Jasper Inn & Suites by INNhotels

The location is great and that is why they can get away with the rest of the silliness. The rooms are quite dated and in disrepair, but are relatively clean less rundown than some other hotels in the area. The individual at the front desk was absolutely lovely. I am not sure if this is true of all rooms, but I was concerned that there was some sort of significant water/leak issue in our 2 bedroom suite as we could hear what sounded like an endless outpouring of running water (think waterfall) on all sides of the suite. My husband figured out that it was related to the radiator/heating as the sound stopped if the heat was turned off. The sound was EXTREMELY loud and disruptive and we had to cycle through turning the heat on and off so people could sleep. The walls are also very thin so you can hear outside noise and noise on floors above you very clearly. The queen bed was okay for comfort. The twin beds were pretty terrible. I called ahead to ask if they would be able to set anything up for my husband for his birthday and I received an immediate no, which was disappointing given the price point, etc. There was no bathtub in our suite, so that was disappointing. The doors inside the "suite" didn't close properly or lock. While there were multiple sleeping spaces, there was no actual division between spaces and therefore no sound barriers, so it was essentially just a large studio room. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub options. It was bizarrely challenging to access though. I didn't eat at the onsite restaurant, but I was told that it was "subpar". I appreciated the ski locker. There was daily housekeeping to some extent, which is more than can be said about many places since covid. We received a random extra charge that I had to reach out to the hotel about (it showed up on my credit card) and I was told that it was for dirty dishes. They said there was a sign that indicated that dishes needed to be washed (no dishwasher), but none of the 9 people (who shared 2 hotel rooms) saw any such signage.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in August during our visit to Jasper, and we loved it! We had the Queen Loft Suite, and the amount of space was fantastic. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, which came stocked with everything we needed to whip up some simple, tasty meals after the long drive from Calgary. (Just a note: the Queen Loft isn't handicap accessible, though we did notice some accessible rooms nearby.) My partner made good use of the pool and sauna, which was nice. The staff were also very accommodating toward my USA service dog, which we really appreciated. We grabbed breakfast at the attached restaurant on our last morning and were very happy with the selection of hot and cold items. We would absolutely happily choose to stay here again for a future visit to Jasper!

We had a great time in Jasper over Christmas 2025. In the kitchen loft suite, the beds were comfy and warm. Kitchen a bit tired and lacked utensils but we made it work and cooked a few times. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, and the restaurant was great, lovely staff and delicious food. A short walk into town and the room and hotel was clean. We would recommend.

We had a one bedroom suite on the ground floor close to reception and to the restaurant. We had such a lovely welcome at reception, thank you! The parking is easy and abundant. Jasper has a lot to offer, it was important to acknowledge what the town had experienced during and since the wildfire in 2024 and to show support for the folks there. Our apartment was fine, the kitchen area was really well equipped, the bathroom was good and we loved the separate bedroom. We slept really well. The on-site bar and restaurant was good and the team there showed pride in their jobs and their location.

Nice rooms clean etc. I’m surprised they renovated and the cupboards and everything are soooo high. 5 foot 6 female and I can’t reach the cupboards. Strange design decision. Also, bring your own pillow. I found the pillows to be lumpy, hard and so big that only a large man can use them without getting neck pain. As long as you bring your own pillow you should get an okay sleep. We still like the hotel i wish they would put more money and thought into the beds/mattresses/pillows.

We found the room clean and tidy with the sofa bed made up for our arrival. ||Good facilities with fridge, electric hob and microwave cooker. ||The room had a key for a lockable ski locker.||The hotel was nice and warm, and had a fireplace and log bundle waiting for us.||The grill menu was not great, but the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. ||The hotel met all our needs for a winter ski holiday in December.||The hotel is a short walk to the centre,but far enough from the train track.||Thankfully this part of town escaped the wildfires of 2024.

Nice place to stay. I’ve stayed many nights here for work and had many different types of suites. Rooms always clean. Check in staff great to deal with. It blows my mind how much you have to pay during summer season compared to winter but that is what it is I guess. They have many different types of rooms depending on your needs. It is a bit of a walk to get downtown but not bad.

No parking at their hotel. No point of asking occupants for their license plate number because they’re just gonna let the entire province park in their parking lot and not enforce towing anyway. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Would not recommend to anyone.
