I can honestly say this was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. I was only in Canggu two nights and I ate here both nights. Everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. They don’t rush you at all. The view of the ocean is beautiful. I highly recommend. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to try even more of the menu.

A Perfect Sunset Dinner Experience Had dinner at Ji Canggu and it instantly became one of our favorite spots in Canggu. Ji is known as one of the oldest restaurants in the area, and you can really feel the charm the moment you enter—ancient architecture mixed with a modern, Japanese-fusion vibe. We came during sunset and wow, the ocean view from the rooftop was unreal. Highly recommend booking around sunset time to get the full experience. The sushi boat was the highlight of our night—fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-order!

Ji Restaurant in Canggu is a stunning rooftop spot serving authentic Japanese cuisine with panoramic views over Canggu Beach. The dishes were all outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and presented with impeccable attention to detail. I visited around 12:30 pm and was surprised by how quiet it was, given how good the venue and food are. An elevated dining experience that feels special from the first bite.

Had NYE dinner with group of friends and was impressed by quality of food as probably one of the top 5 restaurants I’ve tried in the last couple months in Bali! All the sushi were fresh plus scallop crudo. Beef sando stood out as well. All around very pleased and look forward to returning!

MY NEW FAV SUNSET SPOT IN CANGGU! This rooftop japanese restaurant sits on the 3rd floor, perfectly capturing the view of batu bolong's beach and sunset! Portion, taste and price wise, the sushis were SO GOOD! Will come back again next week to try out more!

Went here on a Friday evening with my friends and we really enjoyed the whole night! The sushi was excellent, very fresh, you can taste the high quality ingredients, and great flavor in every dish. We arrived at sunset and the rooftop view was stunning. It was also DJ night which created a fun and lively atmosphere without feeling too crowded or noisy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A perfect place for sunset, sushi, and a great night out.

Visited Ji recently and had a great experience. The sushi was very fresh and you could clearly taste the quality of the fish and ingredients. Everything was full of flavor and well prepared.
