JC Rooms Santo Domingo

Pretty decent hotel, really good for its price. Excellent location really close to touristic places, metro station, stores and restaurants. Wifi works great. Rooms are named after most European countries, for example I stayed at Luxemburg room whivh is a nice touch. Small fridge filled with water bottles and soda.

We are currently staying at this hotel and the lift is not working. Instead, guests are expected to climb four floors of stairs. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we are both over 60 years old. We are also very concerned about our departure, as it will be extremely difficult to come down all four floors with all of our luggage on the last day. This situation shows a serious lack of consideration and poor management. Until basic accessibility issues like this are addressed and properly communicated, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly older travellers.

My sister found JC Hotel by luck! We had stayed at a different hotel outside of Madrid and it was a horrible experience but JC Hotel made our stay welcome & comfortable! The rooms are named after different countries, with various themes & vibrant colors! It is located in the heart of Madrid within walking distance to all the beautiful centers, shopping, restaurants, Palace & much more! Ralu is sweet and kind when we arrived early (She kept our luggage stowed away until we were able to check in a few hours later) & suggested what sites to go see. Alvaro at the front desk was very nice! In fact, my sister had a slight emergency and needed to go to the hospital and he was able to assist us…. This is what wonderful customer service is! If I’m ever back in Madrid, which I hope is soon, this would be my choice of location to stay, at the JC hotel!

The location is great, but we our room had a horrible smell. We needed to sleep with the window open but there was a lot of noise coming from the street. We stayed one night and I would not come back to this place again. We stayed in the 4th floor in the Bosnia room. The staff was really nice but find another place to stay if you want to sleep at all!

Everything what you need for weekend escape - comfortable bed, washroom, small fridge with water free of charge, window...In hearth in Madrid, we used only publictransportation from/to the airport and 3 days only on foot to enjoy Madrid. Highly recommended, Madrid is a beautiful city, and nextime again we will go to this hotel.

Excellent front desk service by Ralu . Friendly and professional.The evening young man also. Cannot remember his name. Alvaro also went out of his way to find 2 rooms for us when availability was minimal.this is our second stay here and highly recommend it.

Ralu in the reception was very helpful and kind with us. We'd definitely choose this hotel again and again! The location is great too.
