The Location is awesome. Stargazing without stray light from a city. Meet interesting people at the fire pit. Nice hiking trails. Good foot with attentive staff. Ali die an outstanding Job served us on Apr.07.2025. Shuttle service was perfect.

My husband and I spent a night at Pura Eco Retreat, Jebel Hafeet and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant setting is beautifully rustic, the whole area is peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Surrounded by nature it’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to disconnect and truly relax. We recommend it to nature lovers and anyone in need of a serene escape.

The view is absolutely beautiful, everything was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch — the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The food was delicious, plentiful, and truly satisfying. We especially loved the campfire — it added a magical and relaxing touch to the evening. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and care!

Initially, I had posted a very upset review because my reservation had been spontaneously canceled, however, shortly after I was contacted by Safouen who put in every effort to rectify the situation. He was patient, helpful, and committed to finding a solution which was so appreciated. While I have not stayed yet, I am very much looking forward to doing so and will be excited to update my review to a 5 star after seeing everything there is to offer!!

We had an amazing stay all around. From the minute we were checked in by Eve, to being taken care of by Adil as well as Guru at the restaurant, the entire staff and team were phenomenal. The room is meticulous and the service provided at the property was superb. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and included a variety of dishes. We had a great 2 nights and will be coming back for sure.

Beautiful getaway into the Mountainous Desert 🏜️. Our Dome tent came with all necessary amenities… the best was the plunge pool facing the mountain. Truly Breathtaking ❤️. They also have attractive activities with equipment. And not forgetting to mention the fire pit outside…

What an unforgettable stay at Jebel Hafit Pura Eco Retreat! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was next-level. Eve at the Front Office welcomed us with genuine warmth and made check-in feel like coming home. Adil, the concierge, was an absolute gem, his recommendations and attention to detail added so much to our experience. And a special shoutout to Blessing, our server at the restaurant, and Guru, the Restaurant Supervisor who made every meal feel personalized and memorable. The retreat itself is stunning, nestled against the backdrop of Jebel Hafit, it’s the perfect blend of luxury and nature. Can’t wait to come back!

It's a good outdoor dessert experience, the last patch to the destination is bumpy, it shook me inside the Cullinan. The tents were very nice however, the wind is strong and it sounds like the roof would blow off at night. overall a pleasant experience for one night, the staff did a fantastic job although it was extremely windy conditions.
