-superb customer service, the three staff members went out of their way to accommodate my requests -the sandwich i bought was decent in taste but meat product was lacking in quantity - i bought the tuna giant size for $20 base price and $22 total with tax for what you see in the pictures -ymmv -your mileage may vary based on location...

Knew I had to check this place out as a lover of Jersey Mikes and a resident of the isle of manhattan. All the negative reviews, but I didn’t flinch. As with any operation, it takes some time before you’re a well oiled machine. My hope was that since the open a few weeks ago this staff has now got their legs about them. I was right. They were cranking out subs efficiently and quickly serviced a line of hungry hopefuls at dinner rush hour. There were three people in front of me when I got there and I was eating my sub within 5 minutes. Subs were made with TLC and tasted like the Jersey Mikes I know and love. Staff was kind and checked in to make sure I liked my sandwhich a few minutes later. A SUB ABOVE 🫡🫡

Absolutely loved the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich! This was my first time here, definitely will be visiting again! The staff were kind & swift with completing my order! I spent about $15 for the sandwich, drink & chips! 10/10 recommend!!!

Ordered a #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak and #7 Turkey and provolone for pick up; they were pretty busy when we arrived - staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of delivery/pick up orders and appeared to be flailing a bit, but the wait overall wasn’t horrendous, and good food is worth a wait. The main issue we had was that when we unwrapped the #55, it was NOT a CHICKEN cheesesteak, but a #56 Big Kahuna Cheese steak, which has beef, not chicken - pretty significant mistake, swapping beef for chicken; we ended up sharing the turkey and provolone sandwich and giving the cheesesteak to her doorman, since my friend is Hindu and doesn’t eat beef, and I’m Buddhist and don’t eat beef during the lunar new year period. Needless to say, we were appalled and disappointed. The turkey and provolone sandwich was fine, exactly what one expects from Mike’s.

The crew only had 3 people and they were killing it the boy with dreads on the grill was really helpful he recommended the fan favorites sandwiches because it was my first time and I didn’t know what to get lol and he was helpful with his team , I noticed when he finished knocking out his sandwiches on grill he came to help his crew on the line which made the line go by quicker. The slicer was very nice to interacting with the customers and making jokes the atmosphere just made me comfortable to enjoy lunch👍🏽.

This place is an absolute mess. 3 guys behind the counter that catch an attitude when following up on your pick up order. 30 minutes after the pick up time and no sandwich! Where are the managers leading the store? It would be easier to show up and order and wait (who knows how long) rather than order on the app. While waiting I noticed the disaster behind the counter, boxes on the floor that one associate kept tripping over making it a accident waiting to happen. I don’t understand how a store goes from ok to worse since opening. Leadership needs to do better.

I work up the block and frequent this location for lunch numerous times a month. The line is usually long, but that's not an issue, the food is usually pretty good so that's to be expected. Today, was a first time experience for me. The crew was behind the counter working hard, dealing with a difficult order. There were a total of 6 WOMEN on line, including myself. One member called 2 ladies (3rd and 4th in line)to the side to begin to take their order. The member making the sandwiches started with the next order (2nd in line). While taking her order, a MAN walked in and stood in front of the 5th person on line. The crew member of course assumed he was next and he began to order. When he was stopped by the other customer and myself, an argument ensued and another crew member walked out and addressed the MAN by asking if he was ok and what he could do for HIM. Never asked us, the WOMEN he disrespected, if we were ok and what could be done to help us since we were the ones who'd actually been waiting a while. If the employees won't treat each customer equally, and not how they feel about someone based on their race and gender, then I won't be back.

First time at the Second Ave location. I’ve frequented NJ stores many times. Disappointed as to the lack of ingredients put into a $21.00 sandwich. I ordered via app on a Sunday and the store was inundated with orders. Staff tried hard, but seemed overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I won’t be back to this location.
