Jean's Bus Services

Drivers were friendly, timely and extremely accommodating to our 4th grade students, parents and staff! We took a trip to Atlanta and they had the absolute best time. Thank you, Jean's for making this possible and affordable!

Just did a 4 day trip to Pennsylvania Dutch and Washington DC. Our toilet was never changed or dumped. We didn't have scheduled lunch stops, also time was wasted because of an inexperienced guide. Changes need to be made.

Steve was the man! Hendrick Honda Easley needed to charter a Bus to get our team to Charlotte for a corporate event. Jolynn got us set with a 56 passenger beast of a bus. The bus was clean, smelled great, with outlets to charge, and wifi. We were able to work while we traveled. Steve stopped during the travel at Chick-fil-A and Olive Garden so we could eat. We even had Steve join us. Great company, great equipment, great drivers, and great staff. Thanks for delivering and returning us safe. You are our bus company moving forward.

I will never ride with this bus service again. A professional service would arrive early. Jean's was 30 minutes late putting our group 45 minutes late starting. We had a 3.5 hour trip (one way). The driver was ALL over the road, constantly having to swerve out of the grooved marks which are outside the interstate lanes. Drivers were blowing their horn at us regularly because we could not stay in our lane. The driver also was writing in a small notebook while driving. There were approx. 38 students and 12 adult chaperones on each bus who paid a good bit of money for a nerve-racking and unprofessional job by this bus company. I also believe one of the drivers to be too elderly for safe transportation. Stay away.

The driver for Bus #843 04/11/25 at 5:00pm cut us off on I-85 and driving very dangerously. Due to the safety concerns this will be reported directly. That’s the best picture I could get of the driver.

Currently sitting on a Jean's bus full of elementary school children headed to a field trip. The driver is nice but he has almost hit 2 cars and has ran off the road countless times. Trip has been very stressful for us all. Driver does not seem bothered at all by his close encounters. He was also writing notes as he was driving when our trip began.

Scary bus ride, very unprofessional. Writing this review from on the bus. Our driver pulled over on the side of 85 with no shoulder, trucks flying by us with only 2 ft. of clearance. The bus is filled with middle school students and is shaking with every passing car. The driver just decided that this was the perfect place to stop so he could use the bathroom. He put all of us in danger instead of finding a safe space to stop. There was an exit within one mile. Train your drivers, that was a very stressful situation and you/we are lucky that we weren’t hit.

My organization just hosted a weeklong conference with hundreds of visitors from all over the US. We used Jean's for numerous side trips to sites out of town and also used them as a conference shuttle service from the host hotel to various venues in Greenville. They were just fantastic. The drivers were always punctual and professional. At times we had to transport up to five heavy motorized scooters and the drivers loaded and unloaded them without complaint. All week we received compliments from our guests about the bus service, the drivers and the condition of the coaches. Also, Yolanda at Jean's was wonderful in working with us in our initial meetings to discuss our needs and in working out bus quotes and change orders. She made everything easy and seamless. I would recommend Jean's to anyone without reservation. Don Davidson
