I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, I walked in socks for 2 minutes in the room before grabbing my flipflops from my bag and in that short interval, I was horrified to see that my socks were full of long hair that had not been cleaned from the floor. Yuck. I found more hair in the bathroom, and the metal appliances were absolutely dirty, especially the shower ones, as if they had never been properly cleaned. I carry a sponge and I scratched just a tiny portion of the surface that suddenly became shiny. Why was this not done for what seems like weeks by the cleaning staff? The room also receives very poor natural lighting because the windows have sliding wooden panels instead of curtains, so at best you get light through half the window, and the dull room lighting didn’t make it any better. There was a table in the room that I used to lay my folded clothes and toiletries but I cleaned it before laying my items and my sponge came back dark from dirt. Yuck again. I complained on my first evening to the reception who assured me that better cleaning would be done the next day but I didn’t notice anything better and there was still hair on the floor here and there and a long thick hair (not mine!) on the bathroom sink that was supposed to be have been cleaned earlier by the staff. The reception staff suggested I switch rooms the next day but I was hiking all day long on Hallasan mountain and wouldn’t have had time. And by that time, I had already made my decision to check-out after my hike and go somewhere more decent. Also adding that there was no self-service microwave in the lobby which is usually standard in Korea. And finally, on my first evening the room was cold so I had to ask reception to activate the heating. The second day, I came back in the late afternoon after a day of exploring, and the cleaning staff had let my window open all day. So again it was evening and cold and I had to ask the reception to put the heater on (no idea why this was not automatic and why I had to specifically complain that I was cold?). And to finish, the bathroom mirror was cloudy/burry with marks (see picture) that I couldn’t seem to be able to wipe off/clean. It must be very old or maybe a proper cleaning spray would get them removed. But it contributed to the overall feeling that this place was badly maintained, old and dirty. TL;DR: Dirty hotel that’s more of a motel standard, and one of the worst place I stayed at amongst dozens of hotels & motels all over Korea. Definitely avoid. Check pictures.

The hotel still need to be clean, and not comfortable with the slippers, better to provide the one time use slippers. Also no tooth brush and water

It was definitely not expensive compared to the Seoul hotels. We booked 2 rooms and the differences were quite apparent. My room's biggest gripe were towels that had cigarette burn marks on them and an aircon that blasted on one of the beds. We had a queen and single bed so the single bed only had 1 pillow. Asking for a second pillow was subject to availability as they don't have any spares! Funnily enough for 2 adults, there was only 1 large bath towel so we had to go to the reception every night to ask for another large one. Small towels were plentiful though.||||The other room had it bad. Their aircon turned off automatically every 2 hours so their first night was sleepless, having to switch it back on every 2 hours or it'll get too stuffy. Thankfully it was resolved after we complained to the reception. Still don't know if it's an aircon setting by previous guests (which we can't rectify because all the instructions were in korean) or faulty aircon. ||||We engaged a driver so the location was not an issue. The street behind the hotel was a black pork street so plenty of choices to try the Jeju famous black pork. There were some nice quaint shopping streets behind the hotel as well. The hotel is just about 10 minutes car ride from the Jeju airport.||||While the reception was not the most engaging, he does try to address our issues politely and has a good command of English. Most important that we get understood in stays like this!

The room that we stayed in were big with computer in the room. Furnished with SmartTV. It's close to the main street so it may be noisy for some travelers but if you close the window, the noise is almost none. Toiletries were free to take from the reception counter although donation for it is welcomed. Location is really convenient to Black Pork street, just right behind! We enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend to stay!

This room is super high tech on all hotels I've come across. They have a 55" TV with HDR, a heavy duty hair-dryer, the TV remote control comes with Google search option, room with medium fridge, and the build in air-con is awesome.||Overall the room is better than expected as it comes with bathrobe. They also provide 2 types of comb, for curly n straight as well as styling hair-spray n gel. There is a partial sea view from our room. Low density as only 6 rooms per floor all facing the main road.||It's jz 20steps away from the black pork street, it is also very near to dongmun market. Opposite the hotel there is a McDonald's, convenient stall n as well as the seafood street. ||The fallback about this hotel are, there are 2 constructions work concurrently in progress. One beside and one opposite.they start operation as early as 8am. Also an amusement park right opposite, it closed at 10pm. If you r travelling out early for sight seeing and coming back late at night, the noise does not matter. I will choose this hotel again for my next stay.

just can't go wrong with the location, room is a good size for the price, spic and span and it has 4 layered windows to keep all noises and lights off. the view is unbeatable. it is near everywhere that you may want to go in jeju city and if you don't want to walk its just a short taxi ride.||only problem was with wifi...first the power cord was off and then it simply refused to work when we returned late night and the guy at the reception did try but couldn't sort it. was a bit inconvenient as we had to check flight, weather conditions etc at our next destination.

Overall it was clean and located at a convenient location with different restaurants around to choose from. Walking distance to underground shopping and emart. The downside of the room is lacking of large towels, only 1 is provided despite we got a double bed room and small issue with the air conditioning, which both can be resolved within seconds by calling the housekeeping.

Nice! more than my expectation. Very high tech room, with central heater. close to the beach and resto. Not that big or fancy but, clean, high tech, clam. near the airport, just about 4~5 km.||||Just no breakfast. :)
