Amazing location and the nicest staff! Room was clean and well decorated. Only issue was the second day, our bathroom really started to stink. When we got back from a day out, it smelled like sewage and closed the door while we slept as it became unbearable. All doors and windows opened though and helped the issue.

The rooms were cosy but well equipped. Small washroom but well functional washroom. The heating was great but tobacco smoke kept coming through the vents so I often had to shut it off until whoever was smoking had finished. I was in the San Marino room. All the windows opened easily.

Very good central location few minutes to Grand Via and Opera, close to several metro/bus stations, walking distance to all major attractions. Public parking in front of hotel, 20%reduction offered by hotel. Clean rooms, good facilities and very friendly staff. Breakfast available (6Eur/person). Lot of restaurants nearby. Great value for price paid.

The air conditioning system requires modernization, as it is excessively noisy and significantly hinders sleep. The same issue applies to the doors of the other rooms; they produce an excessive amount of noise when closed.

Small hotel ideally located a few steps fron Gran Via ans Plaza Mayor. Super friendly and professional staff. Small rooms but comfortable and clean!

Perfect location (metro stations are close and also you can walk easily to many places), room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, on the weekend some noise from downstairs' restaurant.

Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions, they offers great value for the price. The staff were super helpful and were attentive to our requests.

This hotel is centrally located, surrounded by plenty of eateries and shops. Staffs are nice and friendly. Front desk staff is nice to let us use the iron/ironing board during our stay. Room is miserably small, and the toliet is tiny. We cannot be sure if it is the smallest toliet in the world but for sure we will remember the toliet for the longest time to come even if we forget the hotel itself. In our honest opinion, the room we had which was meant for double occupancy with two single beds, will likely be sufficient for a single person with one big luggage. Two persons in the room with two big luggage can hardly move without coming into contact with either the furniture or structures.
