This was our second stay here, and it was truly memorable. Our first visit was three years ago when we stayed in a traditional tent without air conditioning. They provided BBQ materials, but breakfast was not included at that time. Even then, it was already a unique and enjoyable experience. Last month, we returned with our kids and stayed again in the Arabian tent and we were amazed by how much the place has developed. The tent is now fully equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, fresh fruits, water, a first aid kit, and complete BBQ materials, making our stay comfortable and family-friendly. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, now served in a beautiful location with a stunning view. The food exceeded our expectations ,the quality and presentation were comparable to a 5-star hotel, and the service was exceptional. We would especially like to commend the Filipino F&B attendant who served us. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making sure our family was well taken care of throughout our dining experience. Not only him but the whole team ,their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family, and we are so happy to see how much this place has grown while maintaining its charm and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back again.

It was a lovely stay! The dome was spacious, tidy and the bed - very comfortable. The views on the mountain were breathtaking and the whole place felt out of this world. Moreover, we have to mention that we felt so spiloed by the hospitality of the wonderful crew working here. Our special thanks go to Guru, Pradeep, Eve, Adel and Dua - they made our stay an unforgettable experience. If you wish to have a romantic getaway with your significant other, look no further ❤️

The place is rugged as it is surrounded by mountain on one side. The domes are a 7-10 min drive from the reception. Which means if you order anything to the room, be prepared for a long wait. Go during winters so you can enjoy walking around. It is great for one night. You can enjoy the peace and privacy. The food is expensive. So take the breakfast included option while booking. We carried some snacks and that really helped us. Upon reaching we had them in our dome as it was too hot to sit outside. Evenings are calm and cool..

We had an excellent experience at Pura Eco Retreats. Special thanks to Waiter Sajitha for the warm, friendly, and attentive service — he made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. A big appreciation to Chef Naresh and Chef Anuroop for the delicious food and outstanding culinary skills. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Kudos to Driver Pradeep for being punctual, professional, and ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Overall, the team provided exceptional hospitality and made our experience truly memorable. We had a wonderful dinner at Puro Resort, tucked beautifully below the mountains. The experience was made even more memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We enjoyed the Asian Quinoa Salad and the Emirati Macaroni Pasta, both bursting with flavor and prepared with great attention to detail. To end the evening, we were treated to a freshly made tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. A special thank-you to Ali, Umair, Erik, and Narisho for their warm service. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. They made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening. Highly recommended—great food, stunning atmosphere, and outstanding staff!

The breakfast was amazing. Very high quality products perfectly cooked. Excellent cappuccino, eggs Benedict in the middle of a dessert - such a great surprise. Food menue is to any taste. Service was exceptional, a lot of thanks to James, Sameer and Suresh for such a beautiful and tasty morning!

A dome in the desert. Silence that feels luxurious. Private pool under the stars, comfort wrapped in privacy. Waking up to hike in a UNESCO World Heritage site was surreal - raw nature, silence, and views that make you feel small in the best way. Pura Eco Retreat was spectacular in every sense. Dinner surprised me the most - food that rivals (and beats) some high-end places in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Hats off to the chef Naresh Pradeep 👏 The staff - Guru and Sakura? Checked-in for a belated Birthday & Valentines get away. Everyone in the retreat was so accommodating, shoutout to James, Erick, Sameer & Umair for the amazing breakfast!
