Historic venue - jazz greats have appeared here. Really enjoyed the performance. Note that if you purchase dinner you must arrive at 6pm. Not when the performance starts at 8 pm. We did not catch this in Danish so we paid for dinner but did not receive dinner and a refund was not offered. The venue allows cell phone recording of the performance - which the light from the phones interferes with watching the performance.

Cosy Jazz Club with good food and drinks, fantastic atmosphere and professional performance on stage. Watched singer Sinne Eeg (voc) with Jacob Christoffersen (p) and Jesper Riis (tr). Great concert and venue, we loved it!

Great place for jazz concerts. Newer had food there, so no stars for food. The capacity is 80 or so people, it is never overcrowded, and the bar is good and quick with its service. Watch out for their GTs they are strong :-)

I had a lovely night here. Reserved and modern , we went for a live concert and it was amazing. Quality of sound, right number of seats and acceptable prices. Bathroom was clean. Definitely to come back !

Jazzhouse Montmartre in Copenhagen is a gem for jazz lovers. The sound quality after the recent renovation is noted by musicians to be state of the art. The intimate setting allows for an immersive experience with ambiance and soul. A must-visit destination for an unforgettable jazz night.

Really nice venue for live jazz. I was there two nights in a row. First night there was some problems with the draught IPA and some staff members were also new making ordering seem a bit unorganized. This was already better on the second night though, so it will probably be five stars the next time around.

Yelp
Excellent! I was staying in an apartment around the corner from Jazzhouse Montmartre during Jazz Week in Copenhagen and had to swing by. Came for a jam session led by David Bryant, which was phenomenal. JM is small-ish and could probably fit around 100 or so people. You can pay for entry with card or cash but would recommend cash to get through the line quicker. Booze is under 100kr and beers range in the 35- 50kr range. For a jazz club, where the norm is a 2 drink minimum (at least in the US), the prices here aren't too bad.

Yelp
It's rare to find a jazz club that's both pretentious and amateurish at the same time, but this is definitely one of them.Took my dad there for his birthday and were treated to a stage full of elderly men who wore business suits and wheezed into their instruments, looking and sounding like a group of retired accountants playing at a company picnic. It was embarrassing, particularly because this place's publicity claims it is one of the 'world's leading jazz venues' and that's what I told my dad, and it clearly wasn't. We didn't eat, but the drinks were insanely overpriced. We left early, and I won't be back.
