Our stay at Jaypee Vasant Continental was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and grand, while simultaneously feeling fresh, modern and airy. The terrific location is an added bonus. The guest rooms were extremely comfortable and well appointed, with lovely amenities and special welcome treats, which was a most appreciated gesture upon arrival and throughout our stay there. The restaurants were charming and the food and service were top of the line! The Concierge Hemchand was beyond fabulous and his staff was amazing! They were so warm and friendly and took wonderful care of us. They smoothly and expertly handled all of our needs/requests, and we felt pampered and loved! All of these very thoughtful, professional and personal touches made our stay at Jaypee incredibly special and memorable, and we eagerly look forward to a return visit soon!

We had a good time at the Jay Pee Vasant and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, however; we did have many nights that were not quiet and the staff couldn’t do much about it. It was wedding season and in the middle of the night the wedding arrangers would come and take down the decorations and early in the morning they would put up new arrangements. It was about 3 nights that we couldn’t sleep and unfortunately I had a bad cold and needed rest. We complained a few times and it was always noted by the staff but I think they couldn’t do anything about it. Another experience we had was at the restaurant where for breakfast we were in a hurry and ordered before the manager that sat down to eat and we didn’t receive our meal but the manager ate and we were still waiting but then had to cancel our order because we had an appointment. The manager may have been in a more of a hurry than us. I used the Spa on my birthday because I had such a bad cold and thought a massage would do me good. The massage was great but it wasn’t a friendly atmosphere. The fitness lady at the front desk was maybe not a happy person. It was just not the best of experiences. So i decided not to do more therapy unfortunately, because it really helped with my cold. |A few really good things the staff did was they help us with our European credit cards. Sometimes they didn’t work because the total was over 5000.00 inr. Another was that they notice your birthday and bring you a cake and the whole staff wishes you a happy birthday. This was top!! It made us feel very special! Thank you to all.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel halfway between Delhi international airport and the ‘political’ Centre of the city.. Very neat and tidy one. |It is definitely worth considering when choosing a place to stay in New Delhi.|Their personnel is really friendly and food at the restaurant is decent.

We had conference and two days business meeting, we find this place a great and comfortable. The food is delicious. We will definitely come to this place, I wish to bring my family here whenever we are in Delhi, Thank you for everything. |See y you again

I must commend the service we have received from the staff. Kusum Lata at breakfast looked after my mum and I so well, we felt like she was family. At the spa, Rajini, Deepak, Arvind and Sachin provided me with very convenient appointments, excellent recommendations and again, looked after me with a lot of care and consideration. Housekeeping staff was also very kind and fabulous at their jobs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however, need to be renovated. The flush in our toilet was leaking, which I advised staff about. The location of the place was perfect for us, conveniently located near shopping centres and our friends and family.

I have been staying at the Jaypee Vasant Continental four times a year for the past three years, and every visit reinforces why I keep coming back.
