JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

We had an overnighter for an early international flight the next day. Everything was perfect. Easy to book, quick, efficient and friendly check-in. We were upgraded to a larger room. Lovely warm room and nice comfy bed. The price for the room, shuttles and carparking while away was great value for money. Dinner at on-site restaurant was nice. The shuttle drivers were both awesome. I think one guy's name was Mohammed and he had a great sense of humour! Short wait for the shuttle on our return to NZ. Highly recommend.

Great location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours and they were really accommodating and arranging an airport pickup for us. Room was clean and very comfortable. They got a friendly hotel cat that would walk around the front door to greet customers!

Great hotel. Stayed here for a work course and was fantastic. Staff friendly, helpful, professional and engaging. Great systems and processes re check in, airport transfers. Restaurant & conference staff wonderful & amazing catering options. Easy commute to and from airport while accommodation had comfortable, clean & modern rooms - with heat pumps to keep you warm in winter. Great venue - would definitely stay here again 😊. Many thanks for a great conference experience.

We stayed here for one night as we were flying out early the next morning. Check in was easy, they kept our car keys, ready for us on our return. Nice friendly staff. Room was nice and clean, very comfy bed and pillows, quiet. The shuttle service to the airport was good there and back. Will stay again one day.

Wonderful hotel when flying into/out of Auckland! Lovely staff members, all around! Fantastic shuttle service. Very comfortable, clean & nicely appointed rooms. We very much enjoyed the comfortable lounge for a relaxing drink . The restaurant offers well prepared food in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend the scotch steak.. well prepared tender steak nicely pared with fresh veg and potatoes. The suggested Shirah paring was a delicious match. Wonderful service by restaurant staff. Can’t wait to return next holiday ! Well done!

Got off to great start was upgraded to a deluxe king room very nice especially the bathroom. Then we go for dinner pay $50 per person for the buffet dinner to find all the food lukewarm or cold. Can’t fault the staff. Then comes the next experience.. trying to order room service on the tv.. had to go reception how to use the phone as it was not charged.. apparently you dial 8996 to get room service but there’s NO INFORMATION in the room to figure out how to order your room service. Menu on the tv great if you can navigate a smart tv. So glad it’s only one night

Definitely a transit hotel; the staff were friendly and attentive, and in the restaurant the menu, although basic, was well presented. The room was clean and tidy, but bed was hard and the pillows uncomfortable, making a good night's sleep impossible. Furthermore, without adequate switching, it was not possible to turn off the shower ventilation system, which was extremely noisy, without removing the card from the room docking system therefore isolating all power to the room. So, overall with sleep being a top priority, this was not a very enjoyable experience, sadly 😞

Great location to stay particularly pre- flight. 24hr free courtesy bus to the airport, Friendly helpful staff. Room/bed really comfortable. Free car parking for 10 days is a bonus.

Four stars based on the affordability. The rooms were tiny and basic, and overall clean. I appreciated that the bar/restaurant area in the lobby stayed open late. I also like the free airport shuttle; although the driver lever something to be desired with respect to customer service.

Our second stay with Jet Park Hotel and won't be our last. Excellent value here! Dependable and comfortable airport shuttle with professional driver. All the staff here are helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are clean , nicely appointed and comfortable airport shuttle. The lounge is very relaxing and perfect after a long day of travel. We enjoyed our meals in the modern restaurant. The scotch steak is well prepared and delicious.. nicely pared with fresh veg and potatoes. The suggested Shiraz was perfect. We will definitely return . Solid value here !

I chose to stay at this hotel because I was transporting my dogs to California from New Zealand and needed a pet friendly hotel. The pet transport company recommended Jet Park because of its pet friendly policy. They were dead on. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located to take dogs out for walks. The furniture was comfortable for humans and in addition, the hotel provided dog beds and bedding and bowls and even dog biscuits. There's also a very large park about an eight minute walk away, ideal for exercising dogs. The room is a bit bland in terms of decoration-the only change I would suggest is some art on the walls. The hotel has a restaurant that is not really attractive to look at but provided surprisingly good food. They also have a small café for takeaway food or snacks open long hours. The free airport shuttle service was very fast and reliable. The staff were helpful with storing my bags during the day because of my evening flight out. They also let me check out a bit late. Although not fancy or beautifully decorated, I would definitely recommend this hotel for basic comfort, convenience, and service. And definitely if you are traveling with pets!
