JEN Maldives Malé by Shangri-La

I came with my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I booked the Azur restaurant. From the beginning the staff was very friendly. The food was chef kiss good and the service was top notch. Special thanks to Indika, Jeewantha, Riyaz and Dilshan for making it a memorable birthday for my dad. Will definitely be here again. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We have the excellent and relaxing experiences at JEN once again. Special thanks to Shah from F&B and Rooza from Reservation. Everything is seamless here from the airport transfer, comfortable room, amazing breakfast at Lime, sumptuous lunch & dinner at Azur, to the fantastic service from everyone at JEN. ||Highly recommend JEN Maldives Male by Shangri-La to everyone looking for the excellent hotel in Male.

Hotel is located in the central part of male and close to everything. Aishaa checked us in and was very helpful and efficient, she made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Hotel located close to the airport. Available facilities: gym, open pool, restaurant, bar. Museum, sea port close to the hotel in walking distance. Very friendly personnel, they treat all the guests as a royal. Relaxing atmosphere, generally the hotel is nice to stay.

The hotel was okay. Staff was very nice and responsive if you had any issue, and the hotel is in a good location in Male. However, in my opinion the price of the room was high compared with what you get. The room was a regular hotel room, nothing too fancy in it.

Location is perfect for Male. I was super satisfied with housekeeping and breakfast service. All hotel staff said friendly and helpful.

paid $67USD for a 'day pass' to the rooftop -supposedly to get away from the heat of the airport as my flight was departing several hours after my arrival. i was scammed by "jet link" - who charged me $67USD - and wanted to add an additional $10 for CC transaction. The hotel is not nice. rooftop is plain. No plug points. "meal" you get is spaghetti and water. The transport is shared and only if others are coming/going. It is a scam and i do not recommend. This is maybe worth $20USD.||the only good point - the waiter on the rooftop was very kind.
