JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

We stayed there in November 2024. Nice light spacious room on first floor overlooking car park. Late complimentary checkout at 11.00. Very comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. Great shower with nice toiletries. Lovely extras such as robes, a carafe of water in the fridge, biscuits. A bit of noise from the corridor as chatty guests passed by. Friendly and helpful staff. We had meals in the restaurant after checkout and they were huge (especially the all day breakfast) so good value for money. Free shuttle to and from airport was a big plus. We came in after midnight and it was no problem to ring for the shuttle.

Its been a few years since we stayed here as we normally stay at the Pullman at the airport but we thought we give this a go as the last time we stayed at the former we found it racist. |A really nice welcome. Room was basic but comfortable. Dinner was good but the service was great. We left our car here and we had no problems this time. Recommend - good value.

Excellent airport hotel. Initially you may not realize all it has to offer, but we found lots: super comfortable beds, robes (!), nice bath products (just shower though, no tub), reasonably quiet, good elevator, excellent breakfast (we chose to add it on the room rate), and a huge parking lot. Only 2 negatives to report: in-room AC was hard to figure out, and finding electrical outlets near the bed involved getting on all fours to locate the plug below the shelving that separates the 2 beds. The area is a somewhat uninspiring (industrial) but the purpose of being here is proximity to Auckland International Airport, and it’s a quick 10 minute drive with little traffic.

We stayed in Block 4, Level 2. Our room was a deluxe twin room which had 2 queen beds, the room was clean and nice. We had a large window and a veiw of the carpark. Negatives: Our room came with no microwave or toaster, the beds were hard, and we all woke up with sore backs. The pillows were uncomfortable. When the aircon was on low it was noisy and sounded like a plane flying over, but the room got hot without it on, due to having no windows to open. No outlet plugs! We had to unplug the room phone and charge one thing at a time. No hairdryer. The shower head twists unnecessarily while you're showering. No movie channels - the TV programmes were boring.

I stayed for 10 nights for a convention at Eden Park. The staff were very helpful from the friendly check-in and check out, to the housekeeping and restaurant. Special shout out to France, he was very friendly and helpful in the restaurant. Food was lovely, especially enjoyed the snapper special and the cafe options. The room was clean and tidy, well looked after.

Close to Auckland airport, Jetland Auckland Airport Hotel provide a convenient shuttle bus to allow you to take a break, whether you are arriving or departing. It is a beautiful, modern hotel with very welcoming staff from reception to room service, from bar to restaurant and all points in between. They also cater for groups, tourist or business with bright, modern conference facilities. Well worth a visit.

Pleasant stay. Affordable, clean, tidy , nice and comfortable beds with luscious pillows. Friendly staff very accommodating. Delicious food from the restaurant. Excellent room service. Free shuttles available. Free carparks. Chromecast ready to watch movies. Great shower. Love the complementary bathrobes and hot drink section. Handy location to the airport. Recommend 💯.

Stayed here for a night to get an onward flight . Rooms were modern clean and very comfortable. Fresh milk in fridge for teas and coffees was a real plus . We had mussels and bruschetta at the bar and both were delicious. The happy hour drinks (4-8pm) were a bargain We also had the continental and cooked buffet breakfast options which had a wide range of options and good value . Would recommend to anyone staying near the airport.

Four stars based on the affordability. The rooms were tiny and basic, and overall clean. I appreciated that the bar/restaurant area in the lobby stayed open late. I also like the free airport shuttle; although the driver lever something to be desired with respect to customer service.

Our second stay with Jet Park Hotel and won't be our last. Excellent value here! Dependable and comfortable airport shuttle with professional driver. All the staff here are helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are clean , nicely appointed and comfortable airport shuttle. The lounge is very relaxing and perfect after a long day of travel. We enjoyed our meals in the modern restaurant. The scotch steak is well prepared and delicious.. nicely pared with fresh veg and potatoes. The suggested Shiraz was perfect. We will definitely return . Solid value here !

I chose to stay at this hotel because I was transporting my dogs to California from New Zealand and needed a pet friendly hotel. The pet transport company recommended Jet Park because of its pet friendly policy. They were dead on. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located to take dogs out for walks. The furniture was comfortable for humans and in addition, the hotel provided dog beds and bedding and bowls and even dog biscuits. There's also a very large park about an eight minute walk away, ideal for exercising dogs. The room is a bit bland in terms of decoration-the only change I would suggest is some art on the walls. The hotel has a restaurant that is not really attractive to look at but provided surprisingly good food. They also have a small café for takeaway food or snacks open long hours. The free airport shuttle service was very fast and reliable. The staff were helpful with storing my bags during the day because of my evening flight out. They also let me check out a bit late. Although not fancy or beautifully decorated, I would definitely recommend this hotel for basic comfort, convenience, and service. And definitely if you are traveling with pets!
