Jetwing Colombo Seven

I recently stayed at Jetwing Colombo Seven and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing stay. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. A special mention goes to Chinthaka from the front office, he was incredibly professional, courteous, and assisted us throughout our stay. His warm and helpful attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Colombo!

Jetwing Colombo 7 is situated in the heart of Colombo's upscale neighborhood offering a stylish, modern hotel with a chic vibe to it. ||||We were upgraded to a Super deluxe room - luxurious, with beautiful linens, plush beddings and state of the art fittings. The bathroom featured Jetwing signature amenities. The room was well appointed With a table, lovely sofa chair a mini fridge, ironing board, bathrobes, and excellent inroom Coffee. ||The food at Jetwing was absolutely amazing. We loved our breakfast; there was wonderful variety and my French toast was perfectly prepared, the Sri Lankan spread at the buffet was delicious. Our server Swetha was delightful and served us with genuine warmth and care. The restaurant manager Siva was remarkable so attentive and made sure that we had the best dining experience. We were especially grateful to Siva for calling to check on our room service, such a thoughtful gesture by him. A big thank you to the restaurant team chef Asanka, Executive Chef Dilip Manager Siva, Manager Raj , the waitresses swetha and Thomdya you guys were super good. ||The hotels rooftop offers stunning views- specially, the early morning Sunrise and the Sunset . We also loved swimming in the infinity pool and dining at the rooftop overlooking the Colombo's skyline. ||Thank you everyone who made our stay so memorable especially Herath who was always there with Chandrasiri to greet and welcome us. Nadeeka, who did a great job in driving us; so friendly and so kind. ||I give full praise to the General manager, Mr. Ajantha Perera for his amazing leadership and for the way he is running this luxurious hotel. Thank you for the outstanding stay, I cannot wait to come back again.

I had the pleasure of attending a professional event at Jetwing Colombo Seven recently, and I came away thoroughly impressed with the venue and the overall experience. The true highlight was the impeccable service from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was welcoming and professional, but a special mention must go to the front desk team, who were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This high standard extended to the catering, as the food was both delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing a real commitment to quality. The event hall itself was perfectly suited for our function, with very comfortable seating and fantastic acoustics that ensured the speakers could be heard clearly throughout the room. While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of minor practical details that, if addressed, could make the guest experience absolutely perfect. The navigation from our event hall to the washrooms was a bit confusing for a first-time visitor, and clearer signage along the way would be a great help. Additionally, a small but incredibly useful amenity would be the inclusion of hooks or hangers inside the washroom stalls. For guests attending functions who might need to do a quick outfit change or simply hang a blazer, this would be an incredibly thoughtful touch. Ultimately, these are very minor suggestions for what was an otherwise superb event execution. Jetwing Colombo Seven is a premium venue that I would highly recommend for any professional or personal function, thanks to its wonderful staff, quality facilities, and commitment to excellence. I certainly look forward to my next visit.

We came for afternoon tea last week and had a wonderful experience. The service and food were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the entire evening at Jetwing Colombo, especially the beautiful sunset from the rooftop. A special thanks to Himasha for coordinating everything. The staff provided outstanding service throughout. Highly recommended

Spacious room, comfy bed and great food. Didn’t feel like having breakfast buffet so ordered milk rice only. It was 10 out of 10 even for my Sri Lankan husband! Staff were very friendly and we’ve enjoyed our stay there very much. Also stayed at Granbell and Shangri-La as part of our holiday. At the same price point, this is 100x better than Granbell.

Loved the Rooftop Bar! We had such a great time at the rooftop bar. The atmosphere and environment were really nice and perfect for a chill evening. We tried several rounds of cocktails and they were all really good. The bar staff were super friendly and helpful too. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Brilliant hotel. We were kindly upgraded to a larger room which was a great gesture. The room was spacious and fit a family of 4 with large suitcases very comfortably. The rooftop bar is amazing, and I would highly recommend to stay here. We didn't venture out as we only stayed one night. Close enough to the airport which took 45 mins and the hotel kindly arranged this. Staff were great and food was on point. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for our last night in Colombo prior to flying home. The hotel was a lovely modern, clean, well stocked room. We loved the bathroom! The skyline pool was really lovely to swim in. We were tired after a long days travel and ordered room service. The chicken biryani was particularly nice and well presented. We felt this hotel offered a great value stay, although our time here was very short all the staff we did encounter were very warm and welcoming. Thank you. If we come back to Colombo we would definitely stay again.
