The Three Arches is a beautiful hotel inside and out (great photo spot). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Be sure to go up to the bell tower for great views of the city!

I stayed at Three Arches Hotel for almost two weeks. It was very comfortable and also quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was modern. The hotel is an easy walk (<15 minutes) to the Old City, Mamilla, First Station. A longer walk (about 30 minutes) to Mahane Yehuda market. Guests have access to the YMCA facilities, and also can go up the tower for great views of Jerusalem. I thought it was great value for money and will stay there again when I am next in Jerusalem.

I enjoyed my stay at the Three Arches, Jerusalem Inernational YMC. The location is great! The building is a very interesting part of the history of the area. Amazing 360 degree panoramic view of the city. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast compared to some other hotels in the area, but it was still good.

I had a marvelous stay this past week! The Jerusalem YMCA was breathtakingly beautiful with elaborate architecture and tasteful decor. Michele at the front desk gave me a free upgrade from two twin beds to a large double bed in a newly rennovated room. He also provided me with an adapter for my American cell phone plug. I was so relieved, as the first thing I needed to do was charge my phone and call my family to tell them I had arrived ok. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, the spacious veranda with marble benches, the updated athletic center complete with jacuzzi, dry saunas (one for men, one for women), olympic sized swimming pool, full gym, basketball courts and Yoga and fitness classes. Then there was the vegetarian breakfast buffet that Jawal prepared fresh each morning. Wow! All kinds of vegetables, hummus, cheeses, and eggs, including made to order omelettes and twice there was shakshuka!!! That's eggs and tomatoes if you are not familiar, a very famous dish in Israel. I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. Central to the Old City, Mamila shopping mall, and walking into town. They also arranged a taxi at 6am for me to the airport with Jerry, who also does private tours around the country. Great value for the money and I always felt perfectly safe as a woman traveling alone. Highly recommend 3 Arches Hotel Jerusalem! :)

Things you want to know |The hotel has no bar or restaurant outside of breakfast time. Plenty of places nearby.|Rooms and some areas a bit tired.|Breakfast buffet not comparable to more up market hotels. So not the range of breads ..just ordinary white and brown sliced. Juice just orange. Butter jam etc in plastic portions but I guess this just saves on waste. No meats..didnt bother me veggie anyway. Smaller range of cereals. None of this is a complaint at all..just so you know what to expect. Bear in mind this is still YMCA.||However..|You will be staying in a stunningly beautiful building in a great part of town . 15 min walk to Old City, can walk through through a lovely park.|Good little shop round the corner.|The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Usual facilities hairdryer, safe, fridge etc. |Huge plus is lovely big modern sports centre below. Huge pool and best jacuzzi I've ever been in..dry sauna, gym etc. All free for hotel guests.|Staff really pleasant. Its very relaxing and you're just left to get on with things unless you need help. |Breakfast..not fair to compare to more expensive hotels but lots of nice stuff and plenty of it. All the food fresh and good. Lovely cheese. Different things available daily..had some wonderful chocolate cake.|All in all I would say this place is a bargain I enjoyed my stay and I would certainly stay again.

This is really a gem of a hotel. The breakfasts are beyond amazing. My room was clean and the bed comfy. The location is really good for someone who likes to walk (me) since it’s very central to the Old City and downtown. The staff were very friendly. I will stay there next time I’m am in Jerusalem.

Best location in Jerusalem - The historic building, with its elegant arches, domes, and 152-foot observation tower overlooking Jerusalem’s Old City & New City, is a designated city landmark.Designed by Arthur Loomis Harmon, architect of the Empire State Building, the neo-Byzantine-style stone complex is covered with decorative elements that represent the three monotheistic faiths.
