We absolutely love the hotel! It's in the heart of Madrid, just next to Royal Palace and close to metro station. Breakfasts in a nearby cosy restaurant Terazza de Madriz were soo testy. Special thanks to a lovely Ralu at the reception. She's a fantastic, caring lady, always ready to help. Big big thank you!

Nice small cozy hotel room. Provide two bottles of water each day. The rooms are made up each day and they do a good job. Very clean, nice shower. This is a basic hotel with a good price. The location is wonderful. It is in central Madrid and is convenient to great restaurants, shops and sight seeing. We would stay again.

Amazing location and the nicest staff! Room was clean and well decorated. Only issue was the second day, our bathroom really started to stink. When we got back from a day out, it smelled like sewage and closed the door while we slept as it became unbearable. All doors and windows opened though and helped the issue.

I like everything about this place. Ralu and Alejandro were also very helpful during our stay. Place is nearby many restaurants and walking distance to main tourist area.

The rooms were cosy but well equipped. Small washroom but well functional washroom. The heating was great but tobacco smoke kept coming through the vents so I often had to shut it off until whoever was smoking had finished. I was in the San Marino room. All the windows opened easily.

Stayed here for 3 nights, great location, very local to alot of the big attractions, with alot of shops/restaurants close by too. Staff are very helpful, the lady Ralu helped us with our check in/out, and helped us know what was in the area before we went out

Rooms are clean , good towels and bed linen , cleaning was every day , bathroom is small but clean and has everything you need
