Absolutely in love with Jenny! She has transformed my skin better than any dermatologist or laser center could. I spent thousands trying to clear my acne scars and pores and only Jenny was able to get to the root of the problem and give me a treatment plan designed specifically for my needs and my skin (for half the cost!!) I was recommended to Jenny from a good friend of mine to treat my acne problem that has persisted for years. The best of the best she is amazing I've been going to the most expensive places in the world and nobody does a better job than her! Jenny is a LIFESAVER!!!! It was two days before my wedding and I was getting a huge pimple. I don't have perfect skin, but a pimple like this was unforeseen. I had never been a regular to a Esthetician, so when it was July 1st (and my wedding was on a holiday weekend), I was freaking out with what to do. My good friend Stacy raved about her lady, Jenny, and gave me her cell phone number. I texted her on a Saturday night and told her my situation. Without ever meeting me, she opened her office up on a Sunday (July 2nd) to see my pimple and help me. I was SO nervous. I thought, would I be that crazy girl who gets a facial and messes up her skin before her wedding. I explained all my concerns to Jenny. She was VERY careful, she explained everything to me step by step. She assured me that she would never do anything that could hurt or puncture my skin. She was able to minimize the appearance of the pimple and it became nearly invisible under makeup. Honestly, it was a miracle. So, while i was on my honeymoon, i booked a facial with her for the day after i returned. I am 4 facials into our treatment plan. Jenny works with me to develop a plan to improve the overall appearance of my face, she researches new products to see what best fits me, and she always texts me to see how my skin is reacting. I feel like she is my family and my team member. Also - I love that i can text her and that she is ALWAYS on time!!!! thank you Jenny for being SOOOO amazing!

I was really excited to have my facial with Jenita but I was never able to. I booked online the night before through her website for an appointment the next morning. I got an email that my appointment was confirmed and I mentioned that I used Groupon in the booking. I texted the number listed on her website to double check in the morning but I got no response. Since I received a confirmation email, I decided to go to my appointment anyway. I was on my way when I received an email from Jenita that her website was under maintenance and that she doesn't allow Groupon customers to book through her website. I live kind of far away and I was halfway there when I received the email. I tried calling again and emailing her to see if she had any availability but I didn't get a response until hours later. All in all, it was a disappointing experience and I wish that the website was more organized so that I wouldn't have to go all that way for nothing.

I had an amazing facial and micro needle from Jenny! I started to see a difference right away, and Jenny made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was one of the best facials I have ever gotten. I will definitely be back!
