Jetwing St. Andrews

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jetwing at Andrew’s Hotel, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful entrance garden, which sets the tone for the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The service was nothing short of phenomenal—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the highlights of the hotel is the cozy fireplace, a perfect spot to unwind, and they even offer a selection of board games to enjoy with friends or family. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay—Jetwing at Andrew’s Hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

It was a great stay at the St. Andrews hotel, Nuwara Eliya. You are welcomed into a large 150 year old mansion beautifully adorning the old charm and yet so relevant to today's era. One walks into vaguely Colonial style rooms with Chintz upholstery and coloured marbled tiles reminiscing oneself of the yester years. Rooms are well equipped with all the modern amenities.||Jetwing hotels has taken SUSTAINABILITY to another level which is the need of the hour. No air conditioning and refrigerators in this Nuwara property avoiding global warming (although we were very conformable in the rooms with the cool weather). The packaging for tissue paper rolls, vanity kits etc. has all been done in reusable cloth bags to mention a few points. ||Ms. Gowry, Mr. Clive & the GM Mr. Dilip Kumar along with the others were personally taking care of the property. Even late at night they all were personally around which is commendable.The entire team is extremely hospitable. Mr. Ananda ( retsaurant manager ) went beyond the usual and made sure our meal was as per our expectations. There were no grilled prawns in the menu and still he arranged it especially for my husband. |Highly recommend this property to all. If you particularly are a history buff ,you will love this upscale boutique hotel even more.

A beautiful colonial era style hotel, that exactly seems to fit amongst the hills of tea country. St Andrews has a lot of old world charm, from the outside frontage to the beautiful old style bar room, a sitting room with a roaring fire (which was needed when we were there) and a billiards room and terrace. The bedrooms were large, clean and again had a comfy old world charm that fitted the ambience of the place. The staff were all lovely, friendly and attentive. They were very helpful and made our stay even nicer. The food was nice, and we decided to eat in both nights we were there. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and vintage. I would rate it as one of the best hotels we have stayed. Friendly, courteous and pro-active staff. The food tastes brilliant and the ambience of the restaurants compliments it. Thank you for a wonderful stay Team Jetwing and for taking such good care of us

We enjoyed our stay at Jetwing St. Andrews. The friendly and attentive staff made our experience pleasant, always addressing our needs promptly and being easy to communicate with. The food was great, and the buffets featured a stunning display that we absolutely loved. The hotel’s interiors and gardens were charming and well-maintained, though the surroundings outside the hotel grounds were less appealing.

Met up with our daughters from Sydney for family holiday - most enjoyable few days staying at St Andrews. Staff v friendly - from the lady who cleaned the room to the staff in the restaurant and reception . Unlike the Grand Hotel, this is a much smaller hotel and has a really nice vibe to it! The room was v comfortable .... breakfast good...didnt eat in the restaurant for dinner so cannot comment. The grounds are beautifully kept and we had a tour around the grounds to see the boiler room and al the home grown vegetables - v interesting ! |We loved sitting around the roaring fire playing card games... just like home!!||IWould have written review earlier but internet not great!! Hope that improves in 2025!! Thankyou all!

We stayed at St Andrew’s for only one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Travelling with my mum, husband and two girls. |Gorgeous rooms, spacious with every comfort & the beds so comfortable. |It felt like being in a luxurious country hotel in England. |The food was excellent and it was the best bar we have been to in Sri Lanka with excellent cocktails.|The staff could not do enough to help. |Thank you to Dilip , Gowry and all the staff who were so wonderful to us. Especially for making my mum feel so special.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in last year! The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was high quality and delicious, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay with good service and hospitality!
