Jersey Mike's

Very disappointed with the customer service. Staff was chatting and distracted the whole time when the couple in front of us and when we ordered. The couples sandwiches got switched when they repeatedly told the person making the sandwich whose sandwich was whose. And just accepted the wrong sandwiches at the end. When it came to our sandwich we had to say what we wanted three times as the person making it kept forgetting the things we asked to add on (as they were chatting with the coworker). This is not a busy time, there were only 3 people in line.

This was my first Jersey Mike's visit. The employees were great, and helpful in answering our questions. We got our order quickly, and the food tasted great. The dining room was messy, but we came during the lunch rush. They have one-bathroom stalls, they were clean.

It is hard not to give this Jersey Mike's Subs 5 stars. Although we hit it during the Friday lunch rush we were able to find suitable parking, a couple tables together and the order was expedited in record time. My turkey, avocado, cheese sandwich made Mike's way was pretty outstanding and the bonus was finding clean restrooms I did not have to wait to use. Jersey Mike's is a solid sandwich shop and tends to lead the pack when it comes to national chain sandwich stores. This visit did not let us down! Major props and 5 stars for a job done real well.

This has been my usual go to location for Jersey Mikes, that being said I haven't gone to many other locations recently so I am not sure if this is a company wide deal or what the reasoning is. I dont think its the staff, it seems to be some corporate measure to put significantly less meat on any size sandwich. Literally half as much meat as there used to be on a Jersey Mikes Sandwich. Whats going on Corporate? Whats going on management? Are we going to settle for mediocrity instead of keeping integrity and staying consistent regardless of if the price has changed for you. If you need to charge more then charge more but people can tell when they are being duped

Other than waiting 45 minutes(was estimated a 10-15 minute wait time), then being 20 minutes late to work, and half my of sub being smashed. It was good. I will give them another shot🤙🏻 And update later👍🏻(⭐⭐) Update: I went in and got another sub today. It was great, and the staff was great! Nice little sandwich shop. (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

Let me tell you what. This place knows how to make a dang good sandwich. The best jersey mikes sub I have had. We were traveling through St George, and I had been craving a sandwich. So of course, we stopped. I thought initially that I was being dramatic with how good I was saying it was. Well I got back home, we just had jersey mikes, and it was not so good… had me wishing I was in St. George.. if you’re craving a great sandwich, I definitely recommend. 10/10

Got the #5 with the Rosemary Parm bread and was reccomended the chocolate chunk cookie. All very delicious and the employees were very friendly and hard working. Keep up the great work!

Well if it isn’t a good day then I haven’t been at jersey mikes!! This place is the bomb diggity bomb and everyone who works here is so kind and friendly. The 7 and 15 are my personal favorites. This place gets packed at lunch time, and it was on a Tuesday. It is located in a outside shopping center area. Plenty of staff working so the line does move at a moderate rate.

In VEGAS, these sandwiches were delicious. Freshly prepared veggies, and the meat was high quality REAL MEAT. In ST.GEORGE, I went to the location off Bluff. Busy out the door...I had a long time to examine each Chub of meat, watch them slice

Food is consistently great, service is even better. Kyler is the sandwich champion. I'll be back.

I haven't been here in forever. I heard they had gluten free bread so now I can go back. I ordered the steak philly, I was asked if i needed my steak cooked separately due to celiac. I was very impressed. The restaurant was very busy but clean. They were making some kick butt Sammie's. The gentleman that was running the register was very friendly so was the gentleman that coined my sandwich. Keep up the good work!! See you again.

Brand new food joint in town. Always up for trying new places. Chicken bacon ranch was cooked to perfection and doing it mikes way it the best. Definitely need to try it if you haven't. There is a reason why there is a line!!!

First time here on 11-4-23. I explained to Gage that I am from the Point Pleasant area of New Jersey and that I would have high expectations. He was super friendly and we chatted a bit about living in NJ and the old days of Jersey Mike's. The subs and service were exactly what I would expect from any JM franchise; top notch. Gage and his crew were very professional, friendly, and quick. They did not disappoint and we would definitely go back again!

Who's in charge here? It seems like nobody is running the place?! Everyone has a job/duty but nobody is organizing these guys EVER! There is no sense of urgency & most of us ordering are on our lunch break & have limited time... so if we want a Jersey Mikes sandwich we get to spend our lunch break standing in line! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the sandwiches are delicious. I wish the owner would come in & just watch from 11-2, maybe he'd make some changes? Utter nonsense...

Food was great but the all star was the employees! They were friendly and fast! And everyone was smiling!

Stopped in on our way back to Vegas and these guys built my sandwich perfectly. If you're going to get the juice, have it applied BEFORE the tomatoes. Tomatoes act as an umbrella and deflect most of the juice. Add it after the lettuce. You're welcome! My #6 was perfectly drenched and flavorful. I like to see young people working seemingly enjoying what they're doing. They were all polite and professional. I was traveling 3 hours when I arrived. Of course I was tired but their treatment energized me, the sandwich did too if course. Love Jersey Mike's!

We arrived and were excited to try this place out. There was a super long line. But moving along pretty well. I love Philliy Sandwiches so we ordered the Giant Chicken Philly #16 / Mikes Famous Beef Philly #17 and the Tuna Sandwich #10. I have attached pictures so you can see how it presented. The food was not good. Which is soooo disappointing. Total time in line to until 1st bite of sandwiches 57 minutes. We all threw the sandwiches away and went home to eat. Cost of meal for just 3 sandwiches $45 no drinks or chips. Ugh J

Service is fantastic and the sandwiches are even better! I ordered online delivery and it was perfect. The giant size sandwich was massive. I picked up the paper bag and was surprised at how heavy it was. The "Mike's Way" is now my favorite. They have it down to a science - perfection!

This is my favorite sub shop. I first found them in WI and have missed them until now. Don't miss this place.

Normally we wouldnt have gone here while on the road, but since we where on the way to the Grand Canyon North Rim, and that was 2 1/2 mile drive and didnt think there would be anything to stop in at, we decided to get a sandwich to go, I went with the #9. In order I like #1Quiznos, #2 Jersey Mikes and number #3 Firehouse Subs, dislike the other two national chains (One starts with an S, theother one starts with a J)

Very good sandwiches. The bread choices are nice but make sure you choose the right bread to match the inside of the sandwich. The choice of Italian meats was very nice. Sandwiches were expensive and I don't know if the quality met the price. If it did it would have been a five-star rating.

Anything for Teaghen. He runs an amazing store and takes great care of his customers. Ian should get a promotion.

Well very very disappointed. I spent close to $70 on sandwiches, chips and drinks. The sandwiches are okay not a good as F............ The service sucked. They got my $70 but they won't get a penny more ever!!!!!! Also you have to hit a star so you can post, it almost killed me to give one.

I went into Jersey Mike's today (September 5th, at about 6pm) and they were pretty busy. I got a free sub with my T-Mobile account and went in to claim it. When I got there the worker was super friendly and welcoming when I was ready to order and he showed me what I could get with the promo. He warned me it would be about a 10 minute wait because they were busy and I didn't have a problem. Once my sandwich was done he apologized for the wait and once I was checking out I couldn't figure out how to use the app so he told me to just save it and come back later because I had to wait so long and even after asking if he was sure he insisted. I'm not one to care about yelp ratings or anything like that but I definitely believe that those people that worked tonight deserve some recognition! Good work y'all!

Worst turkey ever. Watered down, salty, tasteless. The Italian combo again represents nothing like the true Italian meats of sub shops back east. Colorless, flavorless packed with salt. Pickup order was late, the staff seem clueless. Overpriced for what you get. Totally unsatisfactor.

I decided to give it a second try since my first visit wasn't great. My sandwich was soaked in vinegar and had no flavor. This time, it took them 30 minutes to give my my sad looking #6 in a tub with 3 strands of lettuce. Will not be going back.

This place is hit or miss. We were there the other day, the kid making our sub was sooooo slow. He wrapped our sub in the paper and was holding it in his hand and turned around and sneezed into the air. I'm sorry, that was disgusting. We walked out. He could've apologized to us and told us he would make another sandwich or have someone else make us another sandwich. He just started putting it into the bag. I miss the days of people wearing masks while making your food. This is the last time I will come to this location, too far to drive and leave with no food.

TERRIBLE!! $18 for a Turkey mini and Italian regular cold sub with no additions...nor taste?! That's ridiculous. Sloooow... plus they slice every item on the same machine without wipin' it clean in between. Shoulda stayed in Jersey, Mike.

Tried it out but was disappointed. Got the Italian and had to wring the bread to get all the juice out. Bread was mediocre. I will be staying with JJ. Same sandwich there is over 2 bucks less.

This was first experience. Even with a $5 off coupon the total for 2 sandwiches was over $19 so expensive. The music was too loud and rap which was obliviously for the employees not the customers. One speaker was blown so it was an annoying static. I had to ask them to repeat their questions because I could not hear them. After waiting too long I went and asked and they said "your name was called, you must have heard it". We took our sandwiches home, expecting something very tasty and were disappointed. They were mediocre. I would not waste my time or money again.

Great subs! No more subway or jimmy John's for us! And the customer service is always great!

We have been here 6 times since it has opened and ordered the same exact thing every time. 1 out of the five times have they got the order correct. No lettuce and tomato is all we ask. And every. Single. Time. They add lettuce and every single time we had to go back in and wait and return the sandwiches. One star. For the 5 times we have to keep returning them. What the heck?

Best Turkey/cheese sub I've ever had. Best , most delicious , substantial bread , amazing meat and cheese and the vegetables were to die for!!!! Just like the subs back East. Delish!!!!

So when you first opened up your BLT was really good ordered it a second time it was really bad your bacon was old and didn't taste good so I thought ok I will give you another chance nope not again the bacon tasted like it had been sitting around for month's and rancid even had my husband taste it too when we placed the order we told them we wanted fresh bacon will that was not the case

Great customer service from employees even with long lines! The establishment was messy. I went to the restroom and the floor was a mess. Went to fill up my drink and straw wrappers were everywhere. The employees were the light in the messy restaurant. Food was great too!

Love their sandwiches, esp Mike's way. They agave great fast and friendly service! Online ordering is a breeze.

By far one of the best places to go. The staff is genuine, helpful, and friendly. By far impressed me given that it's St George. The girl with the gorgeous makeup and red eyebrow was the best. Definitely worth a visit

Amazing subs in a tub. I'm so excited we finally got one in Saint George. Coming from California this is one place we really missed.

This location is poorly managed. They run out of bread at 7:00 p.m. with a long line. Come on now. This happened to me twice. I'm done trying.

Good Subs... Terrible Service. Ordered online at 11:46. Pick up was scheduled for 12:01. Got my sandwich at 12:25. It wasn't that it was just slow... they were busy but several hot sandwich orders for patrons who ordered in person well after me were served before me. Even after my sandwich was finished, I watched them set it aside and ignore it for at least 5 minutes before I approached the counter and asked if it was mine. They said it was and that it just came up... which was a lie. Haven't had a sub sandwich so good that I want to wait 40 minutes for it. Won't be heading back to this place.

The worst service and food. Actually nasty, the sandwich meat had no flavor just melted cheese and missing grilled onion. And sparse. I opened the sandwich and there was one pathetic grilled bell pepper strip strung down the middle. Not as advertised whatsoever. The drink machine has been broken both times I've been here and the first time we left without food because the line was so slow. Thought we'd give it another try and will never go back. Not struggling with staff because of covid as there were guys standing around behind the counter doing nothing. If they weren't next to the freeway I'd bet they'd be out of business soon. I don't know who would go back to this place twice.

Stupid me a try this place again. The first time was horrible I waited almost an hour for a sandwich so I ordered online and it told me to be there at a certain time I was and it took another 45 minutes to get my sandwich. And I still never got them. Stupid me I tried it again. Figured I'd give them a second shot. I am now convinced I will never go to this place again. Go to Jimmy John's. so much better. There are way too many sub places in this town do you have bad service and tasteless sandwiches.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's and this location is by far one of my favorites! The crew here is outstanding - always ready to help and always friendly even with a line to the door. Highly recommend - the #8 with honey mustard is my personal favorite.

There's a few words you don't want to hear while eating at a restaurant. The one I chocked out 3/4 of the way through my sandwich was hair. *shudder* Long and blonde, and my hair is dark. The sandwich before it was ok. The bread was really hard, but the veggies were fresh. I liked the roast beef, one of the best I've had.

Me and a couple of coworkers decided to try Jersey Mike's for lunch last week, and WOW the flavors were AMAZING!!!! Best sandwich I've had ever! the meat was fresh as well as the veggies. We will definitely be eating there more often.

This is the best sandwich sub place in utah. Freshest food lots of it so many choices hit and cold sandwich's. 3 different sizes so good. Having it mike# way means Mayo in one side of bread and vinegar-oil on the othe4 side of bun or you get get it on the side. Easy to find. At foot of bluff, black ridge dr, over the bridge on rte 15 from riverside dr.. fast service, curbside pickup, eating outside..open 7 days a week, friendly workers..Seth is a great assistant mgr..you won't be disappointed.. I only wish they had delive4y service to office buildings and Hospitol workers.
