitchenette and an upstairs loft with three beds in addition to a downstairs bedroom. The suite was very clean and the kitchenette well appointed to allow you to prepare your own meals. This was extremely good value for a larger family and allowed us all to stay together in one area. Highly recommend.

Had high hopes after reading reviews about a year ago when I was planning our bucket list rockies holiday. Unfortunately, I didn’t check them closer to the date. We were given room 285 which was a basement room with kitchenette and soon as we opened the door, there was a really strong smell of bleach/air freshener. Within 30 mins our noses had become stuffy. We had to leave the windows open for the whole of three nights we stayed there and left the noisy fan on to get some fresh air in the room. After a day and half the cleaning smell faded away and the stench they were trying to hide came out 🤢 (couldn’t sit on the sofa- chuck it in the bin) To add to the stench of the room, the ice machine was on the other side of the bedroom wall and was running continuously. Good job we had ear plugs. For £200 a night. You would expect a clean room. Spoke to reception and nothing they could do as they were full. Didn’t try the restaurant, gave our money to other local businesses. The place needs gutting and everything replaced.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Jasper Inn. The location is convenient for a nice stroll along the Main Street. The rooms are super cozy and we were lucky enough to have one that was a duplex with a skylight. It was super sweet. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all either! Also great to have laundry room on-site for those traveling through the west.

Despite me making a reservation from November 2024, the front desk could not find my reservation despite me giving them the confirmation number and showing them the confirmation email. Luckily they had a similar room and we were able to stay there but at first they did not want to honor the initial booked price. Finally after pleading our case for ten minutes, they finally honored the initial booked price. Our room was very nice and we did not have any additional problems. The fact that they lost our reservation and then did not want to honor the booked price, left us unsure of whether we would stay at this hotel again.

We had a one room suit with kitchenette. It was a bit dated but clean and tidy the bed was comfortable. There was enough plates and cups for our needs massive fridge freezer and microwave. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. 5 tom10 min walk from shops and supermarkets
