Jehangir Art Gallery is a peaceful and inspiring place, perfect for anyone who enjoys art. The entry is completely free and it opens at 11 AM. Inside, there are four galleries to explore : one for photography, one for abstract art, one for real-life paintings and a terrace section that shows creative mixed-style artwork. The halls are air-conditioned, clean and well-maintained so you can comfortably spend 1–2 hours here without any rush. Many artists display their work and if you like something, you can even buy it. The gallery is located in the Kala Ghoda area and it’s only about a 1 km walk from CSMT. It’s a great place to slow down, enjoy creativity and discover new styles of art without spending anything. A must-visit if you’re exploring South Mumbai.

This place is wonderful for most of the art enthusiasts! I will recommend to visit this place once in a lifetime as you can see the top notch high quality paintaings of various subjects like nature and people! At the main gate you can see nearby artists selling their paintings and you can also get your portrait drawings for 150-300 rupees from the artists! They will make it for you!

The Gallery was open to all and can be visited multiple times as artists and art displayed keeps changing from time to time. Surroundings were clean and safe, with availability of snacks etc. at a walking distance. Visited by foreigners and Indians alike - with a great diversity of people from different generations. Open gallery outside had displayed arts from various small artists. You can also find artists drawing live portraits and caricatures at a nominal fee.

A perfect place for people interested in modern art. This place is completely free to visit ,no ticket is required here. You will be fortunate enough to have a look on moder arts. Sorry to say, buy for normal people like me and my friend, those art pieces were a bit hard to understand what it actually means. It will take a bit more knowledge for us🫠😅. Photography is prohibited but you can click some photos.

The building itself carries its own history. Absolutely beautiful . It has a wide range of sculptures and art from different centuries. Each piece tells its own story. The decor has been updated and each piece has a digital audio. The gardens are well maintained. A must visit

I hated my first visit at Jehangir Art Gallery after my friend hyped about it. Turns out, it was the displayed art back then that I didn't like. New arts (Photographs, Sculptures, Sketches, Paintings etc) are installed every month for you to never hate the modest, historical art gallery—Jehangir Art Gallery. It has free entry for everyone. Air-conditioned rooms with larger than life art installations that makes you escape the ordinary life to a silent, colorful, interesting one. The Gallery is located beside CSMVS museum. On the streets you find more artistes selling their art at bare minimum rates. The street, art gallery, and museum is a part of Mumbai's artistic aura. Visit it if you're nearby Fort. Jehangir Art Gallery is at a walkable distance from Churchgate Station. You can take shared cab for 20rs too. There are two rooms, one on the left and right. I have never been to the upper part so yeah. Find my clicks from the gallery attached to this review. Enjoy!
