This is a local staple for those folks looking to avoid the hub bub of Hampton Beach. It was easy to get free parking by the paid parking lot. There are plenty of little places to eat/get food. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Beautiful beach, clean rest rooms, lots of lifeguards. Go early or go later in the day, because finding a place to park car be tricky.

Beautiful beach right in the. Very well kept. No dogs and parking fees are collected.

Today was my dear friends birthday and all she wanted was to jump in the ocean so that is exactly what we did! When asked which beach she said without hesitation Jenness!

Large Public beach with rocks on either end, parking is usually packed in the summertime but if you have a beach permit you can just park on the side of the road. Public Bathrooms and handicap parking spots are available, and there are two great cafes located within walking distance from parking.

Large beach with rock and sand. Very limited parking available, and you must pay. Also they do provide restrooms and outdoor beach showers. Pet friendly but expect to keep your dog on a leash.

I have paid dearly for living on seacoast nh coruption stole my property and slandered me , I don’t like parking sighns and having to pay for parking it shouldn’t be all about money it hurts the environent not just letting people stop and shut off car because they all want parking fees outlaw all tolls and parking fees nationwide it’s a scam the constitution says tolls and parking fees are not legal shut it down

Beautiful beach with men, women, and family restrooms. Limited pay parking. Low tide is amazing with a long walk to the ocean.

Yelp
Gorgeous views and an expansive, clean beach with white sands perfect for flying a kite, taking a stroll - or if you're more athletic and adventurous, surfing. On a cold day, we were content watching surfers paddle out to catch a wave in bracing 45-degree ocean waters. Located in upscale Rye, NH: Practice talking out of the side of your mouth like Thurston Howell IIII from Gilligan's Island.

Yelp
Clean beach, family friendly. Clean restrooms and pizza and board rentals across the street. If you forgot anything the store will sure to have it!

Yelp
It's easy to have a lot of fun at this beach! Parking is very limited but it's common for people to park along the street as well (the upside to which is that it's free!). Really it's a great spot for a more relaxed beach day than you might get at a place like Hampton. The water might be cold, but for the area it's not bad at all. If you're looking for a more quiet, medium sized beach in NH then this is a great spot.

Yelp
A wonderful little big beach. Not bright white sand, a darker grey but much less crowded probably because there is no parking, at all. Very cold water. But fun.

Yelp
Probably the best all around beach on the 14 miles of NH coast. Swimming, surfing, boogie-boards, waves, nice sand, clean water, good crowd. Been here a few times and can now say its my favorite. I like North Beach too, but this has a better feel, and its further from Hampton - which is always a good thing. Make sure to bring in your own food, and bring out your own trash. Great place!

Yelp
I booked this home WELL in advance. It was extremely expensive but my family wanted it so I booked it. About 2 and a half weeks before our trip, my mother who was going to travel there (this trip was for her, she is 90 years old) we had to cancel because the Delta Virus was getting more and more contagious and growing and my 90 year old mother was having anxiety about it. For her protection, she wanted to cancel the trip. The trip was for 5 weeks total for about $10,000. With a 2 and a half week notice of cancellation and the situation with the virus, they KEPT $8000 of our money!!!!! They said we needed 30 days notice. Perhaps I didn't read the details but I would think that 2 weeks was PLENTY of time to cancel. Especially given the unique circumstances of the virus. I would think that a company like AIR BNB would NOT allow this. This is highway robbery and it is DISGUSTING. SHAME ON THE RENTERS!!!!

Yelp
First if all, this is NH...not FL, HI or southern CA....with that said and as New England beaches go, this is a wonderful wide family centric beach with a great surf and sandwich shop across the street. My sons took their first surf lessons here...truly fun and friendly and a nice 15 min escape north from seedy Hampton beach. Its a great get away close enough to the action to really enjoy.
