The Jayakarta Bali Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed at The Jayakarta Bali Beach Resort & Spa over the Christmas and New Year period and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and is perfectly located, making it an ideal place to unwind while still being close to everything Bali has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are well maintained, and the festive season was handled smoothly despite it being a very busy time. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team, particularly Ade and Dwi, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. Our room was always spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and they consistently went above and beyond with warm smiles and kind gestures that truly reflected Balinese hospitality. Thank you to the entire Jayakarta team for making our holiday so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-run stay in Bali.

Stayed here the start of December, was amazing place everything was great. Customer service exceptional! Buffet breakfast was great! Down side ordered lamb shanks 2nd December lunch time at hotel and it had animal hair all through it in the sauce surrounding the shank, hair consistent to rodent or dog? Also tasted horrible. Got refund and apology. Got an email from hotel $50 for transfer from airport. Only to find out later it cost us $8 to airport through bluebird. Otherwise would have given 5 stars

Very reasonably priced for accommodation and amenities. Great for families. My shower did not have very good water pressure, but room was good size. Breakfast options were great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Right across from the beach although a bit of a walk to shops. Will stay again.

Stayed in a privately owned apartment within the Jayakarta Resort. Room was awesome, the hotel grounds are great, big pools tennis courts (I don't personally agree with charging guests to play), location directly opposite the beach. Don't expect a modern hotel, this is a very old hotel, traditional Bali style hotel but still comes with a lot and great to have a relaxing stay. I can't comment about the rooms as our room was privately owned and styled personally by the owned to a very high standard and modern

This resort is amazing. Legian is central to Kuta and Semiyak. Great neutral location. There is a brand name high end shopping mall about 2km away. You can take the beachwalk there or catch a motorbike ride. There is local discount street shopping all around the resort also. The food is high quality at the resort with awesome staff fluent in english! I highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Jayakarta on many of our visits to Bali and have always had a great time. The location and the pool are great and the resort provides very good value for money. Rooms are a little dated but always clean. Staff are always very happy and helpful.

Easy access to everything local. Good entertainment. Excellent Staff & very friendly.|Rooms are a little dated in decor however all amenities were excellent. Close to the beach. Recommend to anyone wishing to stay at this Resort. You won't be disappointed. Excellent in-house meals.

It is an beautiful resort with a lot of things to do, not too expensive either. The room service is great and fast. They have shows/concerts almost every single night.
