Jenny Lake Overlook

The ferry across Jenny Lake takes you to the trailhead for the overlook hike. There are beautiful views of the lake and the Teton Range while on the ferry. The view from the overlook and all along the trail is worth the time and effort to reach the falls and the overlook.

Gorgeous gorgeous views! There are some parking spots but can get filled up pretty quickly since this is a popular lake. Make sure to come on a good sunny day to get the best shots! These are taken with my iPhone 11. No saturation/color added, just a bit of contrast/shadow.

It's worth the detour. Amazing view of the mountains and the lakes. The parking lot can only accommodate about fifteen vehicles. It get filled quickly if you are on a peak time

Idyllic and picturesque spot in the entire park. The reflection of the mountains on the land was perfect and an amazing place for great pictures. This was not on our list and we ended up accidentally taking the wrong route. But we now feel grateful to have not missed this amazing place. Must visit and a mesmerizing experience.

Great place for a quick stop to soak in the views of the Tetons or a pit stop from hiking. The trail is medium level difficult if you have younger kids. But it's a beautiful trail with gorgeous views. Can get overcrowded and finding a parking might be tough. But people who stop for a quick view leave and if you are patient, a spot will open up.

Beautiful and peaceful. Hiking trail around the lake is rather narrow, takes about two hours. There were ferries on the lake if you enjoy nearing water.

Absolutely stunning views! Jenny Lake Overlook is an easy stop with some of the best scenery in Grand Teton National Park. The lake, the mountains, and the reflection views are breathtaking. It’s quick to access, has parking nearby, and is the perfect spot for photos or just taking in the beauty. A must-see when visiting the Tetons!

It took a couple laps through the parking lot to get a space, but in the end it was worth the effort. We saw a bear as we were leaving. the views of the lake are spectacular and one of the prettiest photo spots in the park.
