JC Kevin Sathon Bangkok Hotel

This is definitely a remodeled hotel, you can see it in their craftsmanship. It's not the worse I've seen, but for the price, I was expecting more quality. The bathroom, which is one of the highlights of any room, was dirty and old. They made an attempt to cover up the old construction with new marble tiles but the work was just bad. You can we dirty seams and grout, the doors didn't close all the way. A very odd thing was the TV size in the living room, such a huge wall to only use a TV of about 24-30 inch. It was honestly comical, I brought my laptop to hookup to the TV, but it was so small to really enjoy. The view is great, hands down the best part of the room. The AC was also very good, it kept everything cold without issues.

Nice hotel with nice staff (especially Chalee) convenient pool. We had a small issue in the dim sum restaurant but this was solved in an excellent way by the hotel manager!!! Sky bar is worth visting and breakfast is okay. House keeping wasn't top noch (shampoo didn't get a refill and hairs weren't taken away from the shower) otherwise I would have given a 5* rating.

The hotel is pleasant, the staff is very friendly and always at your service. We were accommodated in a two bedroom suite and we are very satisfied with the entire stay in the hotel. We had 2 bedrooms - one room with one large double bed and the other room with two separate beds, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace, which is really great when you come with your family and want to have more space. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I arrived about 9 am after traveling 24 hours from Miami. I was nervous about the hotel having read some scathing reviews. Thankfully, we had no issues. We were heeeted by a lovely front desk staff who allowed us an early check-in. We are on the 30th floor in a nice, if minimalistic clean suite with 2 small balconies. The bed is great, water pressure is good. It was quiet. Our breakfast was included and was an excellent dim sum. I’m writing from next to the beautiful pool. The rooftop base, Zoom, is a must-see. I’ll acknowledge that the carpets in the hall need a good cleaning, but if that’s your complaint at this price point, I’d say you’re winning! Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, for families, Excellent service, breakfast is the best. Nearby to many locations, can take grab everywhere you go. Gym is huge, nearby to Coin and laundry. Rooftop is espetacular love ❤️

The hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice from the moment we got out of the car. A staff member Chalee and Eve was very help with finding transport and just friendly willing to chat. It’s a family friendly hotel. I would definately visit here again . The zoom rooftop was just an experience I was able to go there with the kids they enjoyed it too

I went to this hotel just before it changed to the JC Kevin. Unfortunately, I couldn't say it was as good as I remember. Upon check-in we had to wait an hour for a room to be ready, which can happen. But after getting to the room the luggage never came. It took 90 minutes, 3 phone calls for me to have to pick it up myself in the lobby. It cost us almost 4 hours to get settled down. The rooms were just like they were years ago. I don't think anything has been changed or renovated. It's not bad and the rooms are larger than average. But one of our showers leaked a bit and one of the beds was broken, which they fixed. Overall, I am disappointed to see the quality of service declined so much and I don't believe this hotel should still be classified as 5 star.

My wife and I booked a king-size bed room on booking dot com, on checking they tried to give us 2 separate beds and told we have to wait 1 and a half hours for the next available room, the balcony doesn't have any furniture (table or chairs). The walk in shower is built into the room so the steam fills your room among other smells. We complained to the night manger and he said that where fully booked without even checking his screen, baring in mind its the start of the rainy season. There's only one rooftop bar, the main one is closed and has been for 3 months. The hallway smelt damp and muggy . The hotel in on a motorway with nonstop traffic so u have to walk 10 minutes to the junction just to get a cab because the 3 lane traffic is backed up to the hotel.
