Great place to unwind. The biggest attraction was 75m pool with views across the lake and paddy fields Its great that the hotel has taken steps towards sustainable energy use. The pictures will explain the process. Hats off to the owner for this great idea. Very comfortable room with all you need. Great staff and service. Bike rides are on offer and unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy this. One can easily hike the nearby dhaiyagala mountain as a day trip.

The hotel is in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The rooms are huge!! With a balcony for an amazing view. The staff is very helpful and always very nice. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and there is a large selection in the dining room. It is highly recommended to come here.

Had a 3 night stay in the Jetwing Lake which was excellent. The views across the lake when you open your curtains in the morning was stunning. The swimming pool is huge and the buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. In particular, the lady who made me the best hoppers I’ve eaten in Sri Lanka, did so so with a wonderful smile. Drinks are expensive but this appears to be the case throughout Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful experience. The food was great both western and eastern styles. A special New Year’s Eve dinner with music was provided to the guests which was fantastic. Well done to the chef and team. Rooms were comfortable but the glass door to the bathroom may not suit everyone. Pool is 72m long and the grounds are expansive.

This amazing hotel is a hidden gem. We got a great discounted price thru Trip.com and ended up adding dinner. The food was amazing, so much to choose from, and great quality.As a swimmer, I really appreciated the 72 metre pool (U kid you not)!

I highly recommend this hotel to both foreign tourists and locals. It situated in a calm and quiet area. View is breathtaking. Staff is also very friendly as always as other Jetwing hotels. Rooms are spacious and well organized with a large balcony. I can give 10/10 for the buffet.

Excellent hotel, best we stayed at on our tour of Sri Lanka. Beautiful, ethereal location by the lake. Surrounded by paddy fields and farm land. The hotel’s commitment to sustainable and ethical tourism was evident:purified water supplied in glass bottles, filled on site, toiletries also in reusable dispensers. Power for the site came from a solar panel array with hot water also from solar or biomass boilers. |Very peaceful environment. Good was good.|Thoroughly recommended for visiting the cultural triangle.

Excellent staff and hotel! Stayed three nights (13th to 16th November). Received a lovely warm welcome from reception staff and chef met us to ask for our vegetarian requirements (Thankyou!). Our two rooms were adjoining which was perfect for our family of three adults. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern.|All restaurant staff were friendly and helpful including Manoj and chef. Thankyou for the vegetarian meals in addition to the buffet. Excellent staff from table service to chef to cleaners to reception staff! |The views all around the hotel were amazing! The sounds of the different birds were beautiful to hear.
