The isolation of the room is very bad so we hear every little noise from outside. But thanks to Eli who really did a good job and was very friedly !! She knew a answer to every question.

if you have problems with lack of silence by night it is not your hotel. You will have people screaming all night until 6 am avery day except on sunday night

This property is located next to several clubs and bars and the rooms have no proper noise isolation, so expect to hear music and drunk people until 5 am. On the other hand, the aesthetics of the rooms and bathroom make you feel you are in a 15 euro reggae hostel, which doesn't match the experience you expect from paying quite high prices, especially during the weekend.

Great location and pleasant staff. Located on the second floor without an elevator (which may cause challenges for some people). The room (Catalunya) was as expected. Small, no noise dampening and with insane colors. The bathroom was small, but working fine. All in all, an okay hotel for the price. One thing I don't like, however, is that they state several places on Google Maps that there is free airport transfer. That is simply not true. They charge €50 one way or €70 both ways according to their own website. I also got this confirmed by email.

The location is great, in the middle of everything, a little noisy at night. When we checked in Kristina welcomed us with a lot of useful information. The room is very small and basic (mirror only in the toilet, very small pillows on the bed). The stair case is dark, so beware when you go down...

Very affordable and centrally located. Room Was clean and had good AC and wifi. Bedding is thin and have to ask staff to Replenish soap and towels. I'd stay here again!

I stayed here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is great and amenities are tech savvy. each room is named after a different region of Spain. We stayed in the Orense room. The room was small but enough for the two of us. I liked that we had a computer, flat screen tv, and fridge in the room. My favorite part of the room was the shower...OMG! Our room faced the street and we could look out of the balcony doors and see ME Hotel. Even though it's in the center of Madrid, the balcony doors do a good job blocking out the noise. The staff were very nice, respectful, and helpful. We have HIGH expectations for cleanliness. The room and bathroom were kept very clean. I recommend staying here. It's in a prime location. It's cozy but trendy.

Great place! It looks funny at first but great location, awesome service, the people are so nice, and super safe! Highly recommended!
