Worst customer service ever anytime I enter this store... I got a hair diffuser listed for 6.99 on the shelf, but when I get to the register, it rang up for 9.99. The cashier called another worker, and the lady came and got the diffuser, bypassed the aisle where it was to go check the price somewhere else. She comes back to the front and says, yeah it said 9.99. I said but the sign says 6.99. So I start walking her to the location where the sign clearly indicates the exact item name for $6.99, which negates what the cashier stated about it possibly being in the wrong location. She looked at the sign that said 6.99 for Annie hair diffuser which is what I had and said yeeeaaahhhh, but it went up in the system. I said but I can't see the system. What I see is the price you all are showing. She asked do you still want it?! I said yeah for the price you all show here on the sign. She walked back to the front and still tried to act like I was wrong for wanting the item at the price shown. The cashier did change the price for me but the trouble I had to go through was insane. I keep trying to give Jenny's a shot because it's so close to home, but I'd rather drive to another city than frequent one of their establishments again.
