Jetwing Beach

This is a great hotel, a short drive from the Colombo airport, along the west coast. The rooms are airy and comfortable. If you can, get a ground floor room facing the beach, which puts you a few steps away from the pool. The food in the main restaurant is varied and delicious but service can be a little slow when it gets a bit busy. Even has a nice little gym to have a quick workout to get the limbs moving after a long flight. We stayed a couple of nights after landing, to unwind and the night before flying back - definitely recommended!

We had the pleasure of celebrating our 3rd Wedding Anniversary at Jetwing Beach Hotel, in a Deluxe sea view room with stunning beach front view. We really enjoyed the dinner which was a Set Menu of Sri lankan & International cuisine. And the breakfast on the following day was a generous spread from local varieties to continental classics. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the wonderful staff who made our stay exceptional; Ms. Madushika who warmly welcomed and escorted to our reserved table with grace and attentiveness and Mr. Thushantha, an outstanding steward working at the Main restaurant, ensured our dinner and breakfast was well served and made us feel personally cared. And also, Mr. Sarath, is a kind gentlemen we met on our breakfast at the main restaurant. Finally, our deepest gratitude goes to entire team and specially to Mr. Ravindra de Silva, the general manager for orchestrating such a memorable experience.||This stay was more than just a gateway but it became a cherished memory in our life journey. We wholeheartedly recommend JETWING BEACH HOTEL for couples seeking romantic escape.||We are already looking forward to returning. Thank you 😊

Hotel location excellent, on the beach. Staff friendly and helpful food good. But Hotel looks tired, room is very clean but time for renovation as it looks tired. Hence the 4 star review. Our room number 428, cleaner Maleesha was excellent, so helpful & friendly and always did something special with our bed eg flower decorations.

We stayed at Jetwing Beach, Negombo from 11th to 13th September for my wife’s birthday and had a truly memorable experience. We booked a suite, and from the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel very special.||A special mention must go to our butlers, Shehan and Madawa, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. They beautifully arranged the bed and jacuzzi as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, which made the occasion extra special.||The food was good, though the set menu could use a bit more variety, especially since the buffet is not available during low occupancy periods. That said, the quality and presentation were still enjoyable.||Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The suite was spacious and well-kept, the arrangements were thoughtful, and the service from Shehan and Madawa was truly exceptional. We would definitely recommend Jetwing Beach for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a peaceful getaway

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was the perfect relaxing break we needed. Every member of staff was wonderfully helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank-you to Sahan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. We’re so grateful — and we can’t wait to come back!

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Service on the resort is great. Resort has 3 swimming pools and beachfront. However, the beach was not clean, was a lot of garbage on the beach. Maybe due to a season, we couldn’t swim in the ocean. Overall our stay was pleasant. The main restaurant had strong understanding of dietary restrictions and was able to provide us gluten free meals, including gluten free bread.

We had a great experience same as had in other Jetwing hotels. The staff is really good and helpful. We have requested an additional blanket for the kid and they provided it quickly. The day we arrived the hotel we had the set menu, and they offered additional food for the kid as well. Buffet was available for the dinner and next day breakfast. The food is really good with many varieties. The room was great with big space inside. There is big space inside the bathroom with a bath tub as well. They have a dedicated parking area opposite the road and it's easy to find a parking lot there. The beach they have is wonderful since it has vast area to walk, not like many other hotels with very narrow beach. You can enjoy several facilities inside Jetwing Blue as well by walking very short distance from the back of the hotel.

Amazing and memorable 2 nights stay. The location is so warming, calm and lovely. The staff is amazing and their services were excellent. Cannot expect more. The view from the room was so beautiful. Will definitely stay again.
