Jet's delivered the pizza to my neighbors, even though when placing my order via phone (their online access directed me to phone) that the delivery person needed to call first upon arrival and go to the back door of the home. The second call to the store to inquire where was the pizza? My neighbor text the delivery was here at her door and then never answered my text to send the delivery person to my door. So was the pizza gone or there? The manager listened and said " Ok ", and that she would call the driver and let me know the status. 20 minutes later I had to call the store and say I am not paying for the pizza. Manager with no people skills said, " Fine have a nice day." She then slammed the phone down. Called again to speak with the owner as if I owned this business, I would want to know that my manager and employees were not handling the business efficiently. Not given the owner's name, by the manager, because " I am not allowed to give out this information." The same arrogant manager, then assured me my card would be credited. Unfortunately, never once issued an apology during the three phone calls. What about the pizza dinner planned? No mention by management of getting another pie delivered! Really???? I then just had to point out to the manager, professionally, her lack of customer service and not solving the problem of a dinner order. She slammed down the phone again, just as I was about to finally say, "you have lost my business."
Pizza okay. Horrible service.
