Jeevan Beach Resort

Stayed at Jeevan Beach Resort in January second week.Kovalam, and loved the experience! The room service was prompt and friendly, and the location is unbeatable—right on the beach. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and stepping out onto the beach was pure bliss. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great service and stunning view. They will collect your luggage from taxi stand. No issues for distance.

Rooms were ok with decent ambience. We got a sea view room but they gave it on first floor due to which all we could see was sea view with cables in the middle. Complimentary breakfast is not at all good. Taste was very bad. Service is good.

We are in group tour. Our experience in this hotel was very bad. The rooms were not even clean. The bathrooms were very dirty. The behavior of the staff and manager was very bad. They were not ready to speak in Hindi, saying that Hindi is not our Rastrabhasha. They were talking very rudely. Very far. To much walking. I would like to urge you not to book in this hotel, it is a very rude and sad experience.

I am giving review based on resturant experience. This is a good place to eat. Be it snacks/lunch/dinner or even alcohol. Food is tasty. Ambient is great. Try upper floor sitting area (Bar). From there seems view is the best. I have went there multiple time. Definitely recommend it.

We were very lucky to find this place! We felt very comfortable, the service (and boss) was very kind and friendly and the rooms were very clean and cozy! I totally recommend this place! Will repeat there without any doubt! Thanks for everything 🙏

Very poor service. Even after asking multiple times, the waiter never brought us the menu. We had to keep reminding the staff but no one paid proper attention. Basic customer service was completely missing. Overall a frustrating experience — would not recommend

My parents had a wonderful stay at Jeevan Beach Resort, Kovalam. I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Umesh Kumar, Manager Operations. The beachfront location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this resort to others!

Very Disappointing Experience We visited this restaurant for dinner with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and arrogant from the beginning. Even after being seated for almost 20 minutes, no one bothered to provide us with the menu. What was even more upsetting was the clear preferential treatment given to foreign guests, while we were completely ignored . The discrimination was very visible and unprofessional. Hospitality should treat all guests equally, and sadly this place failed badly in that regard. Would not recommend based on our experience.
