Unfortunately, our experience at JC Kevin was quite disappointing due to poor management. Only 2 lifts were working in a high-rise hotel, resulting in long waiting lines and massive delays every single day. For a 5-star hotel, this kind of mismanagement is unacceptable it felt more like a budget property in that regard.
However, I want to clearly say this....the staff were absolutely amazing. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was kind, hardworking, and helpful despite the lack of support from upper management. They’re doing their best under pressure, and they deserve 5 stars alone.
Its sad to see such great employees being let down by poor leadership. Fix the facilities, support your staff better, and maybe this hotel can live up to its stars.
