Despite a small hiccup during our visit, this restaurant truly impressed us with its professionalism and heartfelt service. During the peak dinner rush, our order was unfortunately forgotten — but the staff handled it with such sincerity that it completely turned the situation around. The waitress and Manager Salman, personally approached us with an apology, offering a complimentary chocolate cake and iced latte. Their thoughtfulness instantly warmed our hearts and left a lasting impression. They truly turned what could have been an unfortunate incident into a memorable and positive dining experience. As for the food — absolutely outstanding! Every dish exceeded our expectations. The Squid Ink Aglio Olio Spaghetti was served at the perfect temperature, bursting with rich flavor and just the right touch of spiciness to elevate the dish. And the New Yorker burger was a showstopper — a perfectly browned, fluffy bun encasing a juicy beef patty, topped with Jibby’s signature tomato ketchup. It’s definitely a must-try for burger lovers. Overall, between the delicious food and the genuine service, this place deserves high praise. We’ll definitely be back for another meal.

Good vibe and experience here. Love the moss wall and table so so much. And also two big vase of paradise bird flower. The burnt cheese cake with pistachio is totally awesome. Smooth and creamy taste together with a little crunchy and scents of pistachio. And i love the pizza too.

First time visited this restaurant to celebrate my mum birthday. Have a high expectation for this restaurant as being to Serai & food is good. I booked table to avoid restaurants running full but when reach restaurant only few tables occupied. Service The service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. Orders were taken promptly, special requests were handled with ease, and food was served efficiently. The team checked in at the right moments without being intrusive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Ambience Jibby by The Park offers a warm, botanical-inspired ambience with a stunning glasshouse design. The space is filled with natural light during the day, surrounded by lush greenery and modern rustic décor. High ceilings, hanging plants, and wooden accents create a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The outdoor seating adds a serene, garden-like touch, especially for pet lovers. Food Overall food is average & nothing outstanding but to my surprise tiramisu cake is really good. The tiramisu cake was absolutely indulgent — perfectly layered with light, airy mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked sponge. Each bite had a balanced mix of sweetness and rich coffee flavor, with a hint of cocoa dusting on top that added a delightful bitterness. The texture was smooth and velvety, melting in the mouth. We really enjoyed the environment, especially the outdoor seating where we could relax amidst greenery and fresh air. The food was delightful and the service was great too. What truly impressed me was noticing the complimentary coffee grounds offered for gardening when I was leaving and they immediately approach me that’s complimentary and I can bring back home! It's such a thoughtful touch , turning what would be waste into something useful. Thank you for the effort to dry, pack, and share it with customers. It's a small gesture, but it shows your commitment to sustainability and supporting a greener future. Much appreciated!

I think jibby by the park has upgraded their service. There are new selection of menu, i ordered jibby by the park platter, food delicious and amount is generous. My husband ordered the promotion menu - lamb paratha burger. The manager was helpful and shoutout to our server Rasel good service and attentive

Been to a few Jibbys, never bored to try another outlet. Sometimes the occasion also adds to the overall impression. Let's get to the food. Today's order, Thai bbq Beef Ribs bowl with rice and fried egg. Simple combination of colours makes the food simply welcoming. The ribs were marinated well and caramelised, and deboned. Expecting it to be more chewy and firm, but it's simple enough for sharing. Moussaka Lasagna is filled with beef mince, good puree sauce and lasagna layers with cheese. Also avocado paste provided the additional taste and presentation. Apt enough to tantalise your taste buds. Next was Salmon Hayek Pizza, sounds popular by the tone itself. By the ingredients, good pizza dough puffed all around the edge. Smoked salmon slices covered 60% of the entire pizza and that delighted every guest at the dining. Excellent to savour with your hands directly into the mouth for a full degustation. The Pulled Duck pasta also packs a liking, rich puree bolognese sauce, tangy spaghetti just the right level and the nicely shredded or pulled duck meat and holds the entire dish together. No coffee today but a little cheat day with the Black Forest milkshake to bring out the kid in me, aah.. Yummy food with a cheeky smile with the drink, for a celebrative occasion with the wonderful team members. The food, the company, the occasion combi formula never go wrong @ Jibby.
