Jim McLean Golf School at The Biltmore Hotel

I’ve been taking group lessons with Nick Hayes at the Miami Beach location for almost a year now. I’m a part of a ladies golf association here in Miami and once a month Nick teaches a different topic to my group. He makes lessons fun and interesting. He has so much patience for us and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. I’ve often been told by some of the ladies that the lessons with Nick are their favorite and I absolutely agree with them.

Go check out the Sunday clinic! Great experience for both beginners and seasoned players. Mitch and Shawn on the McLean team are smart and approachable guys who understand the game well with a positive and proven style of teaching. Left with a little more confidence and looking forward to coming back soon!

Time and money well spent. Rafael was easily able to identify issues and provide guidance on correcting them. Also used video to show my son before and after on each type of shot. We booked a 90 minute lesson focused on short game and it was excellent! Beautiful facilities too.

Patricia was an excellent teacher, helping to make instant improvements. She's kind, has a great eye for what can be improved and able to provide swift simple adjustments. I nearly instantly unlocked an additional 20 yards with my 7i in our first lesson. Additionally she provided water, a towel (it's hot out there!), trackman analysis and video commentary that can be reviewed later. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking lessons with Martin Bartolome and have had the best experience. He’s very professional and super knowledgeable. I saw improvements in my swing after the first lesson and learn something new every time we meet. Martin knows how to help his students and you can clearly see the results—I’m now a good golfer who can hold my own with my friends thanks to Martin!

We recently took part in a Father’s Day Clinic, where my boys and I had the chance to enjoy the McLean facilities and receive some much-needed instruction to sharpen our golf skills. One of my sons had been battling a serious slice, but with just a bit of expert coaching, the difference has been remarkable. The attached video—filmed at another course two days later—shows just how effective that training was. Needless to say, he (and the rest of us) couldn’t be happier with the results. Great staff, great experience!

Roberta and Elisa along with all of the other trainers are amazing golf coaches at Jim McLean Golf School . I am super happy with their services. They are patient and knowledgeable. I have been taking their classes for a few months. The classes are very reasonably priced. It is also a nice social and bonding experience. My goal was to be able to get the ball off the ground and I was able to do that in just the first class.

My husband and I had a great time at the 3 day golf school! I can’t say enough about the format, instruction, and setting for the program. Glen, our amazing instructor, was so helpful and knowledgeable at each step of the school. As a beginner, he was able to quickly recognize my strengths and areas of improvement and help me develop next steps. He used his expertise and knowledge to guide our lessons and instructor. Each of us (only 3 in our group) had a great time and gained unmatched coaching and experiences. I highly recommend Jim McLean Golf School for all ages and golf leveled. We hope to return soon!

I absolutely loved my lesson today with Jim McLean. His knowledge of the game is incredible. He gives excellent advice. I immediately experienced improvements and can't wait to go back.

As a member of the Biltmore its a great privilege to have Mcleans school move from Doral to Coral Gables. Instructors are top notch, friendly, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. Expect immediate improvement after each lesson. I strongly recommend Grayson and Chad, but can't go wrong with any of the instructors.
