We took advantage of an offer for this hotel which enabled us to get a very good price in the centre of Gdansk. The hotel does the job without more. The rooms are small, the bathroom is icy cold and so is the welcome. Breakfast is quite good with a fairly wide choice. If the hotel is full price I would not recommend it as it is not worth the price.

This hotel is situated ideally for exploring Gdansk. Our rooms were in the Annex which was lovely, the rooms were enormous. No problems with air conditioning, I just opened the window. Breakfast was served in the hotel and it was excellent, really good choices. The other thing is the view from your table is quite special as long as you get a window seat! Our only issue was that reception showed us no mercy for late arrival after 10pm. It cost us £100 to stay elsewhere. Our flights were delayed, it was not our fault. If you do book make sure you arrival is before 10pm. I cannot give five stars, the receptionist was quite grumpy.

We arrived here on Monday, and I have to say we were struck straight away by its central location & waterfront views.|We were so close to many restaurants, bars and museums etc, as well as the old town being only a 10 minute stroll away. |However on the downside there was no air con and it was a particularly hot few days. We also felt the room was a little small as we could only access the bed from 1 side.|The breakfast was very good and varied, although at busy times it could be difficult to find a table straight away. |All in all we had a great stay in a good hotel in a truly amazing city. |We shall return!

I have been to many hotels as you can see from my reviews also budget once and this place is absolutely horrible, I wouldn’t even call it hotel, its accommodation with unprofessional reception. We have been split with elderly parents into 2 different buildings, reception closes at 10pm so not so safe. Rooms have no air conditioning so we were roasting at night with some party outside the window, bed sheet barely covered the bed and I had to touch bare mattress. Breakfast was super poor quality, fake orange juice, no bread, couple rolls that were stone hard. I asked for fresh bread and we were waiting 20 min and got only brown bread which my husband doesn’t like so we left. I complained at reception but was told we wont get refund as were waiting only 10 min, ridiculous and bad business practice. |This place is depressing and dodgy, avoid and find better!

Stayed here for one night, on arrival the hotel had scaffolding around the entire building. Our room was at the front of the building so our windows were covered by scaffolding netting. Works were quite noisy, but thankfully didn't start early in the morning. Shame they didn't tell us ahead of time because we would've found elsewhere. Showers were great, no aircon so rooms felt stuffy and felt hesitant to open the windows due to work being dusty. Rooms were clean but very basic, so fine for a one night stay. Great location.

Service wise zero no customer Service no welcoming no good behaviour it's like we were staying for free and they were behaving like that. Construction work was going on Room was big but next day cleaning service zero over all Service wise I think they need alot of improvement 3 times confirm for earlybhour taxi time and taxi not arrived nearly missed the flight

The biggest minus is the lack of air condition in the room. The room was red hot when we arrived. We received a portable fan but still hot in the room, especially in the night. Another one is 2 separate buildings, so you dont know in which you are staying before bokings. Lovely breakfast. Very close to Gdańsk old town.
