Jensen-Lewis Furniture

So disappointed in purchasing a $5000 couch from them. Tooks weeks longer to be delivered with no one calling me about it. Nor did they call me back when I left a message. The company that installed the couch did it incorrectly which left one of the bracket broken. Jensin and Lewis did a horrible job rectifying the situation. Took a few phone calls and me finally screaming (and threatening to call AmEx) at them to send me the 2 replacement brackets (probably worth $15) so I can fix the couch myself. I did finally fix the couch leaving me with a fully operational couch 4 months after ordering from them. Terrible experience. I regret spending so much money with them.

The experienced salesman, Ben, was extraordinary knowledgeable about a large range of furniture options from a collection of high-end manufacturers, none of which he applied any pressure to purchase; rather, he answered questions, generously shared useful information, and skillfully directed me toward choices based upon careful listening to my needs and interests. He quickly grasped the style I was looking to create, and his guidance led to a superb, efficient outcome that included living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture, all of which he skillfully organized within my floor plan. His expertise was especially useful regarding creative use of space limitations, color, and esthetics. After visiting several nearby Manhattan competitors, I am thrilled that I had the wisdom to return to Jensen Lewis to make my purchases. They get my highest recommendation without reservation.

Have bee buying furniture from Jensen Lewis for years. Their design sense is compatible with mine, and the price point/quality is good for me. Sales staff are great - helpful without hovering.

Customer service was exceptional we had all our questions answered and was able to put together a beautiful bedroom furniture set and kitchen table and chairs in 2 visits.
