Kostas says Athens is the child of London and Berlin. Oh well. I say, stay like that. Don’t grow up. The Bierdeckel says this place (it’s a fine drinking place, anything but a live jazz venue) opened in 1978. So yeah, dont grow up. Keep doing these Margaritas, too.

Very cool place for something a little different in Athens. It was super busy when are got there around 10 PM on a Saturday, and we were lucky to find a spot to sit. Nice drinks and a good mix of people.

Nice atmosphere with good jazz music, amazing decorations and the best classic cocktails. My favorite was old fashioned and I can say it was the best one I’ve tried in Athens. The service was fast and quality for sure. The staff was friendly and talented. I went there on Monday and it was crowded, if you wanna sit down you should make a reservation.

Nice jazz bar in the quiet part of Kolonaki. Mistakenly, I went there expecting to enjoy some live music -- the place is what is says it is, a bar, perfectly styled for the Jazz with some nice music playing and a good selection of well-made cocktails available. On the night I visited, the place was crowded mostly with locals, so I assume the bar is well-liked among those who know how to avoid tourist traps of Athens. The gentleman pictured is a bartender, who has volunteered to pose for an image.

Almost a speak easy. This bar is outstanding: the staff are friendly, the drinks are first class. It comes alive after 8:30pm. Order the El Presidente cocktail.
