Poor in-store pickup experience, I buy normally on the aventura mall store, but never had experience this treatment? I came to pick up an order and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience. No one greeted me or offered assistance when I entered the store. I went to the counter, where several sales associates looked at me, and one asked if I was ready. I explained I was there for a pickup order, and they told me that pickups were “at the front of the store,” even though there’s no signage indicating that. Eventually, a bag was handed to me without anyone confirming if it included the full order. I had to ask if that was everything, and only then did they realize some items were missing and went back to get the rest. Throughout the whole process, the staff showed no initiative or willingness to help. The only person who actually assisted me was the guy at the front, who kindly offered me a bag at the end. This level of service was far below what I expected.

After being a loyal customer of JCrew for many years, this by far was the worst in store experience I’ve ever had. The manager is disrespectful and made crude assumptions of me. Do not visit this store.

Rude staff!!! I purchase j crew in Texas and when I asked if they had a sale section they laughed at me saying that it was a fancy store and they don't have that.

Went with my someone special to peruse the wares. Professional service and good choices. We were contemplating getting a handbag for my girlfriend, were in two minds and a graceful and prescient lady customer chimed in “…looks amazing…” Decision was made. And the purse is a go-to now. TY J. Crew for the service, good products and a really nice vibe…✌🏽💗🙏🏽

This is place, I shop few times a year since moved here ! I purchased a casmire sweater for my sister and give her first her birthday. Few weeks letter ahead used an had to clean one spot with soup and warm water collor pink totally came of to whiteish cream ! 120-150 $ sweater I told MOd about totally turn her head walked !!! Made it sound like a we wash whole sweater on cold water..as resistance in south beach never buying anything from this place again

Kind and welcoming sales associates! The store is nicely kept and lots of great selection! I recommend this location, just for the team members!

Within 30 seconds of walking into the store, the saleswoman at the front made it clear my toddler was not welcome and to “watch her little fingers” while my husband was holding her. Left immediately.

I just came back for a white dress I really loved 2 days ago. my son wanted to buy it for my b day which is in 2 days . the manager of the store told the assistant to not take the last dress out of the window first o should try another dress in the same size . what an unprofessional behavior - to much work to put the doll out and change the dress for a costumer coming back the second tome and I tried on already a size 2 before what was even still to big on my body ... so the 0 would have fit perfectly . but I left the store very unsatisfied . not a good store manager at all she should better look for a job where custom service is not important !!!

I have been going to this J.Crew location since it opened. God knows how many years ago that has been but I have seen J. Crew morph into something I just no longer recognize for so many reasons. First of all, the hours are a joke! so unbelievable considering this is Miami and it closes at 7 PM!! Even during the holidays because of the staff shortage!!! I can't even get there by 7 so that really sucks. I mean these are hours for Dubuque Iowa not Miami Florida! And of course we have the recurrent theme of no employees and so they cannot extend the hours. Second, I guess J. Crew as a company is kind of falling apart @ the seams from where it used to be. The design is just not there anymore-it has become so mainstream likewise there is minimal selection. The quality has gone downhill and color options are minimal as well. I could go on and on ...even the way the store is merchandised is not as exciting & enticing as it once used to be... I can say all of this with many years of credibility under my belt shopping with J. Crew since I was a teen, using their catalogs and wanting everything in there!!! I am a career shopper since kindergarten and an equal opportunity shopper to boot. I shop everywhere from Old Navy to Chanel and everything in between. Most people are floored when they find out what I'm wearing is from J. Crew. And honestly you could do a marketing campaign in my closet I have so much J. Crew Merchandise... an example would be my rainbow of over a hundred cashmere and cotton and cardigan sweaters unlimited... what happened to the "couture line"of J. Crew when Jenna Lyons was there? It seems -like most of the world -everything is getting fizzled out to the bare-bones. I hate to see this happening and if you would like additional input I am more than happy to share since I am such a huge J. Crew fan. Sending much luck directly to headquarters.!!! Please take head!!

What, a J.Crew store without a Men's side? What's up with that?! I knew J. Crew was planning on opening up it's doors on Lincoln Road and I thought that would be cool and convenient should I ever need to purchase some khakis or some other non-threatening men's wear. I finally stopped in for a pair of jeans and the moment I set foot in there I knew something wasn't right, something felt strange. All estrogen, wall to wall. Flowers in baskets, dresses and ribbons without the slightest hint of testosterone. I had to ask one of the greeters, 'Where's the guys stuff?' I probably came off like an over aged frat boy. Good going. The greeter was kind enough to direct me to their store in Aven-freak'n-tura! Yeah, not so cool and convenient anymore, J.Crew. Thanks a bunch for remembering us guys.

Just about the friendliest employees in all of Miami!! Over the top friendly and helpful! I will definitely come here to do my shopping!!

Normally I am not yelping chain stores, however this was the best J Crew I have been to. Aesthetically beautiful with something like 25 ft ceiling. The dressing rooms were created with drapes that hung from the ceiling, they set it up more like a boutique, only women's clothes...I could go on. While I was completing my purchase they gave me a bottle of water and chatted me up with great pleasantries. I found out they consider this a J Crew collection store...ie they carry their luggage and many of the hard to find and deeply sought afters'...bonus. I told them it was even more beautiful than the one in Malibu & I wish I could take it with me when I go home! PS. Lately I have been a little disappointed overall with Jcrew...this place was my savior!

It might be Lincoln road, but the store is not bad. It's a nice escape from the craziness. The associate was helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to find a pair of the legendary Nike Killshot 2s, so major props to this place.

This Lincoln road location is great. The staff is really nice and helpful. They layout is perfect. I'm so glad that they now have a men's section in the back.

Nice looking store in the midst of all the Lincoln Road hoopla. Beware shoppers if you value your benjamins- some of the prices here are different than at other jcrew stores. Some of the full price items at this location were on sale at other jcrews.

I've been to a couple of J. Crew stores and this one is my favorite so far. The staff is friendly but they leave you be (I like this, in other J.Crew stores I've been to the staff was just a bit too much for me) so you have plenty of time and space to look around and try things on. When I came here there was a nice sale going on and when I arrived at the register they gave me another 20% off on top of the sale, which was great.

Oh J. Crew, you have suckered me into yet another pair of $150 dollar shoes by saying things like "Made in Italy" and Quality Leather. Truth is I could probably get them cheaper elswhere, but they were cute and my doggie is allowed in the store and they gave her a treat. My kind of place. I don't usually like J. Crew, but this is a concept store which in my opinion means cuter stuff.

Best customer service in town! The product is high quality, the store is gorgeous, and the staff could not be nicer.

First, I would like to say that I wear Jcrew all day everyday. I will stop by anywhere that has a Jcrew store but I must say this is the worst one yet! Every Jcrew store that I've been to has the best customer service! But seriously this place could not greet me at all. Was it because I just came from the beach and was wearing shorts and a crop top? Did it look like I couldn't afford a piece of your clothing? Who do you guys think you are?! Don't get me wrong, Jcrew carries mid to high clothes and I will pay for it for what it's worth but I don't need your snootiness as if I'm walking into something like Hermes. I don't blame Jcrew, I blame the stuck up workers there! Don't bother buying anything there. Save your time and money by purchasing online. Plus, that store doesn't even have a sale section.

Stopped by today to pick up some last minute items for a trip. Was surprised NOT one thing in the store was on sale. When I asked the sales associate, she gave me a snarky response. I explained I a loyal customer and there is a 40% off sale online and at other stores. She shrugged and said "some things are on sale then". Totally contradicting what she previously said. A customer next to me told me not to bother that the sales woman was rude and not helpful to her too. I won't be back at this location. Disgusted. I spend 90% of my clothing and shoe budge at JCrew. Seems both the quality and service have nosedived. So, I took my business next door to BCBG where the service is exceptional and walked out a happy camper.
