This level of personalized care truly elevates the guest experience.||Modern Convenience for EV Owners||For travelers with Electric Vehicles (EVs), this hotel offers a fantastic and thoughtful amenity. They have a separate charging plug available, which made recharging extremely convenient. While there is a slight fee for the 3KW charger that felt a little high, the sheer convenience of having reliable charging on-site in Nuwara Eliya makes it a massive value-add.||Superb Rooms and Culinary Excellence||Our room was beautifully appointed, reflecting the hotel’s colonial elegance, and all amenities were perfectly in order. The dining experience was equally superb. They offered a good spread for dinner, and the seafood options were particularly fantastic and fresh. The atmosphere was complete with charming live music during dinner, turning a simple meal into a delightful event. The food quality and preparation were top-notch.||Tranquil Gardens||Despite the heavy rain during our visit, the hotel’s top-class garden provided a beautiful and peaceful backdrop. Even without a full tour, the brief time spent near the grounds confirmed the tranquil and serene experience the hotel offers.||Final Recommendation||Overall, the service, food, and ambiance were superb. We spent three nights at Jetwing St.Andrew’s, Nuwara Eliya for our honeymoon and it was unforgettable. I actually forgot to request the honeymoon setup in advance, but the team didn’t miss a beat—they arranged everything the very next day, complete with a lovely chocolate cake, beautiful Azaleas flowers deco. The property’s colonial charm, cozy fireplaces, and mist-kissed gardens made the whole stay feel romantic and peaceful. Our room was spotless, warm, and quiet. Dining was excellent from breakfast to dinner. Every interaction felt genuine and caring—from check-in to checkout, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Gawri and Kavish for helping with everything and making sure our late request turned into a perfect memory. Their kindness and efficiency truly stood out.

Nice building, no lift or elevator though so you'll have to walk up the stairs. We stayed in a suite which was a two story room. The heater was already switched on when we went into the room so it was nicely warmed. ||The buffet was good. The staff were attentive. ||In the evening staff came to the room to give us hot water bottles which was such a nice touch. ||We had a good varied breakfast in the morning.

The food was another highlight, from the generous breakfasts to the excellent dinners served in the elegant dining room. Since I am gluten intolerant, I would particularly like to thank the kindly waiter who went out of his way to point all the gluten free food. ||St. Andrews is ideally located for exploring Nuwara Eliya, but it’s also a wonderful place to simply unwind with a glass of whiskey or two by the fire. We left with such fond memories and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable getaway.
