Would not recommend this J. Crew location. No one offered to help or start a fitting room, even though I was clearly carrying a large pile of clothes to try on. I had to flag someone down myself. The fitting room was cramped, with minimal space and no stool, so I had to put items on the dusty floor. Customer service and dressing rooms both need improvement. Shopping in store at J. Crew used to be a great experience with excellent customer service - not sure what happened. The customer service is tanking along with the clothing quality.

Brendan D was a tall drink of water who helped me pick out a summer wardrobe which I am SOO excited to wear. He was very attentive as well as keen to the type of fashion sense I showed him off my Pinterest board. I can’t wait to have a yacht girl summer in my new JCrew thanks to Brendan!

The Natick store is the best J.Crew I’ve stepped foot into… from Massachusetts to South Carolina. Brendan, shows longevity in his interactions, welcomed me, lead me through what type of look I was trying to target, I felt comfortable, and did not feel as though our interaction was a transaction. Make doubles of this man!!!!

Jcrew what has happened with your employees?! I really like your items however I have shopped here for years and always had such awesome customer service. It was worth taking the trip to the mall. This new staff, one woman with blond hair in particular, are polar opposite of customer service to say the least… incredibly rude and abrupt for no reason at all I honestly don’t even know what to say about my last two experiences in your store
