Good communication with hotel via email. Easy booking in. Lovely staff in Reception. King room great size & layout. Very comfortable bed.Car parking good. Had meal at restaurant. Good service. Early morning wake up phone call was a ‘real’ person. Nice. Check out and early free shuttle to airport stress free.

Stayed overnight and opted for an upgrade to an Executive Suite for a small additional cost — absolutely worth it. The suite was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was beautifully quiet. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would certainly book again.

First time staying here but it won’t be the last! We live on Waiheke Island, where we’re often at the mercy of ferry schedules and weather conditions (three ferry companies cancelled all services on the Thursday before the Easter holiday long weekend).||From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and hospitable welcome. The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with thoughtful attention paid to our special request, a bath tub. Very few hotels have a bath tub these days.||In the past, we’ve stayed in Auckland CBD the night before a long-haul flight, but after our most pleasant JetPark Hotel experience, we’ve decided staying near the airport suits us much better. Discounted parking is a bonus for those on the mainland.||We enjoyed it so much that we booked in again on our return; this time bringing children and grandchildren to share the bountiful buffet breakfast. We had an overnighter for an early international flight the next day. Everything was perfect. Easy to book, quick, efficient and friendly check-in. We were upgraded to a larger room. Lovely warm room and nice comfy bed. The price for the room, shuttles and carparking while away was great value for money. Dinner at on-site restaurant was nice. The shuttle drivers were both awesome. I think one guy's name was Mohammed and he had a great sense of humour! Short wait for the shuttle on our return to NZ. Highly recommend.

The staff were exceptional from the front of house, restaurant staff to the shuttle drivers. Convenient to the airport, excellent shuttle service and the ability to leave the car in secure storage which was great. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Stayed here for a work trip. Good sized room, clean. Housekeeping spruced it ip and made the bed each day. Breakfast was included for my stay and it was a buffet continental or cooked option. Some of the hot food was a bit warm (as opposed to hot), but they had good choices to pick from.

Our room was booked via a travel agent. The free shuttles were awesome, driven by friendly staff. We were arrived early and room wasn't ready but they took.our bags and we headed back to the airport to get a bus to the city centre. Once finished in the city caught the bus back to.the airport and picked up again by the shuttle. Room was great nice and clean. Didn't eat on the restaurant but had asome snacks from the cafe which were nice. Caught a lift to our room and the housekeeper staff were in it, they were laughing and smiling. (Took that a sign of.the hotel.being a good employer) Bed was comfy. Got the shuttle early in the morning. Had a nice time...apart from the person in our room snoring. Friendly staff and would recommend staying here.

Great location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours and they were really accommodating and arranging an airport pickup for us. Room was clean and very comfortable. They got a friendly hotel cat that would walk around the front door to greet customers!

Four stars based on the affordability. The rooms were tiny and basic, and overall clean. I appreciated that the bar/restaurant area in the lobby stayed open late. I also like the free airport shuttle; although the driver lever something to be desired with respect to customer service.

Our second stay with Jet Park Hotel and won't be our last. Excellent value here! Dependable and comfortable airport shuttle with professional driver. All the staff here are helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are clean , nicely appointed and comfortable airport shuttle. The lounge is very relaxing and perfect after a long day of travel. We enjoyed our meals in the modern restaurant. The scotch steak is well prepared and delicious.. nicely pared with fresh veg and potatoes. The suggested Shiraz was perfect. We will definitely return . Solid value here !

I chose to stay at this hotel because I was transporting my dogs to California from New Zealand and needed a pet friendly hotel. The pet transport company recommended Jet Park because of its pet friendly policy. They were dead on. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located to take dogs out for walks. The furniture was comfortable for humans and in addition, the hotel provided dog beds and bedding and bowls and even dog biscuits. There's also a very large park about an eight minute walk away, ideal for exercising dogs. The room is a bit bland in terms of decoration-the only change I would suggest is some art on the walls. The hotel has a restaurant that is not really attractive to look at but provided surprisingly good food. They also have a small café for takeaway food or snacks open long hours. The free airport shuttle service was very fast and reliable. The staff were helpful with storing my bags during the day because of my evening flight out. They also let me check out a bit late. Although not fancy or beautifully decorated, I would definitely recommend this hotel for basic comfort, convenience, and service. And definitely if you are traveling with pets!
