The staff are the best part of this hotel, they are never still. ||If there was an option I would have given 3.5 but I believe the staffs hard work is better than a 3. ||Firstly our cleaner Alaa for room 514 was amazing nothing was too much, he was very helpful and very polite.|On my birthday we can back to an amazing display of towels he had made into a cake, swans and even a monkey, room was always clean. ||Secondly I’d like to thank Hussein at the bar in the evenings what an amazing job he does, always smiling always happy very professional.|I think Hussein makes everyone at the bar feel they are special and a vip, he does an amazing job. ||Elmajkio has to put up with a lot of rude people throughout his day at the bar, but he smiles and serves. |We found him to be very polite and very helpful again he does an amazing job.||Ahmed over at the pool bar is wasted there this guy is management martial, we saw the way he took care of two older men’s at the bar, brilliant. |We often sat and had a chat with him he is a very nice guy. ||The hotel, the hotel it’s self is nice the grounds are very well kept, all the staff know there roles and I think it works well. ||The food was absolutely dreadful, apart from an omelette in the mornings which is very nice , we didn’t eat at the restaurant at the hotel.|It caters more for its Russian clientele, same for the very small bit of evening entertainment it’s shockingly bad, the hotel could be so much better.|The location is perfect a 15 minute walk into Naama bay. ||Would we return probably not, unless we found such a cheap deal, but that only because the hotel isn’t catering or entertaining for brits. ||Other guests let the hotel down, it’s not hard to cue or say please and thank you, we found other guests rude and even piggish to put it nicely. ||Massive thank you to all staff mentioned I hope the management pass it on.
