I really love how spacious the parking area is, and the service provided was excellent. We’re very satisfied with the price we paid, it was definitely worth it.🫶🏻🫶🏻 For the food, our favourites were the Asian selections, especially the nasi lemak, their version of nasi ayam penyet, and the beef noodle soup. Everything tasted amazing. The vibe of the place really brightened our mood. We love how they arranged the plants and the attention to detail in each pot. The wall decorated with tree branches and ferns adds such a beautiful, natural touch. Their Western food is also delicious, especially the pizza🍕🍕the cheese melts perfectly with every bite. Highly recommended!💅🏻

I was fasting today and had been craving their Soft Shell Crab Pasta all day. Unfortunately, I arrived a little late after circling around for parking, and since tonight is Christmas, the kitchen was supposedly already closed. But luckily for me, Mr. Rusel was incredibly kind and still allowed us to dine in. As always, the food was absolutely marvellous and delicious — you can tell just by looking at the empty plate. The Serai Group has always been my favourite, from Serai itself to Blonde and Jibby & Co. Now that I’ve moved to Desa ParkCity, this is my first time dining here, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch. Mr. Rusel attended to us so well with his warm smile and polite manner, patiently accommodating every request. I asked for extra bird’s eye chillies and chilli flakes because I like my food a little spicy, and everything arrived promptly without a long wait. To top it off, he even served us complimentary mineral water without us having to ask — such a thoughtful and professional gesture. Thank you, Mr. Rusel. It was not only a visual feast but also a treat for the taste buds. Every dish we ordered was excellent, not a disappointment, and definitely worth the price. However, the portions were a bit large, but luckily we shared them and finished most of it without wasting any.

Despite a small hiccup during our visit, this restaurant truly impressed us with its professionalism and heartfelt service. During the peak dinner rush, our order was unfortunately forgotten — but the staff handled it with such sincerity that it completely turned the situation around. The waitress and Manager Salman, personally approached us with an apology, offering a complimentary chocolate cake and iced latte. Their thoughtfulness instantly warmed our hearts and left a lasting impression. They truly turned what could have been an unfortunate incident into a memorable and positive dining experience. As for the food — absolutely outstanding! Every dish exceeded our expectations. The Squid Ink Aglio Olio Spaghetti was served at the perfect temperature, bursting with rich flavor and just the right touch of spiciness to elevate the dish. And the New Yorker burger was a showstopper — a perfectly browned, fluffy bun encasing a juicy beef patty, topped with Jibby’s signature tomato ketchup. It’s definitely a must-try for burger lovers. Overall, between the delicious food and the genuine service, this place deserves high praise. We’ll definitely be back for another meal.

Good vibe and experience here. Love the moss wall and table so so much. And also two big vase of paradise bird flower. The burnt cheese cake with pistachio is totally awesome. Smooth and creamy taste together with a little crunchy and scents of pistachio. And i love the pizza too.

Good lord we had such fun time dining here celebrating my friend’s birthday. Rasel gave us wonderful treatments throughout the dining session..Food? Love every each of it and waiting time within 10 mins. love to repeat again soon…

Everything was great. Loved all the food and drinks. The shake, teh tarik and ice chocolate too. Pavlova Ice Cream was impressive. Worth the money. Also, thank you Lan, a very attentive and helpful waiter throughout our dinner. Other staff were warm and friendly too. We will definitely eat here again. :)

I think jibby by the park has upgraded their service. There are new selection of menu, i ordered jibby by the park platter, food delicious and amount is generous. My husband ordered the promotion menu - lamb paratha burger. The manager was helpful and shoutout to our server Rasel good service and attentive
