Great value for what you paid for the room Good: Rooms were large/spacious with complementary fizzy drinks and snacks. Breakfast had something for everyone (even has a Pho/Noodle bar). View from the higher floors is pretty awesome. Pool and facilities looked clean. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Bad: The wife and I aren't super picky people, so nothing from what I'm posting below really bothered us. Just letting you know what I noticed. Area is in the Business district. So not much around for dinner options or late night food other than a few stalls and late night vendors in the alley. There is a 7-Eleven right at the turn to the hotel though. Showers were old/worn - the heads definitely needed replacing (squirting water up instead of down cause there's a leak on the top of the shower head). Tables and counters need to be cleaned better. You can see smears/ watermarks everywhere/stains from previous tenants. Top floor (40th floor) skybar is currently closed for maintenance. There is no real Sunset view from rooms or the 38th floor bar/restaurant because the nextdoor building blocking the sunset. I'm assuming the view would have been fine if the 40th floor was still open.

The hotel is in a great location to walk or catch local transit to a variety of restaurants and malls. Both the gym/saunas and pool are great and a welcome on days to take a break and relax. Morning breakfast buffet is overseen by very professional, courteous and attentive staff, making every meal comfortable and enjoyable. I would give the breakfast staff 10 stars if available! Rooms are spacious but dated and need some refreshing. We stayed for a week, traveled and returned and stayed another two weeks (total of 18 days). Both rooms mattresses need replacing; both rooms had some mold in the showers and sinks, and cockroaches that required us to ask for our room to be sprayed. Some of this is expected given the weather conditions, but some is lack of maintenance that needs to be addressed. My wife and I enjoyed our time here and really appreciate the hospitality of the front desk, gym and breakfast staff. Simply wonderful hospitality and service!

I booked the Skyline One Bedroom Suite after doing tremendous research because I already knew the hotel was older and not very well-maintained. The only room type that looked somewhat acceptable (based on other guests’ photos) was the one-bedroom suite. I booked specifically for the high-floor “Skyline” view, and I paid extra for that. When we arrived, the staff looked overwhelmed because many rooms were not ready. They told us to wait at the restaurant and have a welcome drink. We waited… and waited… until 3:45 PM. No one updated us. I finally went back to the reception to ask for an update, only to find out they had already assigned us a room but never informed us. When we went to the room, it was on the 4th floor, and the staff said, “We upgraded you to a two-bedroom suite.” I never asked for this. My son doesn’t sleep alone, and I don’t like two-bedroom layouts. Plus, the 4th-floor view was terrible — old buildings and no skyline at all. I had to go back down and ask again for the high floor I originally booked. They told me all the one-bedroom Skyline rooms were already taken. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. We even considered checking out early, but since we were on a busy itinerary, we just stayed and only returned to the hotel to sleep. For future travelers: Don’t fall for the “we upgraded you” line. An upgrade is only an upgrade if it keeps the feature you paid for — in this case, the Skyline view. They could have still upgraded us to a Skyline two-bedroom instead of placing us on the 4th floor. That would have felt like an honest upgrade. Instead, I had to go down and ask for the correct floor just to get the view I originally booked — and still ended up with a different room type.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of our Bangkok trip. The room was big and spacious. The balcony had an amazing view of the city. I loved the pool, but wish it was open for longer hours. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff are all incredibly polite and helpful. There’s also a 7-eleven right under the hotel! The only issue I faced was that the room did not have 2 TVs which the listing in Agoda said it would. Otherwise, an amazing stay overall!

Stayed: October 27–29|Purpose of stay: celebrating my friend’s birthday||We chose this hotel to spend a weekend in Bangkok and celebrate a birthday. Overall, the property itself is beautiful — spacious rooms, modern facilities, great location — but unfortunately, the hospitality and service did not meet the 4-star standard I expected.||💬 Reservation||I booked directly through the hotel website and communicated with Ms. Nuchrin Rienthong, who was very kind and attentive. However:| 1. I never received a booking confirmation email — which is quite important for a direct reservation.| 2. The price in the morning (which I took a screenshot of) was higher later in the day. After check-in, I found a 15% cheaper rate on the same website under a new promotion. No one informed me about it, and my request for a rate adjustment was declined.||I understand dynamic pricing, but I believe direct guests deserve a bit more transparency.|To be fair, the reservations team offered me a late check-out as a gesture, which I appreciated — but the disappointment remained.||🛎 Check-in and Front Desk||Thank you for allowing early check-in — that was very helpful.|However, the front desk experience was not as welcoming as expected. The receptionist was polite but without a smile, and did not provide any information about hotel facilities, promotions, or services.||The bellman saw us arriving with luggage but didn’t offer to assist or escort us to the room. When we reached the 31st floor, our keycards didn’t work. About 5–7 minutes later, we were given keys to another room. This could have been avoided if someone had accompanied us.||🧺 In-room service||Our two-bedroom suite was lovely — spacious, clean, and with a stunning city view. Two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and a smart TV made the stay comfortable.|However:| • I requested a vase three times and received no response.| • When I asked for extra tableware, I was told to go to the restaurant on the second floor myself. For a 4-star hotel, it would be better if staff coordinated such requests internally.| • At the restaurant, I wasn’t greeted with a smile, and the staff seemed slightly irritated. They handed me the dishes directly without offering to deliver them to my room — even though I was carrying heavy bags.||The room was also under-equipped for a suite with a dining area — only four coffee cups and nothing else.||💖 Positive moments| • Great location.| • Beautiful, spacious room with amazing views.| • Comfortable beds and good quality amenities.| • A big thank-you to Ms. Nuchrin Rienthong for the kind attention and birthday surprise for my friend — that was truly thoughtful.||🏁 Overall||The hotel itself deserves 4.5/5 for its facilities and comfort.|But the lack of warmth and hospitality forces me to give 2 stars, hoping that management pays attention to these details.||I don’t want to sound overly critical — I genuinely hope this feedback helps the hotel improve service standards and bring back the smiles and care that Thailand is famous for.

Excellent rich breakfast and they are very tolerant with late people, they even inform you 15'before closing the buffet, in case one needs something more. Polite friendly staff. Big beautiful two space room with living room, kitchen and big bathroom, BUT, and maybe that was the only issue with that very nice hotel -and that is very very pitty- is the cleaning and the pest disinfection. Or there must be a supervisor after cleaning to check, or there must be a better and more strict directions from the manager. Also the towels are getting old. There are carpets in the room and they must be disinfected for bugs ,with steam cleaning, from time to time, And,problem with cockroaches! We stayed 4 days and it happened twice, and we were on the 14th floor! So,there must be a more caring and intense, pest control. The sky bar was wonderful!! I am a hotel owner and i trully believe, that, no matter what one do, a clean space is the most important thing, because can destroy any other charm and it's a pitty, so, that's an alert to the manager .

Amazing location. And one of the best price for value hotels you get there. Yeah its not 5* experience but if you book for 50€ per night you shouldnt expect that. For that price i dont think there is something coming close and i was in multiple hotels. Pros: - Location, just wonderfull 15 mins you can go everywhere what is important - Hotel bar view, just amazing and really lovely personel - Swimming pool and saunas are good, i used them every morning, saunas could be little bit cleanner but overall it was really wonderfull Cons: - Cleanliness, sink was moldy and i had to say cleaner to clean exact stuff, like whole bathroom had places which were not cleaned for the longer period of the time - Balcony didnt had chair, or small table That was it. If they improve cleanliness then they are going to be amazing. Its not too bad, its just it could be improved.

I stayed at the JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel for 3 weeks in December 2025 and had an amazing stay. The hotel location is excellent, the property is clean, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the long swimming pool, perfect to swim laps every morning. Nice breakfast too with plenty of choice. Overall it felt like staying in a home away from home and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
