Jasper Inn was a gorgeous little place to stay. The location was a little further out of town, but I could still walk there rather easily. This did mean that it was very peaceful and quiet! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was perfect. The apartment was very clean and a great value for money. The staff were friendly and very willing to assist as well. Would highly recommend you stay at the Jasper Inn! Also, knowing they had the fires in Jasper, the town could really use your support. If you're hesitant about visiting due to the previous fires, still go! We had the best time.

We stayed here for two nights in September. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.||We stayed in a suite which had a kitchen area with all you need for self catering if you want to. This is a motel style hotel which allowed us to park out outside our door so really easy for the bags. The room was spacious with a seating area, tv and fire if you want it. (We didn’t)||It was spotless and everything worked (not always the case on our trip), there is also a coin laundry on site and you can get everything you need from reception.||I would stay here again without hesitation as the location is tucked away off the Main Street but close enough to everything in Jasper. Great hotel which deserves a better score.

This was a disappointing experience unfortunately. Pros - the hotel is in a quiet part of Jasper, with some views of the mountains, and has a lot going for it in terms of facilities including onsite restaurant, pool, steam room, laundry. Easy to park and the staff were great. Good, well equipped kitchenette and lovely bathroom. The main problem is that the rooms (lounge area, entry and bedrooms) are SO dated and smell very musty. We tried to air the room out by opening windows but it didn't help. The carpet is in desperate need of replacing; it smells and is worn. Also I booked a 2br suite and got a 1 br suite with a loft. If you can't close the door it's not a separate bedroom!!

When I booked the room back in September the pool, hot tub and restaurant were open. When I arrived at my hotel room November 14th, the pool, hot tub and restaurant were all Closed… I was not given notice. I came fully expecting to eat at the restaurant and enjoy the hot tub and pool. My wife and I are very disappointed that we feel like we never got what we paid for.

This hotel is ideally located. You can walk to many restaurants. Our room (2 bedrooms) was very comfortable. The kitchenette was very well stocked. If ever visiting Jasper again, would definitely stay there.

We had a one room suit with kitchenette. It was a bit dated but clean and tidy the bed was comfortable. There was enough plates and cups for our needs massive fridge freezer and microwave. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. 5 tom10 min walk from shops and supermarkets

Had an issue of water leaking in the bathroom and it was resolved quickly by staff. Enjoyed having an indoor pool, steam room and hot sauna on site. The laundry facility came in handy too. Everything was great at this hotel.

The hotel has managed to keep it's charm after the fires. The staff is helpful. ||The restaurant really needs to clean the utensils better. Breakfast and dinner we had dirty utensils. I mean really dirty.||Yogesh is the best at breakfast, filling coffee, getting extra milk etc
