JC Rooms Santa Ana

Stayed with my friends at the end of August. Affordable accommodation in a great area right in the heart of madrid. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and shower was great. Unfortunately I fell and injured my finger when out and about (there may have been alcohol involved). I had a bad cut which needed attended to. The receptionist was fantastic. She helped me clean, dress and protect it. Can't remember her name but she was Ukrainian i believe. Really grateful for her help.

Staff was pleasent and friendly. Ideally situated in old town. Minus: room installation is not ideal, no space for toilet items in bathroom. Shower installation is challenging to use.

It is an exvellent hotel at excellent location at Madrid center Staff Re lovely and helpful Elisabeth, Iulia, And Lis at front desk Room service are exellent Crystal and Maria thank you What most is lovely all have nice and beautiful smiles

Employees are very nice and helpful however we had a coackroach in the room which is totally gross.||The location was very central which is nice however lots of noise because of nearby clubs and bars.

Kristina was very welcoming to me and my friends, she even helped us trying to figure out what to do to visit the city.

Everything was perfect. Thank you very much Julia for all your kindness and atention. Good job! You made our staying very pleasant! We will definetly come back here. Regards to all!

The staff at reception was friendly. Room was too small for group of 4 and we were bitten by bed bugs.

Very affordable and centrally located. Room Was clean and had good AC and wifi. Bedding is thin and have to ask staff to Replenish soap and towels. I'd stay here again!

I stayed here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is great and amenities are tech savvy. each room is named after a different region of Spain. We stayed in the Orense room. The room was small but enough for the two of us. I liked that we had a computer, flat screen tv, and fridge in the room. My favorite part of the room was the shower...OMG! Our room faced the street and we could look out of the balcony doors and see ME Hotel. Even though it's in the center of Madrid, the balcony doors do a good job blocking out the noise. The staff were very nice, respectful, and helpful. We have HIGH expectations for cleanliness. The room and bathroom were kept very clean. I recommend staying here. It's in a prime location. It's cozy but trendy.

Great place! It looks funny at first but great location, awesome service, the people are so nice, and super safe! Highly recommended!
