We had a wonderful dinner at Puro Resort, tucked beautifully below the mountains. The experience was made even more memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We enjoyed the Asian Quinoa Salad and the Emirati Macaroni Pasta, both bursting with flavor and prepared with great attention to detail. To end the evening, we were treated to a freshly made tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. A special thank-you to Ali, Umair, Erik, and Narisho for their warm service. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. They made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening. Highly recommended—great food, stunning atmosphere, and outstanding staff!

We had a great get-away at Pura Eco. Feels remote without being far away, and very peaceful. The room was well insulated, comfortable and well-appointed. And the food at the restaurant was quite good. Service was also great - I recommend Guru, Sajitha, Sameer, and Pradeep - and others whose names I don’t remember. Everyone was super-helpful and welcoming.

We had such a great stay. The place is super peaceful, really clean, and the rooms were beautiful. The food was amazing, and we had dinner with a view over the desert, which they set up so nicely with lights. The staff were honestly the sweetest. Adeel gave us a tour and he was so friendly. He also took really good photos of us. The chef was also really kind and even came over to talk to us after dinner. Any time we asked for something, like lighting the fire or helping with small things, they were always quick and happy to help. We really loved our stay and would 100% recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience at Pura Eco Retreats. The food was absolutely delicious. every dish was thoughtfully prepared, with ingredients perfectly balanced to truly showcase the flavors. It’s a shame we didn’t manage to take photos of the food because it was beautifully presented as well. Last night we ordered room service and had the chicken Milanese, which was outstanding. The portion size was generous and very satisfying. Breakfast was equally impressive, with an abundant and generous spread that set a great tone for the day. Overall, the resort itself offers a one of a kind experience, secluded, serene, and incredibly peaceful. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. A special shout out to Foothills restaurant staffs Erik, Anuroop, Vishnu, and Rezie for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend this resort

Amazing experience! Beautiful desert landscapes and a very peaceful atmosphere. Ali was a wonderful host and made us feel truly welcome. Omar cooked delicious food that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic desert experience!

This resort is a gem hidden in the Eastern most part of UAE in my favorite district of Al Ain. ||Check in - Superb and very smooth, many thanks to the front desk team.||Rooms - We stayed in the Luxury Dome tent which is independent secluded and extremely private. The tent is modern well furnished equipped with a double bed and all necessary amenities, a Bon fire outside and a mountain facing patio with seats and a coffee table. ||The wash room and shower area were all very modern and spacious. ||Room Service: considering that the dome tents are 2-3km from the reception area service by house keeping and restaurants was top notch and always ready to care to our requests. Cleaning was spic and span and all amenities duly re loaded - many thanks to the team. ||Restaurant : took time to cook our food but quality was good hot, we were mistakenly sent chicken pasta instead of vegetarian.. this was quickly replaced with our requested food. ||Plunge pool:|The dome tent has a small private plunge pool which was super clean. ||In all the dome tent, silence, fresh air, clear skies made it a very beautiful stayca and If you want a feeling like being at Mars in UAE.. this is where you gotta be.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I had an amazing experience. Starting with being welcomed, riding Sarab led by Abid, walking in the desert to amazing sceneries. My room at the bottom of Jebel Hafit was wonderful!! I had a fantastic BBQ diner served by Ali. Staff promptly came to light the fire at my camp site. The morning scenery was breathtaking then I had a fantastic breakfast served by Sajitha, Sameer and Pradeep before I headed out. Overall a fantastic and memorable experience which I highly recommend!

Wow! This location is amazing! Beautiful and peaceful! Our globe is stunning and delighted to have our own mini pool to spend time in. Dinner was delicious - beautifully presented and definitely the best dinner I have had in Abu Dhabi. Special shout out to Chef Umair - thank you for your hard work and especially the Wagu sliders. Also to Abi and James for their wonderful hospitality and a very special thank you to my new friend Rezy, she was so welcoming and made our experience so special! Thank you!
