Jerry's Burger Bar Heritage Square

From the moment I arrived the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The courtyard is an idyllic scene to sit in but the pigeons can be quite confident in taking chances to get your food right off your plate. They do this because the food is rather delicious, for humans or ornithol. The beer selection is fair and the food options vary enough to suit almost every taste. The prices are average for what you get and it's worth it.

I went to Jerry's Heritage Square on Sunday for lunch. They have a beautiful courtyard with friendly waitresses. The manager Donna checked up on us regularly. A bonus was the live chilled band that played and the tasty huge burgers. Definitely will be back to try a few other items on the menue.

Jerry's burger bar is located in a very vibey location in the central area of Cape Town. The unassuming entrance gives way to the large interior yard which is spacious and airy. We were a large group of about 35-40 people and Jerry's accommodated us all comfortably and made for a wonderful social environment. The bartenders were helpful, and the servers were efficient and pleasant. The burger I selected was the the only vegetarian burger on the menu, whimsically called the Whoop Whoop. The chickpea patty was a thick and decently sized. I opted for the Asian slaw as the side, and the portion size was generous. The burger was hearty and filling while on slaw was crunchy and the flavour was perfect. Overall a good experience

We had dinner here a few nights ago. I ordered the prawns (small plate) and they were super tasty. I also had wings and a salad. The wings with JD sauce tasted dried out. In fact, I counted 3 that were tender like they were supposed to be. I don't know about the other's as I just left the rest. My husband had a burger and chips. The burger wasn't too tasty to him but chips were good. Service was good. I'd definitely go back for those prawns and try some other dishes.

Amazing service, amazing management and amazing food. Ash our waitress had quick service and super friendly and bubbly! We were greeted by Josh and he was immediately helpful and approachable. We previously had an unfortunate experience and this time it was phenomenal. The interior was stunning! The "garden area" was such a vibe! Highly recommend! The burgers were out of this world! We will see you again soon!! Thank you!!

A place with the best waffles and cocktails ever. Perfect spot for lunch on a sunny day and evening vibes. The staff is just amazing and the service is fast. The outdoor seating area is well designed, loved it. The tacos were not so good, prolly chose the wrong filling.

Good food overall. I liked the double cheeseburger more than the cheese stake sandwich. The meet is fresh and delicious. Fries and onion rings are very delicious and crispy. The cheese bombs were terrific! The sliders were good but one of the sliders was not that good. The atmosphere is okaish although a bit noisy, most of the staff are friendly but the waiter who served us had a weird attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. Liked the mocha too. Prices are a but more expensive compared to Cape Town restaurants but its still reasonable.

We came with great explanations after some recommendations. The burger was well done and dry as..the chips looked like they were what is left in the bottom of the bag. The onion rings were oily as in cooked in oil that was not hot enough. The wings seemed to be pre cooked and not great. Service was not attentive and they messed up one of the items we ordered
