The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to travel and close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. However, the breakfast selection is not very diverse, and the taste is rather average. Still, it offers great value for money as the room rates are quite cheap. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and suitable for a relaxing trip.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. Located in the heart of Bangkok, it’s the perfect jump-off point to start a luxurious vacation. The service was impeccable. The staff was warm, helpful. and genuinely attentive. Every staff member made us feel like honored guests, and each person spoke English, which made the experience easy as pie for us.||||The rooms were beautifully appointed, large, and spotlessly clean, with a view of the city skyline. The lap pool blew my husband away. You don’t typically see this size pool at hotels. The views from our balcony left us speechless. ||||Breakfast each morning was a lavish spread of Thai options and a bitch of home, e.g.. American, if you need that. The dinners were a perfect representation of what to expect with fine Thai dining. |||| This is a 5 star hotel that delivered on its rating. The staff was 10 stars.

This is a very good property. First it’s an 18 year old 5 star. It’s very nice, but needs a little updating. Bed extremely comfortable. Gym excellent. Room is extremely quiet, which are all impotent to me. Breakfast good. Wish they had French Toast. Location is about a 10 minute walk from The BTS. One of the main elevators or lift was out my entire stay.

Positive: The only good part was Ann in the lobby restaurant. We ate dinner there every night and she made it pleasant and comfortable. The front office manager also helped us with a better/ cleaner room otherwise we could not stay there. Negative: Filthy. Loads of bugs, roaches, stains on walls, tubs, shower doors, linen, Stains and mold around sink & shower there is mostly carpet it smells. Yes the property is old but should still be clean. The pool was freezing cold& unkept. Was not sanitary

Everything about this place is just about OK. I well believe once upon a time it deserved its star rating but now everything is just tires and worn, functional but very worn. It was clean and tidy but so many bits of trim, skirting, flooring by the pool were all falling off or poorly repaired. It's a shame as the staff were attentive and helpful breakfast was good but the street food next door was amazing.

The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help with anything you ask. Our first room was a little outdated and cleanliness could have been better. I mentioned this to reception and a very little fee we paid and moved up to an apartment. Being an apart should have cooking facilities, kitchen utensils and washing machine as not all families want to eat out all the time. If we come back to Bangkok we would stay there again.

Service is good. Massages were great. Breakfast buffet a bit disappointing. Pastry’s are very dry. Beds are soft and comfortable. Shower are lacking the 5 star quality
