Jetwing Yala

Visited with my family for a vacation and had a great experience. The food was excellent with a very nice spread and plenty of options to choose from. It was enjoyable for the whole family. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The beach is beautiful and clean, and there are beach lifeguards present which makes it safer for guests. One of the most unique experiences was seeing elephants come close to the hotel area. It was amazing to watch them from a safe distance and they did not disturb anyone. Special thanks to Gayan from the Front Office for his friendly service and assistance during our stay. Overall, it was a memorable family vacation.

Service was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. As it was low season, staff were attentive. Starry night at the beach which was peaceful and beautiful. Closes at 6pm but we still ventured out for the stars. Pool is long and nice if you want to swim laps.The dining menu has good variety and food was good. What we did not like was the additional taxes on top of the VAT and service tax. Balloons the total bill on top of the already more expensive menu compared to other 5stars hotel we visited. So need to add another 33% on top of the more expensive prices on the menu.

We stayed at this hotel with our office team and our families, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was very tasty, especially the breakfast, which we all enjoyed. The place is calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is large and beautiful, and the beachside is clean and stunning. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. The restaurant team was very supportive and friendly, and the overall management was well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again with my family..❤️💚❤️💚

The stay in Jetwing Yala was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury, I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service - everyone was out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were mind blowing with a variety of options to choose from. Would like to thank Mr.Asela ( food and beverage/restaurant manager) for doing a perfect job in the restaurant/food handling.Highly recommend Jetwing Yala everyone who visits Yala.

Fantastic room with ocean facing balcony. There is a fantastic pool & short walk to the beach. Well worth going to see the Indian Ocean & walk along the beach. The bathroom has an open top shower & we made the mistake of turning the lights off when we went for supper...bats came in & left their calling card! The staff were excellent & house services sent someone to clean the bathroom & give us fresh towels. Remember to leave the lights on! The food is delicious, we had a la carte for supper rather than the buffet ($30 per head) & my yellow fin tuna was cooked to perfection. We did an early morning safari to Yala Reserve & had a late buffet breakfast when we got back. The selection was first class. All in all a really enjoyable stay.

This is our 2nd night here at Jetwing Yala and we honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. A huge shout-out to Mr. Naminda and Mr. Saravanan for the exceptional service and support, right from the booking process through to our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond with their service. Every single staff member was amazing and always greeted us with the most genuine, beautiful smiles, which made us feel so welcome. The food deserves a special mention ,hands down some of the best we’ve had from a hotel in a long time. The staff were always attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect and asking if we needed anything else, which made dining such a pleasure.The chef and guess it was the F & B manager visits each table to make sure eveyone is happy and the resturant staff are so efficeint and super friendly all the time. The hotel itself is lovely, spotless, and very well maintained. And the rooms — wow!. They were massive, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was very spacious and offered stunning views of the ocean, which was an absolute treat. Both the kids and us are equally sad to be leaving tomorrow, but we’ve promised ourselves that Jetwing Yala will be right at the top of our list when we return to Sri Lanka next time. Keep up the amazing work, everyone, and thank you once again for making our stay so comfortable and truly unforgettable.

The location is absolutely stunning—right next to the beach and very close to Yala National Park, which made our safari experience even more special. The hotel is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view and a calm atmosphere.

My wife and I have just spent a magical couple of nights at Jetwing Yala. Our room (3rd floor) was lovely with gorgeous views over the beach and sea. We took the half board option and this didn’t disappoint as breakfast was lovely and huge choice. Dinner too was really nice with plenty of options and we dined outside which, despite being a little warm, was fabulous. The hotel organised our morning safari and everything was managed really well and the safari was awesome. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were so lovely and we both utilised the spa which was also fab. Pool was amazing although it was a little too hot to sunbath - swimming was great though! Oh and I used the gym which was really well equipped too. All in all a top top stay
