Jewel Rock Hotel

Not eligible for one star also. Too much expensive. 5 star rate and zero star taste. I took my friends and I felt embarrass. Since ordered boiled veg and that was pathetic. Instead of gobi they added baby manchuri. No butter nothing. My advice do not waste money by visiting resturant. Rooms and all I dont know

Jewel Rock Hotel is in a nice spot. Rooms are clean and big. Staff are friendly. Food tastes good. A few small problems like mosquitoes, but overall it’s a good place to stay.

It's in good location just 10 mints from railway station. Hotel looks good, rooms are big and even the wash room. Bed is very old and walls of the rooms looked old. ||Service is very fast. It's basically a old 3 star hotel which can be related 2 Star now. ||There is a vegetarian restaurant where the quality of good is also good.||Overall an Average budget Hotel

The restaurant here is good. food tasted good here specially mutton biriyani... Presentation also is great...They serve tomato curry as complimentary,it taste spicy and best..

Worst hospitality. Won't recommend any of the travellers to stop by at this hotel. Restaurant servers at jewel rock are one of the worst. The hotel is running just because of the old age name. Pathetic experience.

Not recommend to visit this place , but since jewel rock is the known place we came for a stay. Pathetic front desk behaviour.There was miscommunication in the prices of room. Upon that the manager and receptionist staff was very rude to resolve the issue . They have no professionalism to treat the customers. They do not meet the first criteria to treat customers. I do not want anybody's stay to have such issues .

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms. The size of the twin beds is a little small but overall the rooms are cozy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The place offers ample parking space in a conjusted neighbourhood. The restaurant offers veg options and the food was simple, tasty, and affordable. Overall I would definitely recommend the place.

Bad Quality of rooms - smelly, broken fans , clogged drainages, upholstery smells of rotten moisture/ cigarette Bad Service- very rude “manager” , govt sector attitude staff ; no idea of hospitality ; had to argue for a bottle of water Totally avoid
