The location is very good. The room was clean, the best is short. In the morning when I was going to checkout, the POS machine didn't work and the reception kept me for 40 minutes until they realize that they cannot use the credit card for payment, and this is when I have a flight in one hour. The staff did not even bother to appologize for the inconvenience. And while I have been asking since the beginning that I need a taxi for the airport, all they did was to wait until the last moment and call the taxi (supposedly) and jus tto tell me that it will take 30 minutes, it is better that I find one out in the street, please note in a situation that your late for your flight, that's how this hotel helps out. Again they don't apologize for this either. Also the room had no real windows, in the morning room stays dark which does not feel good.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever been in. The staff was so helpful and we could check-in an hour before the original time. The rooms are spotless and have a very funky look to them. With all the colours and posters on the wall you will always feel happy and have a good night of sleep. Rooms are air-conditioned and toilet articles are always provided. The location is just perfect just in the middle of Puerta del Sol. It might seem pricy but in reality you are saving all the transportation money you would have paid if you stayed somewhere a bit further from the city center. Another good thing is the presence of rooms with any number of beds you want like up to four beds a room. I recommend.

This hotel is in the heart of the city of Madrid. It's in the most convenient location, right next to the Opera metro station and very close to the Puerta del Sol square. There are many shops and cafes around. The rooms are REALLY small but it's something you must expect according to what you pay. It was fairly quiet and clean. All in all a positive experience to stay there. I would stay again.

Good location. Free water 2x Coke complimentary- ||Room was a bit funky, bright yellow walls, disco/ flowery bathroom.||Beds were comfy, rooms was basic, but did the job for just sleeping, when being out all day exploring etc. However was a pen lid in my bed when arriving, but didn’t bother complaining, but makes me think was bed changed? ||On our last morning we found a worm in the bathroom shower. However husband disposed off easily before kids awoke. ||Don’t think we will stay here again but was okay in terms of what we needed/ not being in room much etc.

It exceded my expectation, although I did not get the room I booked, it was clean, confortable, noise-isolated and centric. The shower was really nice and the decoration was modern and young. The price was excellent compared to similar places around the area. I would stay here next time I visit Madrid

The rooms are small but good and have everything you need. Free minibar and WiFi available and the hotel is about 1 minute from the Opera and 5-10 minutes from Puerta Del Sol. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff is very helpful.||||The rooms however are very noisy and a lot of guests don't respect this - when you come home at 11 pm or even midnight, it is not very polite to yell in the hallway. This is of course not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of when you book.||||I would suggest requesting for a room in the basement to minimize the noise - and definitely bring earplugs.||||I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and will definitely be back.

Giving a three star as this type of hotel is not for everyone. The room was, as advertised, very small. The bathroom basin was perhaps the smallest one I have ever seen. But, you also pay for what you get. This is perfect if you are travelling alone, and staying in Madrid for a maximum of two nights. The location is a big plus as it is as central as it gets. Close to Teatro Real, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and all other tourist sites in that vicinity. 24-hour front desk is also a big help.
