This review is for our flight from Ft Lauderdale to Buffalo NY which took place on May 19, 2025: Jet Blue flight #2466. My sister and I had the pleasure of travelling on this Jet Blue flight to Buffalo. The Flight Attendants Gina, Sandy, Deandre and Michael were all just fantastic. We had the pleasure of chatting with Gina pre flight and she really made our flight a special one. She is warm, friendly and personable and you feel she will always be there for you in any situation. Truly a talented Flight Attendant. I hope one day we will meet again. Although I am 30 minutes to the Buffalo Airport from the Canadian side of the Niagara region, I will always look for a Jet Blue flight first. Jet Blue also has little snack boxes that are gluten free and I also thank you for this. Please praise your wonderful Flight Attendants and apologize for the tardiness in this five star review.

I have flown with a lot of airlines but I have to say this is one of the worst i've ever tried, on the way back from L.A a few weeks ago we had a 6 hour delay because of how shitty their plans and with being stuck on the tarmac for 2 hours since they didn't have any staff at the rerouted airport to open the gates and paying out of pocket $200 to get a Uber from Rochester to Buffalo since Jetblue told us to "figure it out", finally when I called to make a complaint they didn't care and told me they did nothing wrong DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE

Sorry JetBlue years ago you were great. My flights changed departure times multiple times, changing my layovers drastically, my last flight changed 3 times the day of my flight, one of which was an hour different! They charge for headphones and blankets on an overnight flight , which feels like nickel and diming your customers. No blankets or pillows are given on overnight flights like other airlines do. I have had to call customer services a number of times, they are always kind, and I love the call back option that prevents me from being on the phone for hours on hold, but their hands are often tide and they are allowed to do very much. The bumpiest flights I've had are always JetBlue, so sadly not a fan.

Worst ever customer service. Somebody charged an $815 trip from the Dominican republic to JFK airport and it wasn’t me on my credit card. I called Jet Blue to get it resolved. When I called a machine answer saying there’s going to be a two hour and 45 minute wait but if you’d like it to be sooner you can do it via text message with a live person so I say OK. Sooner was 2 1/2 hours instead of two hours and 45 minutes. I finally text with the person tell her what happened she’s able to pull up the individuals full name and what the flight was etc. from my credit card charge. Then she tells me I have to get in touch with “ Crew support” and to dial the number I literally dialed to get in touch with her. I said OK can you transfer me? She said no I’d have to call that number and ask for crew support. So I call the number and have to wait yet again two hours and 40 minutes to get in touch with a person. I asked them for crew support. They say OK they’ll transfer me. I get disconnected in the transfer. I called back another 2 1/2 hour wait to talk to a person. Finally get in touch with Jet Blue again asked to be transferred to crew support but this time I say last time I was disconnected do they have a direct number or extension or some thing that I can have so if I get disconnected I don’t have to wait another 2 1/2 hours to talk to someone? She said no but she said she would stay on the line until they answered that I would not get disconnected from her if the line didn’t transfer properly and she could try again. I agreed. Sat on hold for another 2 1/2 hours listening to music and then I get a call from Jet Blue. I put my call that I’m on hold with on hold and answer . The woman says yes you’re on hold with this other person and they’re trying to pick it up and connect me but apparently there’s some issue and it’s not connecting. I said yes I was on hold listening to music she’s like OK do you wanna go back to that call? Absolutely not if you’re the person I need to talk to I’m not getting off the phone with you . I explain my whole situation she verified that yes it was some other person that use my card flew from the Dominican republic to JFK gave a fake address and they had an email and phone number for them. They have international access so I’m hoping to hear back and I made a police report and I am going to press full charges if possible. So I started at 9 AM to get in touch with Jet Blue I didn’t finish until after 6 PM finally getting through and getting information. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never fly with this company if this is the kind of service they provide.

I always fly in and out of Buffalo on JetBlue and it’s always a great experience. I haven’t yet been delayed more than 20 mins maybe but if they did need to delay for weather or the safety of their passengers I’m all for it! From what I’ve read they have one of the highest safety ratings. Last Friday I needed to get home quickly from Florida due to a family emergency and they got me on the next direct flight, waved the change fee AND upgraded me to better seats in the front row so I could get off the plane quickly. Above and beyond on their service - I will continue to be a loyal JetBlue customer.

I tell people there are reasons I prefer JetBlue over any other airline(ie friendly staff, clean planes, roomy seats, own personal TV, flight staff giving my family a handwritten note on my kids first flight, complimentary beverages and snacks just to name a few), and now they have gone above and beyond yet again and give me more reasons to recommend JetBlue! On our flight back home we were unfortunately delayed by 5 hours, a broken plane and making arrangements for another flight....hey it is what it is....granted we had 3 kids in tow did make for a very long day, but before we even got home I had an email from JetBlue saying they will be giving us flight credits as an apology! Then sure enough this morning, there they were! Very impressive JetBlue, I did not even need to say anything and they made sure to leave a great impression! I HIGHLY recommend JetBlue, great options for direct flights too!!!

Today, after all the airline mergers have chopped out any of the competition and after 9/11 turned all airports into nightmares, flying any domestic airline is for crap. JetBlue is no exception. I was lucky as my flight from Fort Lauderdale to Buffalo was nonstop, but the plane was an hour late in taking off. Then on my return flight back to Fort Lauderdale, nearly 3 hours late for takeoff. Worse, on both trips I was cramped in next to crying, squawking children and their don't give a darn mothers. It was just terrible. It was so bad, I had to take issue with it. Finally, the airstaff realized the problem and I was moved to another seat on both trips. For food, also terrible. I would suggest you might want to go to your dentist to have your teeth sharpened so you can open those silly travel packets. But all domestic carriers are just as bad, so I can't just single JetBlue out for a single Yelp star. I'll give it to the others too.

If I could give them a zero I would. Most rude stewards at the Rochester airport. Nothing but "Karens" working the counter, with the exception of 1 guy, who was super nice and helpful. The other people, definitely needs to be fired. Our flight was cancelled, then delayed for 2days, our bags were damaged (we had to pay 2 baggage fees $35 then an additional $30) because our carrier changed from JetBlue to a sister airline. Plus we had to stay in a hotel overnight. We we told we didn't have to pay 2x for our bags by JetBlue staff, but we did. I called JetBlue via telephone and was told that there are no refunds for bags. While at the airport, we asked to be compensated for our inconvenience just to be greeted rudely by saying "I'll just give you a refund so you can get out of here." When we refused to accept the refund the Karens called Airport Security, who basically tried to mediate the situation. We did finally make it to our destination, although it took 2 days. The professionalism from the airport staff in Rochester JetBlue area was totally poor. I do plan on contacting corporate.

The company charged my bank account twice for a trip I booked causing an overdraft. I now have no available money for the weekend and an additional overdraft fee from my bank due to their mistake. They did not offer any type of incentive for their mistake and the additional money I am now having to spend in bank fees. The customer service supervisor cut my chat off without any response from me that I was finished expressing my frustration. I will never book with JetBlue again!

What an excellent experience today on JetBlue to Ft. Lauderdale. Using the kiosk as I arrived In the airport was simple, providing my boarding pass and luggage tag. My bag was 1.5 pounds over the limit but the desk staff said it wasn't a problem. The Buffalo Gate 7 was right near the airport food court, so I could relax there right before boarding. The staff were friendly and you could easily hear their announcements. The boarding was smooth and the service was quick. Dunkin' Donuts coffee, a wide variety of snacks to choose from, and streaming WiFi, all free! Economy doesn't get much better than this folks!

First time flying with JetBlue. Flight from Buffalo to LAX. The flight was full, but service was great. Free TV & snacks. Clean restroom. Seats were uncomfortable after 4 hrs. but no delays.

I'm surprised JetBlue Buffalo has not been reviewed yet. When they came into the scene Buffalo was one of their first target areas. They helped make Buffalo travel easier. Direct flights to NYC and points south were much appreciated. Reasonable pricing was just the icing on the cake. These days they have matured and pricing is not what it used to be. But still often the lower cost, especially if you buy tickets early. Here at the Buffalo airport they have easy checkin lanes and are partners with tons of international airlines so that you can check bags through from Buffalo, even if you have a few connections on different airlines. They don't seem to participate on all the "cheap airfare" sites so checking their website directly can often be worth your time. 2007

I do NOT recommend using Jet Blue. Constant delays!! We recently flew out of LAX to Buffalo and our red eye flight was delayed for departure OVER 2 hours. We weren't notified very far in advance so we were stuck waiting in the airport for 4 hours and didn't depart until 2 AM! What makes this so much worse is that this happened AGAIN on our returning flight home from the Buffalo airport to LAX. Once again, we were notified at the last minute that the flight would be delayed. Again, we were stuck in the airport for over 4 hours and departed OVER 2 hours late! Ugh...Jet Blue is clearly messed up and seems to be nothing but consistent delays.

Just flew from LA to Buffalo as this is one of the few nonstop flights from Los Angeles. My review...if you can find a different airline TAKE IT. I couldn't check in online because their system is so old and so slow I gave up after 30 minutes of the system pausing and this was confirmed by airline personnel at LAX! It is sort of a window into the way they do business! The purpose of my trip was to go back to Buffalo for my brothers golf tournament. JET BLUE LOST MY CLUBS AND THIS WAS A NON STOP - DIRECT FLIGHT! I actually travel a lot with my clubs....this is my first time for losing my clubs in 35 years! Truly, there are so many better choices...American, Southwest....anyone but Jet Blue! Color me unhappy and club-less in Buffalo!

They ruined my vacation from a 19 hour flight to buffalo NY from San Jose. To incompetent customer service. They have ruined a trip planned for months. I will never fly JetBlue again!! Everyone told me that JetBlue always get reservations wrong. I didn't listen. I hope whoever reads this take notice

I love JetBlue there seats are so comfortable and they have awesome TVs unlike southwest!! I only fly JetBlue because they are the BEST!! If you are reading this right now go and buy a ticket to JetBlue!! Never take southwest or any other airline ONLY take JetBlue it is the BEST!!

I am new to Jet Blue, Jet Blue has gained my Loyalty. I find the staff to be very friendly, I have not experienced any rude staff, planes are clean and provide name brand snacks, comfortable seating, good access to airport restaurants. Communication appears to be their top priority, as communication to passengers is always updated. I have flown Jet Blue at least 8 times for business. Thank You Jet Blue, you set high standards for the other commuter airlines!!!

This flight is the flight home from New York, this flight was just ok. The plane was a little old and the screen was small. But this was a A320. So it has not been redone. JetBlue's A320s are not going to be done until 2019. So try to be on a a321. But the legroom is the same . There is no cup holder in the setback pocket, also there is no Mint first class, or marketplace on board. If you are flying out of buffalo you will be on A320. If you can try to fly out of NYC airports (JFK,LGA) The Tv screen is very small and keep playing adds for a long time. The plane came in at 6:30 PM and are boding time was 6:36 PM. We boarded at about 6:45 PM, so the plane better be clean right? No the plane had trash between the seats, and a pice of food between the screen and seat. Remember how a said every seat has a power outlet in my A321 flight? Well No this plane had no power outlets . The flight screen which I will show in the pictures was small and hard to use. I was on this plane in 2011 that had same set up, a small screen. But in 2011 it was nice to have a screen at all because at the time there were no screens. The screen is not a TOUCH SCREEN! The photos that are at the bottom are the time the A320s and A321s will look like my first flight. The black line were the rows I was on the a321 row will be posted here and LAX. Also the window was a little hard to open. I will list both Speed testes on this airport also LAX. The WiFi or fly fi on the a321 is using at&t the other one by Nrbn. If you need a big bathroom like the first class one do not go on the A320s, they have small bathrooms. I hope you like these photos too. Hope you are on a A321. Consider me a True Blue loyal JetBlue customer....My mom and the kids and I had a flight booked for the 4th to our hometown (Buffalo, NY)...unfortunately, my mom's boyfriend was dying and getting worse by the day. A week before we were to take off, he made a turn for the worse and we were forced to cancel my mom's flight. With any other airlines, we would have had to produce a death certificate or some kind of documentation of his illness. With JetBlue, that was not the case. They didn't even charge her any cancellation fees and gave her a credit for the full price of her ticket so that she can fly to Buffalo (or anywhere) within the next year and use that credit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

i just flew with jet blue for my first time through work. i was extremely disappointed when i didn't see southwest flights offered as an option while booking my travel from las vegas to new york. my flight to new york was decent. they asked if anyone would switch seats to a exit isle and no one volunteered so i ended up doing it. not a big deal. on my way back to las vegas is when i had the real issue. 6 hour flight and i ordered a double jack & coke and the attendant gave me a stare before saying "i am out and i will have to come back" mind you, i'm sitting toward the front of the plane. this is a 6 hour flight so i responded "no worries, i'll just order some food with you" she stated "we don't have food on this flight". surprised, i said, "okay, what drinks do you have on hand currently?" she said "well what have you been drinking?" so i stated, "i'm not sure why it matters but i would like some whisky" she and walked away before i could respond and continued with a preference. prior to this flight, i was very skeptical about flying with jet blue. now that i have taken two flights (from las vegas to new york and back) i will never fly with this airline again. i am beyond disappointed in their hospitality. this flight (both ways) made me feel like we (as flyers) are inconveniencing the flight crew.
