We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The people are so Friendly and helpful. Big rooms that have everything you need. Lovely pool! The staff especially Zine is amazing and incredibly sweet! The service and food here were so good and I’m definitely going to come back again. ||The room I stayed in was so nice and spacious. The beds and bathrooms were such high quality with pleasant views. Breakfast was always such a joy to eat with all the tasty foods and wide variety.||The location of the hotel is really good as there are lots of ways to get around and things to do. You’ll never have a dull day staying here!

The hotel is so run down and dirty. There were so many roaches in our room that we found at least 10. We ended up checking out on our 2nd day to move to a better hotel. The Hotel Manager (Joe) did not want to give us a refund and did not take accountability for the roaches in our room. He even said that some hotels have roaches, that’s normal (who says that!!!). Like its acceptable. I have never stayed in a hotel outside of the country that dirty and especially with roaches. This hotel needs to be shut down. The pictures so deceiving it's a catfish hotel as my daughter would say. It looks good on the outside but not on the inside. Don't waste your money on this hotel. We got lucky to find another hotel (way cleaner, friendly staff) immediately to get out of this hotel. It’s so disgusting!!!

There are a lot of cockroaches in the hotel. It is not certain to clean it in the morning. There is no toilet paper anywhere except the toilet. The bathroom floor is very slippery. You should pay attention to safety when taking a shower. The most ridiculous thing is the elevator. Waiting for the elevator is long enough. It is super exaggerated to wait for 20 minutes. The transportation is also very inconvenient. It is not recommended at all.

We had a fantastic stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Our room was spacious, and the entire space — especially the bathroom — was spotless. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience here.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were in for a surprise. The lobby was very inviting. Check in was smooth and quick. However the moment we stepped out of the elevator 28th floor the odor was strong. The rooms weren’t as in the pictures. Definitely needs a remodel. We cancelled our stay and though the hotel approved the refund they could not process it. Amex travel refunded the booking amount.

We had a great stay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Charlee, the bell boy. |Enjoyed the facilities in the hotel and the room service. Great 2 bedroom suites available for the bigger families. Lovely pool. Gym available, too. Very good buffet breakfast and convenient bar meals, albeit they are a bit pricey. This hotel could do with a refurbishment to get back to 5 star but is still good and worth it. Easy enough to get e everywhere. The sky train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to most tourist attractions via public transport
